“If I could give zero I would I placed an order for the Instant Vacation Browning Lotion SPF30 Body Sunscreen and got sent bare minerals tinted moisturizer!!!! They clearly don’t pay attention to the orders. When I called customer service they wouldn’t help me so I asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me!!!!! They have the worst customer service ever!!!!!! They refused to ship me the item overnight since it was their screwup as I’m going on vacation!!!!!”

“Hello, I was at store #116 today and your cashier refused to ring me up because I would not give him my phone number. I complained to your staff and another team member rang me up. If by law the customer has to entertain the delusions of grandeur of trans sexual employee's, then these same transgender employee's should not be allowed to disrespect or bully women just because they are protected by the law. If you want to piggy back off of our 🚉 then act accordingly 👠”

“If I could give a half star, I would. This salon is not meant for natural black customers. The paired me with a black female that already knew they did not have the type of product that was needed for my hair. I told the young lady I have an interview in the morning and instead of her saying it may be in your best interest to go to….She washed, conditioned and put some other stuff on my hair, but didn’t define my curls, didn’t try to mousse it with roller rods for the style I asked for, told me finger waves won’t work on my hair, and unfortunately, I am the person who believed her. Told a friend of mine and she sent me a you tube video of someone with hair like mine with finger waves…. So, basically the Ulta styles just didn’t have the knowledge and/or experience…. Lesson learned on my end.”

“Years ago I was a faithful Ulta Shopper I bought all of my Cosmetics there. They are no longer competitive in their pricing, their coupons don't work on most of the brands that I buy and quite frankly their stores are dirty. Now I do a Google search and recently I bought my Biolage Hairspray on Walmart's website where it was almost $3 cheaper.”

“Michelle A. At Ulta beauty in Livingston has no customer service experience. I scheduled a hair appt with her for 3 and I got stuck in a little bit of traffic and I called 20 minutes before my appt to inform them that the gps said I was going to arrive at 3:15. I arrived at 3:15 on the dot and she had already left the building. Didn't even inform me that she was canceling my appt. Would not recommend!!”

“Would perfer to give them NO Stars. BAD, bad company. Entice consumer to order on line with a "Free Gift" then blame consumer for not receiving gift. The shipping boxes are also grossly over sized to the point of stupid. No free gift: Never doing business with them again. Consumer BEWARE.”

“I went to Ulta Beauty today in the Vancouver WA mall and the customer service was top notch, that is until I walked assed the salon. I was shouted at by the stylist saying that I had a peacock hair do. I’m sorry, but that is very unprofessional. Did she think I was going to get my hair done there if she insulted my hair because it didn’t work. I won’t be back for a while.”

“I went to Northbrook Ulta to get my husband cologne for Father’s Day. Nathan Rosado, the Ulta associate, was the most helpful person I’ve ever had help me when purchasing cologne. His recommendation was spot on and the best men’s fragrance I’ve ever smelled! Nathan made my shopping experience so easy & successful. Anywhere he works in his future will be gaining a great asset!”

“I will give zero star if I can. I placed an order on line and use Apple Pay to pay for the order. However, after the first charged, the online order still won’t let me to complete the order as the “place order” button was still In transparent. I thought the charge didn’t go through so I made another charge. However, nothing happened! A at the same time, I got notified from Apple Pay that I got charged twice already. I called Ulta’s service line and the representative said she can’t do anything. I requested to speak to her supervisor and the supervisor said nothing they can do to complete the order. I don’t understand how they can’t do anything. Just complete the order manually and make sure the customer is happy! If there’s problem on the website and can’t charge the customer, that’s fine. But I got charged twice and you told me that you cannot complete the order! That’s totally unacceptable! Never going back to Ulta Beauty!”

“Pandorah was my stylist - she was awesome. She cut my hair exactly like I requested. I have been going to the same stylist for 20 years but going back to VA to get a hair cut is not practical. I now have found someone here who I trust and is exceptional. Thank you.”

“Just purchased approximately $80.00 of Redken hair products in Petaluma, California - Ulta. The store has advertisement all over the store and shelves - to receive free gift - a Spray Smooth Anti-Frizz with Heat Protection 2.1oz with any $30.00 purchase. When I asked for the free gift she said only while supplies last and they were out. So I asked hmmm when did you guys hang the promotional signs and she replied this morning. So I said, "Oh so you are already out?" She says, "Well we should get our shipment in Tuesday. So I told her, then take the signs down. This is so FALSE ADVERTISING. This is about the 4th time this has happened to me. This should be a class-action law suit for False Advertising.”

“Went to get a blow out at the salon. The lady did the best she could but I could tell by the way she was blow drying my hair that she had no experience blow drying thick curly hair. My hair was damp after I left and is now furr frizzy and a complete mess. Wish I had just done it myself, I could have saved 80 bucks, 2 hours of my time and actually liked how it came out 🤦‍♀️😡 I’ll have to do it myself now regardless since I don’t have time to book anywhere else now. It’s Ulta though so I should have known.”

“Today I visited Ulta at Del Prado Blvd, Cape Coral FL . The moment I started looking for products I was approached by a very nice young lady, Luciel, who immediately offered to assist if I needed help. She was friendly, gave me promo information and provided product information that simplified my search. I wish there were more people like Luciel in this world. I expressed my appreciation to her Supervisor, Madison, another nice young lady. Madison and Luciel, job well done!”

“I placed an order yesterday for same day delivery, today. Ulta changed it to tomorrow instead. I’m going out of town for the week and no one will be here. Ulta refuses to cancel the order. They will refund the delivery fee, but I get to pay for a package that will not still be on my porch after a week. Shop Sephora or target instead. Seriously.”

“I just wanted to leave a comment about Gloria at Ulta hair salon in Turlock. I’ve been trying all kinds of salons to find somebody that knows how to cut short fine hair. I paid so much money but then I found Gloria. She did an awesome job and I’m so happy with my hair and she’s a very nice girl, I just want to say thank you to the assistant manager that help refer her and thank you to Gloria”
