Order placed on the 13th December, never received item. No reply from my email and cannot get through by phone. This was meant to be a present for xmass. Never will I use again very bad service. I want my refund

My perfume order hasn't turned up, the phone number doesn't exist and no one replies to my emails. Its a scam. Stay clear

The product photograph was not the product that was being sold, I thought i was buying 'Roma' as shown in picture but the description was for 'Laura'. the postage said it would arrive 28-30 September, it did not arrive until 2nd October

Sadly, to date I’ve not received my order, placed on 11/8/19. I emailed on 25/8 asking about it but received nothing!

My wife ordered 4 x Leichner Foundation from them on the 19/08/19 and they of course took the money straight away. Received an email from on the 20/08/19 to say the items had been dispatched. As at the 28/08/19 still not received anything so emailed them for an explanation. Strangely enough the money was refunded from UCrave Ltd that afternoon via Paypal. Have not received any explanation or apology from Direct Boutique as to why. Don't intend using them again.

My wife placed an order for a Clarins product size 100ml. However when the product came it was only 50ml size. When she tried to phone the company there was no one to talk to only a voicemail that was`nt accepting messages. So far she has sent 2 e-mails with no response at all from them. She Feels ripped off. Most of the reviews praise the good delivery times, but beware if you have a problem with the product, you`re not able to contact them, they will ignore you. This company has`nt the decency to contact us. If anyone from Direct Beautique reads this, her Customer reference is 33413/AMZ356002

I am very disappointed with this company. I have previously ordered perfumes with no problem. Last month I reordered the same perfume on the 21st June. I was advised it would be 3-5 days delivery. No problem. The money was taken from my credit card - no problem. On the 24th June I was advised that the goods had been despatched. On the 25 or 26th June I was refunded the payment with no explanation. I then tried to contact the company 3 times by email - No response. I called numerous times to the number published. I was unable to speak with a human and told to leave a message. However, the voice mail box was full. I then sent yet another email, to say I had received a refund - but why send me an email saying the goods had been despatched. Very disappointed with this company. Their prices were good, and but their customer service definitely not. I will also not use this company again. However, they were responsible and refunded me - but absolutely no explanation. This company definitely needs a few more staff to respond to customer queries.

Disappointed customer. Order accepted and stated as dispatched. When it had not arrived after a week I called the number which went to a full inbox, so I had to send an email. This was not responded to either, but did get an email saying my order would (and has since been refunded) but no explanation was given. I would not use this company again

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the Alyssya Ashley musk oil because it did not smell of musk at all. I have used this oil for years and now suddenly no matter where I buy it I am disappointed with it because it no longer smells of musk. I could not be bothered to return it.
