“ I went to Ulta Beauty today in the Vancouver WA mall and the customer service was top notch, that is until I walked assed the salon. I was shouted at by the stylist saying that I had a peacock hair do. I’m sorry, but that is very unprofessional. Did she think I was going to get my hair done there if she insulted my hair because it didn’t work. I won’t be back for a while. ”
