I have bought a lot of things from UNIQLO over the years and I have always been happy with the quality and fit of the goods. I recently bought about £190 worth of items online, some of which I needed for a work trip. When I opened the package (delivered by Hermes, the worst courier in the UK), I found that nearly half of the order was missing and that the goods that remained looked as if they had been dragged across the warehouse floor as they were covered in dust/muck. Thankfully most of the packaged items were ok. I called UNIQLO and was asked to send pics and sign a declaration which I did straight away. By the next afternoon I had still heard nothing. I expected that they would put this right straight away, but it was left for me to chase. When I got through to the CS representative I was told that the issue would take 7 days to process! I kicked up a fuss and they agreed to send the 'in stock' items out on the usual (slow) service, again via Hermes. Not good enough. I needed those items for work yet they refused to send the items on a better courier service. Surely that is the least that they could have done? Things go wrong, I get that, but the measure of a company is how they put it right. This time UNIQLO have fallen very much short of the mark. Case#1101173

This was the worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered a jacket, which never arrived. Although the jacket was supposed to arrive in 3 days, a week passed and it never arrived. When I emailed them about the situation they never replied. I called in and waited for about 40 minutes for them to tell me that my item was lost. They "re-sent" another jacket, which also never arrived. They told me that they could not refund me because the jacket was issued. After fighting on the phone for about an hour, I was able to convince them to refund me. I can only wait and see if the refund is actually issued or not. I will be never buying from this company again. Such a SCAM!

I ordered from uniqlo London but I didn't received my order. I am keeping contacting them from 3 months by the web site and the phone but I didn't get any reply.

Website is not trustworthy. They do not respect UK consumer rights. Purchases made here are not safe.

returned 5 items was only refunded for 2 have tried to contact by email five times on the Uniglo site and by telephone. seven times waiting over 30 minutes each time before giving up. Will not deal with them again and would suggest that if you are going to purchase an item, make sure you are going to keep it because their returns methods are rubbish. Please see Trust pilot which are nearly all one star reviews.

Complete disaster. Please think before ordering from uniqlo. Order went through fine. Card was charged. Parcel was sent. 11 items missing!!!! I presumed they were coming separately. No second delivery. I rang uniqlo. On hold for 34 minutes. Got through and the system was down apparently. They emailed me after 6 days. Said all the items were sent in one parcel! Asked if it was tampered with. It wasn't. I waited in because the order was for £226. Have now said that 7 items out of stock and they'll refund them and re send the rest. That was the last I heard. After seeing all the reviews on here I'm not hopeful! I won't be using them again. Will have to claim through barclaycard for loses. Such an inconvenience and not a pleasant experience. If a second parcel does turn up I'll be videoing it being opened as proof this time!

T-shirts are faulty. See UNIQLO response And yet they wanted such a lot of work to deem it. Pictures of all clothes, tape measure, all receipts and now recorded delivery. what terrible service and poor quality Dear Shaneil, Thank you for your email and patience in this matter. Disaster, I was shopping online 3 times, two times my package disappeared, they offered additional code for the shopping. I think that’s horrible when the company is not taking seriously this kind of events. Be careful people.

Bad customer service. Ripped me off of $100 of items that never delivered. Don't buy online from them or otherwise really if they can't ensure actual delivery of product.

Bought 3 t shirts all which shrunk in wash on normal temperature. Company has deemed the tSHIRTS FAULTY. Real waste of time to buy t shirts of such poor quality from UNIQLO. They were once know for their t shirts but not worth buying any more

I find that for online ordering the return center ignores return packages therefore not issuing refunds. After constant inquiries on the matter, i am still not able to receive any kind of response. I would suggest when ordering online to use a credit card so that when an issue arises, you are able to dispute it.

I ordered a jacket from this website 2 days ago. I paid $32 for the jacket. I recurved an email today stating that the same jacket that I ordered is now on sale for $19. I attempted to get the price matched, only to learn that the company does NOT price match their own prices if you order online. That doesn't make any sense to me. I also looked into returning the item for a refund, but they don't give full refund, they charge $12 to send items back. They have no stores open to accepting refunds and have no customer service open to speak with. I will not make the mistake of ordering from this company again.

I ordered something and, because of COVID, I didn't pick it up and the money was refunded. Today I see that they say I picked it up, which I didn't, and am now being charged.

Shipping times are not what they say, made two orders and have not received anything for over a month and there is no customer service. Do NOT order from here its a SCAM Website.

Love UNIQLO products and bought $100 worth of tops yesterday. There was a “buy 2 get 1 free” graphic tee sale but I realized that 1 hour after purchasing 2 graphic tee’s. I emailed asking if they could modify my order and add the third graphic tee (it would be free bc of the current sale) and I provided details of that shirt I wanted. Here’s their response, “... we are unable to make any modifications to your order. When placing an order we offer several opportunities to review the items, payment, and shipping details prior to submitting your order so that you can ensure the information is correct and to your satisfaction.” That is terrible customer service! The sale is still live and I’d emailed before my order was even processed.

I ordered $104 worth of clothing (6 items) and I received one package with only two items. I gave them two weeks to deliver the rest because of the whole COVID-19 situation. I finally emailed customer care and they said it was delivered through USPS, but then said it was FedEx,their mistake. I used the tracking number on the FedEx website and it showed that the package was left outside my door. FedEx didn't knock or ring the doorbell. I did not leave my house that day because of self-quarantine. My package was stolen and i=I notified Uniqlo. They said they could not reimburse me or send me another shipment because it was considered a "successful delivery" to them. How cruel! $80 worth of clothes gone. Uniqlo does NOT care about their customers.

Ordered the Ultralight Down Jacket and it was at my door less than 24 hours after purchase. Can't comment on the quality yet but the delivery service was incredible.

Made a purchase on a Wednesday and the shipping time they claimed was 3 to 5 business days. They ended shipping my order several days later than they said and according to the tracking number I will receive the package in a total of 8 business days. Because of this situation I won't be able to receive it. I made a claim by facebook, by email and by phone and they don't give any answer. Their customer service is a complete disaster. They are scammers, don't trust this company and don't ever purchase from them online.
