Sold me a spray Calvin Klein Obsession aftershave but only have splash for sale but use the image of spray. Then dont react on emails and had to use Ebay resolution centre to get a return label for a refund. Then you have to email several times to get finally your refund. In the mean time I am sitting waiting to get my money back and the return label they use are not traceable because it is a cheap 2nd class return label so if it get lost in the post you cant do nothing. I would not use them to buy of them and advice other people to read the negative feedback they have nearly 100. And you only get a apologize of them after you ask for it. They use as excuse that the people how pack and send the items have no knowledge of the items, very in professional I think. There are better sellers on Ebay They also promise to change the image in the advert but still use the photo of the spray and not splash.

First time ordering and last. Ordered a birthday present, got sent a dispatch note then 2 days later a refund with absolutely no explaination why. Terrible customer service and spoilt someones birthday. Avoid!

A month down the line and over a dozen emails sent chasing this issue up, I still haven’t received a refund for my item that wasn’t as described. Avoid at all costs.

You cancelled and gave no explanation. This, despite the fact you accepted payment. The purchase was intended as a present and as a result of your action I was unable to make the gift on time. Altogether, a bad shopping experience, which I will not repeat and neither will my friends and aquaintances.

I ordered Marc Jacobs Lola from the eBay shop, item was in stock and payment taken, I received an email from Direct Boutique the following day to advise it had been despatched and included tracking information, another email came from EBay the same day to also advise it had been despatched. 2 days later I received an email to advise the item was out if stock and they were arranging a refund. I emailed them to ask the question, how could it have been despatched if it was out of stock, I gave them several opportunities to explain what happened to me, before I wrote a bad review ( they emailed me later to ask me to review my experience!!) but they have ignored me. This was 7 weeks ago, very disappointed, I received my refund, but has to wait for over a week to get the £63.50 back.

I never received my order. When after two weeks I asked for a tracking number, my order got cancelled because you don't ship to my country.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - they are absolute rubbish. I've tried repeatedly over several days, at all different times, to speak with someone but no answer & unable to leave voicemail since answer phone is always full - even first thing in the morning. I also sent emails but no reply or acknowledgement. This is my first purchase from direct beautique - and it'll definitely be my last. I won't be using them again, and I'll be warning family & friends to stay well clear of them. Giving them 1 star is doing them a favour.

The said order has never arrived and I have tried many times to contact yourselves and nobody has got back to me. I have now had to go through ebay!

I made a purchase over a month ago I have not received my Decleor face cream, I emailed you to advice that my order has not arrived and you have not even bothered to email me back to explain what has happened I paid over $100 for this order so I not happy I have not received my order. I have heard back from dirtectbeautique it has taken two months and five emails, they informed me that they don't ship to Australia that is why I didn't receive my order. But they have taken $110.00 out of my Visa when they knew they were not going to send my order. Now they won't refund my $110.00, money they should never have taken in the first place. What they have done is against the law.

I placed an order on the 29th December with the expectation it was to come within 3-5 days as per the description on their website, but it's still not arrived yet and I've emailed them but haven't received a reply yet. Not sure what to think about the situation.
