Worst customer service, lying drivers, overpriced fees for "priority delivery" which means nothing because it gives them an hour to get your food to you even if the restaurant is 5 minutes away. Canceling my Uber One membership and uninstalling the app. Absolutely the worst.

Today 12/26/2023, my kiddos and I ordered food through the app. My daughter in law used her account to order and my card. The time was set and the food never came. We checked the app and four more drivers were sent to pick up our food. My daughter and I went to McDonalds to see what was going on and they told us we had to call Uber Eats. We called three times and did a chat in the app. We explained to each person what happened. After explaining what happened and the multiple drivers, the person my daughter talked to cancelled the order and said we can’t have a refund. I called and one person accidentally hung up on me while I was on hold, and called back and left a voicemail while I was on the phone talking to another rep. I was on the phone with her for awhile and she also talked to my daughter as well. After my daughter talked to her and explained what happened, the rep hung up on my daughter. So the customer service sucks. The drivers that work for the company suck. They steal food and people don’t get their money back because of the incompetent drivers. That is not fair to the people that spend their hard earned money to feed their families. Thanks to Uber eats and the incompetent customer service, I am out $$ and a very ticked off mom

Ubereats are CROOKS!!! MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I AM LITWRALLY FILING A PETITION IN SMALLS CLAIMS COURT AGAINST THESE CRIMINALS!!!

Moshad Husain red Mazda left my sandwich outside the building while raining next to a TRASH CAN.I specifically wrote my suite number with specific instructions where our office is located, on top of that my job is literally 2minutes away from the restaurant I ordered. I also included a$5 tip to this asshole because I knew he had to walk kinda far from the parking lot. This is unacceptable customer service I will never use UBEREATS.

Just deleted both uber and uber eats apps,ordered food yesterday merchant was taking long,so I cancelled because estimated aiming time kept going up,and they had to change drivers,because of how long the restaurant was taking,instead of refunding my money because its was taking long they kept my money and refuse to give it back,they are nothing but a bunch of opportunistic thieves and will NOT be using them again,customers be careful because this is what's happening, you can't cancel if the merchants are taking long,because according to customer service, they already accepted the order,so basically we have no rights.

Uber eats customer support is Non existent. They should be reported to BBB for their false reporting and using generated responses. They don't care about customers and will automatically reject or refuse your request. They are a fraud company!

Placed a 1 item order and the driver who decided to pick it up took his sweet ass time. Sat in his car for 30 minutes didn’t move. Then my phone popped up a message to review my tip to them. I never tip at the beginning, only when I receive my order. At the last minute he decided not to pick up my order and cancelled his pick up, I waited an hour already and now I’m with costumer service complaining about this driver they employ. Zero ethics or morals. Drivers name is Jashanpreet. Car: Honda Fit Plate # : VB611R You see this guy accept your order. Juts cancel it because you won’t get good or any service from this little POS.

Uber Eats in Santa Rosa Beach FL does not deserve a 1 star. I had to make a selection to leave a review. I spoke with 3 agents and was told they would not give me a refund. Their policy is to comment within 48 hours and mine was less than 24 hours. I provided a copy of the charge and they still would not give me a refund. I asked to speak with a manager and was ignored. I will be contacting my bank on 12/26 and filing a fraudulent charge.

Ubereats app did not apply 2 promotions, one was a 40% and the other one is a buy 1 get 1. During checkout the promotions was shown to be applied. When the receipt came both promotions was not applied, chat with the reps, the buy 1 get 1 was refunded however I was told too bad for the 40% even if it's a glitch and they closed chat. So be careful even if you applied your promotion they might not honor it.

I moved to DoorDash a while ago. If you have an issue with your order, they will work with and make it right. Uber Eats penalizes you if you “complain “ about your food order. If a restaurant messes your order up more than once and you complain you are marked as a “serial complainer” and they refuse any type of assistance.

I was denied my consumers right by Uber eats, secondly they don’t read their own rules they wrote on your app, it says customer to contact restaurant right away and I did and the restaurant guy lied by saying it’s only Uber who can cancel when I called Uber they completely disregarded my right and said I will get charged for it. Rubbish customer service.

I placed an order through UberEats over an hour ago and because the restaurant was within 15 minutes at the most I’m expecting 30 minutes. Instead it was setup for 45 but the person was over an hour away making another delivery. And it’s been over an hour and the person is still 17 minutes away. Customer Service brushed me off and I’m brushing them off. There are too many delivery apps and ride services to deal with that mess. I ordered chicken and who the hell eats chicken after it’s been sitting for over an hour. They will be deleted pronto and I will spread the word on this awful company.

I never got my order, I didn't get a refund either. The delivery time was changing at intervals, the app suddenlt said delivered, however, I didn't get any call. No food, no refund, terrible service.

Lifelong customer. Spent thousands and thousands on them over years. Uber One member for 2+ years. After sending me many promos, I decided to use one... They SNATCHED it away from me as I clicked "Place Order" and FORCED me to pay FULL price. Contacted immediately, on hold for over an hour. Told to wait. WEEKS later I'm told that due to technical issues they will close the ticket with absolutely NO help or solution. After I reached back out, I was lied to. Told that the promo did not apply to THAT restaurant. Except... I used the SAME promo at the SAME restaurant just THREE days prior. After THAT, he got back to me saying. "Yeah, you're right, I was misinformed"... Then proceeded to say Oh well, too bad. You get nothing. Our mistake is YOUR cost. Cancelled Uber One and will permanently boycott the company. They've devolved into a scam corporation with NO customer service.... They were not this way before COVID. If they ever reach back out and make it right, I'll go back to them and remove the bad review... In the meantime... I would remind people that they can dispute a charge through their credit card company and their bank.

my delivery driver recently drove away with my food while i was approaching the car and uber support never helps with anything, they give me promos just to tell me i can’t use them and operators are horrible

My order disappeared, my money vanished. You can't chat through their website, you can't speak to them on the phone. You end up on social media for hours. They'll ask the same question over and over again because they don't read your messages, and in the end just say sorry we messed up, but tough.

I'm a customer of every single day on Uber Eats I always get my order in person. Today the driver dropped the order. Somewhere else to a picture. Send it, to me I am still waiting for my food. Where I get normally. I didn't receive my food I called the Driver she said I dropped it somewhere in the front. I said that's not the spot Where you suppose to drop because there is lot of units here Can you go bring my food where it's supposed to come She hang up on me. I called customer service. I told them I didn't receive my food. They said they cannot refund me. I told them I don't want refund just called the driver Tell her to bring my food back. They hang up on me. Then I called again Next customer service picked up She said I am going to help Help me with everything, don't worry. She understood the situation she said wait 2 to5 minutes but After two minutes she hang up on me. Without saying anything. So I called again the next lady said. A supervisor will call with in 24 hour.. the worst customer service ever. I had in my life. It's Uber eat and from now on Uber list is not in my list. I am taking to somewhat else not uber eat not worth of our penny
