Expensive. The delivery time is always at least double of what they claim. If you read a delivery time is 20-40 minutes, you will get your order over 1 and half hour. They always say it is not usually happens, but it always happen. Beside it gets extra fee. Unfortunately, sometimes thats only a option to oder from there. If there was other similar service, I would definitely went for that

Complete garbage. If you think they're going to bring your food sooner it's legitimately a lie. Placed an order and the second it was placed the delivery time doubled to over an hour. Chatted their customer service and they were pathetically unhelpful, not willing to do anything. I'm floored by how horrible this is.

Had our $55 pizza delivered tonight and it was a cheese pizza with extra cheese. Somehow the driver managed to cause the cheese topping to slide off the entire pizza and just leaving crust to eat. I told Uber Eats AB’s they would only refund me $4.65. Which is bs. The driver took a turn to sharp or something happened to the box and it caused all the hot cheese to slide off. The box wasn’t stored flat during delivery. Been a long time customer of this pizza place ( Momma Lucia’s). Deleted there app and will never use Uber Eats again. They should have gave me the $55 back. I even gave them a pic of the how the pizza arrived. Never again ordering from them. They have gotten to jig for their britches. I will use Grubhub or anyone else for future deliveries b

Uber eat is big scam app. I just lost almost $100. I was new to this app and as I was learning the process of how to order, I accidentaly end up ordering the food but with in minute I cancelled the order. That time its was showimg cancel but once I got my bill end of the month these Scamer charged me. When I called them they refuse to pay me back my money.

Zero stars! didn't honor a 2x1 coupon, what a garbage of company! Don trust their promotions which is the only way to use it since everything is soooooo overprices even with Uber One membership.

Ordered from Mc Donald’s around lunch time today, driver messaged me to cancel my order because HE couldn’t get to my house? So when I wrote to Uber Eats about a refund, I’m not entitled one? So the driver told me to cancel, but still paid for an order I never received, and the driver got a free lunch on me? Don’t bother using this app. Stick to Just Eat or just order directly from the restaurant if possible. These apps have ridiculous policies that’s make no sense whatsoever. Didn’t want to give a bad review to Mc Donald’s it’s not their fault. But stick to Just Eat. Uber is unreliable.

How do you deal with bad customer experiences and make them go away? You delete the review-your-order thing! That way the restaurant and drivers don't get complaints because people can't complain anymore. I've had missed items, wrong items in every 5th order. But there's nothing I can do…

I'm a restaurant owner,and when I applied for uber eats, they never mentioned about 3 option of commercial fee(15%,22%,30%),but only 30%. Later I found there were 2 more option so I tried to lower commercial fee to do better price to my customers. I called 3times to change commercial fee, they made me waiting about 45 minutes transfer to other departments and always said they couldn't change. Only they could do is acceleration. Asking for talking to supervisor, the answer was there's no supervisor. Wtf!!. This company killing your business.

Shocking absolutely shocking second time I paid for food and no refund I am actually going to police with this now because the app declined my refund because of a driver logging food delivered and we received no food at all Not only does Uber make you feel like a liar they steal from customers too How disgusting is this I think Uber needs to get dealt with because this is way too out of control

I had an undesirable experience with my Uber delivery person Heather DuPont. Not only did she not check to make sure my order was correct, she left a negative review at my business which had nothing to do with the transaction. When you work overnight in an emergency room, you rely on food delivery drivers to deliver the COMPLETE order in a timely manner because you are not able to leave and get it yourself. If that was the case, we’d never use and delivery service as it is very costly. We’d simply pick it up ourselves. Nothing is worse than looking forward to you much anticipated meal and find out you’re missing items….especially the chips for the salsa and queso. What good is chips and salsa and chips and queso without the chips? You could clearly see based on our order that the chips were not included in the bag. We ordered multiple food items and received one tied up plastic grocery bag of food. Any smart person would’ve realized that wasn’t the complete order. Not to mention, if my livelihood depended on delivering correct orders, you better believe I would have them check the order with me at the restaurant! What Ms. DuPont does not realize is that I worked in the food service industry for almost 20 years prior to being a nurse. I relied on gratuities to pay my bills. If I delivered an incorrect meal without correcting the mistake, my gratuity would directly reflect in my poor service. I consider myself to be an over-tipper because of my history and I am always very gracious when my order is correct. I decided to remove the tip from Ms. DuPont in hopes that she would get a clue and maybe deliver the complete order to other customers in the future. If she can not adequately perform the functions of her job, maybe she should get a new career. Also, leaving a very unprofessional review about a business you did not patronize demonstrates how inept and childish you are.

This thing uber eats allows for drivers to have many stops before they bring your food is not right. the food is soggy and cold comes after hr pluz And sometimes you order before your work break to just realize you have to carry the food home and stuck it in the fridge Work on your system!!!!!

Not well connected to the merchants, not secure(unknown charge from Netherlands while I was in the US, luckily my bank stopped it) nor supportive. I made an order and forgot to request a cutlery. I contacted the agent for assistance, then I was asked to call the restaurant myself. The app is not connecting us with the merchants and leaves us abandoned once we complete paying the order and membership. I explained I was not a local and was unable to call. That's why I purchased online. My conversation was forcibly ended while I was asking if it's possible to set having cutlery a default on the app. Agents kept closing my conversations so I couldn't help but have to tell my whole experience again and again. And, I received robotic non sense replies again and again until I got a normal one to refund my membership fee. One agent said my order was canceled by the restaurant whilst another said I canceled the order myself. I will never use UEs again! I have photos of the conversation with the couple of agents. I really wish to make the case seen by everyone here, not only in text.

Avoid Uber Eats by all means!!!! They will not issue out a refund even if your order was incorrect!!! They will find all kind of reasons to keep your money. I will be ordering through Door Dash moving forward!

Beware!! Yes, the app is very convenient and the delivery (for my area) is made promptly. But what they won't tell you is that if you must cancel an order, you are out of your money and the food. I just had to pick up my order that was paid for and prepared because the food, taxes, and delivery fee where paid but Uber kept in the delivery fee with a "sorry for the inconvenience" and no other option. Sad excuse for customer service from such a major business.

I ordered Indian food on 27 June 2024. The food came in. It was unable to salty tried to reach. Uber. Couldn’t email them. No response tried to put a complaint in couldn’t do anything. It seems that you can order food very easily but if you’re looking for Customer Service forget it, so I threw it in the garbage to get my card credited for the amount which was $109 and I close my Uber account. Their customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. Do not go there. Use them at least go pick your food up. If you have a problem you can you can return it with Uber. All they are is a , terrible company with no customer service
