Worst delivery company ever Love to take your money at a crazy over increasing rate on the original price but if you have any problems with your order they don't want to know they just give the two fingers to you and you have to take the lost. Company needs to start respecting their customer before it goes under. I've stop using uber now and i can't see myself ever using this scamming company again. Please think twice about using this over priced, money grabbing, disrespectful, scamming company.

My order took 2 hours to finally arrive, worse all drivers kept on cancelling on me but when a customer cancels is wrong, how is it fair that the app is saying the driver is fetching your order only for them to cancel 20 minutes later. Your business model sucks!!!!!! It was my last time using Uber Eats.

Customer Service Sucks, Now That Everything Is On Chat Only , GOOD LUCK, You Keep Getting Transferred From One Agent To Another, And You Can Spend All Day Like That You Won’t Get Help You Need, Because None Of Them Know What They Are Doing, All You Get Is Let Me Put You On Hold 2-3 Minutes & Then They Transfer You & That’s It…. Same Thing When You Call On The Phone They Will Hang Up On You or After They Say Give Me 2-3 Minutes You Already Been Transfer To Another Agent, And You Have To Explain Everything From Start… Its a JOKE SERVICE REALLY…… 2nd Thing Is They Expect You To Drive Over 20 Miles For Like $6 Dollars & Usually That’s 2 Deliveries It’s Crazy, Do They Not Know That Gas Is $5 Dollars A Gallon?? So Uber Takes 60% No Matter What & Expect You To Basically Work For FREE , 3rd Thing Is They Will Send You For Pick Up & When You Spend You Time,Miles, Gas , You Get There Restaurant Is CLOSED , They Don’t Want To PAY You anything, They Just Cancel The Order ITS A TOTTAL BS

Everything has gone to a charge. If u want your order faster pay more or they do other deliveries before you. No guarantee anymore on what time your food is even delivered.

Uber eat is horrible and they up the cost on the food, however I still used them in spite. I place an order and was confuse about my Uber cash promo $20 if it was applied to the account and did not mean to cancel my order they still charged me 33.34 for a pizza from Marcos but the receipt says 26.71 sorry which would have only been 6.71 out of my pocket but the was not the case Uber charged me 13.34 and that’s not the price customer service told me!!!!! I am extremely upset with this company and they need to come up with a better solution like not allowing cancellation if u still are going to charge full price just bring me the FOOD that’s not fair and they don’t even care or care to send another driver out. They take the food and your hard earn money and all you get is you should have cancel on your end !!!!! I hate this company

If I could give a zero, I'd still demand a "below zero" rating. Ordered via Uber Eats, which was a disaster in itself. Once our food finally arrived, it was extremely disappointing. My (canned,) green bean side was submersed in a pool of green liquid and was tasteless. The chicken wrap was equally disappointing both in size and taste. My wife's two meat meal was similarly unsatisfactory. Brisket was soggy and flaccid. If it wasn't for the very small portions of sauce, the brisket would have had no taste at all. The ribs were equally bland. Admittedly, the delayed delivery (due to the Uber Driver admitting to having not read our clear directions) may be responsible for some of the disastrous presentation. We'll never order from both Black Bear Bbw and Uber Eats again!

They don’t have a customer service. Tried to order using a coupon like 40 times and each time it says I’m not eligible! HOW??? Plus it’s not just 1 time thing. I have gotten countless emails with over 10 different coupons saying I’m eligible and when I’m at checkout? Somehow it doesn’t work! So over it

I didn't get my order then they refused me a refund even I put message for delivery to call me when outside never did just sent me a picture of my food on someone's wall also explained this is there proof of trying to contact me what is the point of adding additional information if they wont use it

AFTER WAITING A HALF HOUR FOR IT TO SAY PICKING UP THE ORDER, i TRACKED THE DRIVER 40 MINUTES AWAY, I CONTACTED HELP CHAT THEY RUSHED ME, CANCELLED MY ORDERM CHARGED ME AND DISCONNECTED ME, THEN I CALL AND THEY WERE RUDE , SIAD IT WAS MY FAULT AND HUNG UP ON ME.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... NOT! GOING BACK TO DOOR DASH, MUCH BETTER SERVICE

I. 2 days I've had 3 bad orders abd they won't refund or credit my account. Consumer shouldn't have to pay for missing items or undercooked/overcooked food that can cause food poisoning!!

Worst customer service ever. What they could do for me is refund me my money after delivering my food to the wrong address. It took talking to what I assume is a bot to get all of it back. Would not give me a phone number to call and talk to someone

First they charged me delivery, should of been free, then another charge for faster delivery and was still late. Paid 30$ total for a 7$ sub! Refused to cancel order and refund anything back. Will never use them again

I would give you no stars if I could. No customer service. I tried to cancel a very late order and was then charged for the total amount of the bill. This is ridiculous! Had I known and been able to reverse the cancellation I would have.

I had a very disappointing experience with Uber Eats recently. I placed an order, but due to their app's confusing interface, the order got canceled. Despite this being a fault with their app, Uber Eats did not refund my money or even offer store credit. To make matters worse, finding a way to contact their customer support was incredibly difficult. The app does not make it easy to find a phone number or access support. When I finally managed to reach out, the customer service was abysmal. They were unhelpful and did not take responsibility for the issue. Overall, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). Uber Eats needs to improve both their app usability and their customer service significantly. I will not be using their services again.

first time using this service. ordered food at 1130am. Said it would be here by 130 at latest. at 120 they canceled my order. refuse to compensate me, refuse to deliver the food, refuse to do anything. constantly ended live chat on me with no resolution avoid at all costs. I will be closing my account asap.
