Uber eats is one of the worst delivery services I have ever used. Every time I order food they take my money, two hours later when I ask where my food is, customer service tells me a delivery person has my order, when I find out no one has even picked up my order. My order has been sitting at the restaurant for an hour cold. Then my order gets canceled. Happens every time.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I had a failed delivery that I have been told was not eligible for a refund. I have asked multiple time for evidence of a delivery, and I keep getting generic responses that never once addressed any of my queries. Were photos taken, can you confirm the driver even attended my street, doesn’t the recipient have to confirm an order code with the driver? None of this happened, I didn’t even receive any tracking details… I wouldn’t even know if my order was collected from the store. Zero support or empathy from customer service. I won’t be using this service again, and I will be warning others too

I use to love UberEats until they stopped properly refunding. I recently ordered & was missing 3 items i take the photos, write the description, their response “the order matches the order details therefore a refund won’t be issued.” I’ve had the UberOne membership since December & I’ve received more discounts before the membership than i do now! Once my membership expires i’m moving to one of the other two food APP’s. Mind you, the membership does help with the pricing (too an extent) but if their not willing to no long refund the screw ups, I’m no longer willing to give them another dime. My S/O has DoorDash & receives better help when it comes to screw ups.

I would never use Uber Eats. Roya, an Uber driver was disgruntled about me not giving her food from my restaurant because she didn't have a hot bag. I blocked her from my shop. So, she wrote a bogus review on Yelp. Uber does NOT care about the food they deliver, they do not care who they hire and they certainly don't care about your experience with the overly expensive, cold food they just delivered. Take third party delivery out of your equation. Order straight from the restaurant or pick it up yourself. Covid is over.

Horrible customer service! Order came 45mins late and I paid for priority delivery, which is 15-30 mins. They told me there is 2 arrival times, the second one is an hour later than delivery and if it was delivered before that time it wasn’t late EVEN THOUGH I PAID EXTRA for it to be delivered in 15-30 mins. MAKES NO SENSE! So priority delivery is REALLY 15-55 minutes for that u might as well wait the regular hour time frame and not pay extra since there is NO difference and they REFUSED to refund me the extra service fee!! Smh. Will NEVER use them again!

Our order was delivered to the wrong address, we had proof but Uber Eats refused to give us a refund. We paid over $60 for an order we didn’t receive. Will never use Uber Eats or Uber again.

They don't care if the restaurant completely missed what you asked for and put the wrong stuff what you asked for and won't do anything about it ubereats sucks there's a customer service

Placed an order earlier today which never arrived. Photo of delivery in which driver had dumped the order on a random wall somewhere up the road from where I live. Raised complaint with Uber eats and they have informed that I'm not eligible for refund as driver was within policy?! WTF!! Never again will I use this company

The last couple of times I ordered from uber eats it has been messed up. Last night I made 2 orders. My food was way over cooked and burnt. I had received refund for 1 of the but had to pull teeth. Then after hours back and forth I only received less then half of what I paid for 2nd order and got told they won't do anything else.

I was missing an item in my order. I reported that it was missing and got a message that basically said "sorry". So I called their customer service (800) 253-9377 , in case you need the number. They argued about refunding it saying that they couldn't but would not give a reason. I dont know why. I've literally only had maybe 2 order in the past couple of years that I've had any issues with. Anyway, I asked to speak with a supervisor. They refused. I told them that by refusing to refund me for items I did not recieve they were committing theft. Continued to argue with the rep who clearly didn't care. She finally calls the restaurant. She tells me that the restaurant said they forgot the item but refuse to refund me and I'll have to drive across town to pick it up. At this point I'm beyond done. I ask again to speak with a supervisor. She then tells me they can call me back with in 48 hours. Absolutely not. I want to talk to them now. It's no longer about the money, now I'm just mad about them stealing. I inform her that by refusing to help she is pissing me off. She tells me she's not pissing me off. Wtf?! This company is ridiculous. I tell her to have a supervisor call me. Then hang up. I call the restaurant. They said that they did forget the item and they told uber to refund me. They then tell me uber said no and that I have to go pick the item up. He was like me, not understanding what kind of stupidity we were dealing with. He did tell me he'd make it right if we ordered from them again and took my info. I have canceled my uber eats account and recommend you do the same since they are theives.

Uber eats was good at first and were good with resolving our issues with the orders. Now when There are issues with my orders , even if I didn’t get it, they say they can’t do nothing about my order.

The last two times I’ve used Uber Eats I was double charged. Will never, ever use Uber again. Switching to InstaCart and Lyft

I purchased food on yesterday and they charged my credit card 74.02 and then come back and say I owe 7.38 for the tip, which the tip came off with the 74.02 so I tied to order today they told me I had to pay the 7.38. They’re a rip oss o would snot recommend them to nobodty, then I ordered today some McDonald’s & the wait time was to long so I was trying to cancel the order and they said they would charge me 23.00 so after I get my food they send me a balance again saying I owe 3.50 for the tip, they are scammers and rip you off

premium delivery is an absolute scam when my order arrived later than offered with premium delivery and i contacted support to resolve the issue they said it wasn’t late since it after almost an hour after i placed the order. when i asked what is the purpose of premium delivery if not faster delivery they only apologized i was upset and offered no explanation uber eats premium delivery is a scam never choose that option shady company horrible experience wish more options were available near me

They seem to be able to charge you and not bring you anything. Trying to call customer service and the make up nonsense reasons not to refund back your money even if you didn't get your order. Do not use Uber Eats it's a scam or very close to it. I will never use an Uber product again.

I RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS NOT BY CHOICE! I ORDERED A BANANA ROYAL & A BANANA SPLIT & ALL I GOT WAS ICE CREAM. I DID NOT EVEN GET A CALL TO ASK ME IF I WANTED A REPLACEMENT OF MY ITEMS OR TO CANCEL SINCE I FOUND OUT LATER IN THE BAG WRIITEN, “ SORRY WE RAN OUT OF BANANAS,” YET I WAS FORCED TO PAY FULL PRICE WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLUTION, NOT EVEN A CREDIT FOR THE NEXT TIME. I WAS ALSO INFORMED 2 DAYS LATER, WHEN I CALLED IN BECAUSE CHATTING & WAITING FOR A DAY WASNT GOING ANYWHERE, BUT PER IVETTE, A SUPERVISOR BERSY WOULD BE CALLING ME, THIS WAS YESTERDAY WHEN I CALLED IN. BUT NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! UBER EATS SERVICE IS MESSED UP, THIS WAS THERE LAST DRAW!

Never use Uber eats. They will steal your money despite the driver not turning up with your food. You cancel thinking you would get a refund bunt you don’t. You only chat to bots on their site and there is literally no customer service. I feel sorry for people who have been swindled out of money or have to work for them! Pathetic
