“I recently visited Universal Tyres in Tilbury, Essex to have a puncture repaired. Whilst there I asked for some replacement tyres to be fitted as well. Due to the tyres being a special order (non stocked) I made arrangements for them to be fitted later that week. A return visit once the tyres came in was arranged and after agreeing a suitable time to return I had them fitted straight away. First class service as always from this branch with polite staff. I always visit here and recommend this branch to people I know.”

“Just visited Universal Tyres, Blackwall Tunnel garage, Greenwich London SE10 & Peter and two other engineers checked my car thoroughly, as l thought either the radiator & or other problems had developed. All the staff were so kind & helpful l was very impressed & recommend them to everyone. Many thanks to you all from Claire McGovern”

“Great service by James and Amin at Universal Greenwich. Came out to my car the same day after tyres had been punctured and replaced 2 tyres at the roadside. Responded very quickly and were really friendly, even pumped the tyres up on my other car while I was waiting to submit payment. Would highly recommend them. Thanks James and Amin.”

“With less than two hours until I needed to drive off for my friend's wedding, I noticed my flat tyre. Spoke to the very helpful John in Greenwich who dispatched James straight away. An hour later the tyre had been taken off, fully repaired, put back on and we were on our way. Incredible service, great price, would recommend without hesitation.”

“Really great service, it was my first time having to use a garage so I was nervous anyway but the people were really welcoming and lovely as soon as I walked in which was great. My car was fixed really quickly and they did a great job - I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“Croydon universal tyres is always helpful and efficient. You can trust them to advise on whether to repair or replace a tyre and know they are working in your best interest. My family all use this branch, even my daughter who lives in Wandsworth.”

“Been coming to Universal Tires now for about 6 months. Started when I brought a Truck with 22" rims and no one had a tyre machine big enough to change the tyres except Universal. I also have two other cars which I have now also been brining here to the Colchester branch. Sadly had a few punchers to get fixed. And I have used then now about 8 times and each time they have been exceptional in the service they have given me! Two times not even charging me as they were not sure the repairs would work as there were complications with dents in the rims. But they did hold just fine. I have never had to weight long. About half and hour. They have always been very friendly and plight . And professional. And there prices have been very reasonable. About £18 for a puncher repair. IF YOU WANT A GOOD REASONABLE PRICED PROFFESIONAL JOB DONE COME TO COLCHESTER BRANCH. Martin Spurgin. February 6th 2016. :) AAA+++”

“I called Universal tyres at around 16.45 on a Thursday afternoon and they had to order the two tyres I needed for special delivery. Very competitive price. They arrived promptly the next day and they were able to fit me in at a time that was convenient for me. Very friendly, professional and helpful team. The tyres were replaced quickly and I was on my way within half an hour! Very pleased with the whole process and will definitely be going there when my other two tyres need replacing.”

“Went to universal tyres on blackwall lane in Greenwich after being sold a faulty tyre elsewhere. On arriving I was instantly greeted by helpful and enthusiastic gentleman, who endeavoured to help, showed me and outline what was wrong with the tyre I was sold. A went to find a replacement however one was not in stock and they ordered one to arrive the following day, noticing returning would be difficult due to work commitments, the staff offered to come to my home address to fit the tyre, this generous and helpful offer surprised me to say the least. Your team arrived the following day and fitted the tyre outside my house, the gentleman who came was incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. I would like to express my thanks to everyone at universal tyre and have also convinced me to never by from a second hand tyre place again! But the professionalism I encountered was a first class service and I'm still very impressed and greatful! They are all a real credit to your company! thank you!!”
