UPS is consistently the worst. Every time - literally every single time - I am to get a package delivered by UPS I will get multiple emails about my delivery being rescheduled because there was a delivery 'attempt' but no one was home. I am at home every day all day. Then in the end it gets delivered at a pickup point in town. So the delivery fee I paid is 100% a waste of my money. And then when I try to use the website to change the delivery or tell them to please just call when they're at the gate there's ALWAYS a message about there being technical issues, can I please try again later. Why can't the driver do what ALL the other delivery services do - and CALL if they struggle to open the gate? UPS, you really are terrible at doing what it is you're charging money for. If it was up to me I'd use ANY other provider of this service.

Delivery driver wouldn’t complete my even though it was completely easy to load in the truck. This guy clearly nyto grow a pair.

Worst service and complete lies Waiting on my package and the tracking information saying I'm not at home I'm at home all the time. I work remote. Total lies don't use this service

Had a real displeasure today with uPS . My parcel was out for delivery all day so I looked up the latest delivery time and it stated 19:00. 18:00 I get an alert that my parcel was delivered. I was like that’s amazing how that happened with no one at the door or any sign of the invisible force. I look on my screen and see oh it’s been delivered in another part of the town by a name I don’t recognise. This didn’t have a photo or location so I was totally confused. Great more work than just delivering the parcel in the first place I’ll ring Ups. So the person on the phone tells me it’s at a shop in your town you’ll have to go and get it. Why!!!!! So collected the parcel it’s suspiciously ripped and with the delivery address as my home address not a shop in the middle of the Town. Oh and by that point after getting it home the address miraculously updates on ups website. I wonder if I hadn’t rang and gone to collect that my parcel would still be there the next day. Iv passed my concerns to the company I purchased from.

I had a package that was being sent from New Jersey to where I live in Orange County CA and it ended up in Long Beach. I was alerted by the person that received it and was sent a picture of the box. My tracking number was covered up by another tracking number by a UPS employee and sent to the house in Long Beach. Its been there since Dec 20th it is now January 8th. They told me I had to send them a description of the item. I sent them the information and yet they wont send me my package. I filed a case they told me they would call me about it. The ONLY person that has been doing any calling is me. When I call I get the run around from these people. I am currently on hold for a supervisor for the las 1/2 hour

Out of 6 packages they got all 6 late they are the worst at delivering honestly they should give up and let FedEx take over I will never ship through them again for just a couple bucks more u can get FedEx and it will get there faster

From Portland, OR USA, via Louisville, KY, and Cologne till Vienna was my package traceable. But in Austria no tracing possible. The package is gone. On the phone people from I don't know which countries, bareable understanding and speaking German. No way to find a responsible person. If I could I would give them minus stars. UPS Austria NEVER again.

Horrible customer service also they cant figure out how to add my Apartment number, and found out its going to another address but I cant fix it on my end cause its not matching my info, so im stuck ups says call them matco says call ups im lost, what do I do? Dont want to lose my stuff. Need it also on time for college, I payed for fast shipping almost 50 dollars. Can à ups Manager(REAL BOSS) contact me?

I was home @"delivery time" driver didn't even ring the door bell at this point I don't even want the package stop wasting peoples time

Absolutely horrible service. There were "attempts" to deliver my package for the last 3 days. For the last 3 days I was home, together with 3 - 5 other people at a time. Not once did the doorbell ring. Instead, today I found a note of "failed delivery" - I literally stayed home by the front door for the most of the day, for the last 2 days and nobody knocked or rang the bell. Honestly, it's comical but also frustrating because I've made plans based around the package arriving before next week.

I had some stakes sent to mea after missing the frist try I ask if I could pick it up my self it was xmas eve the next they said no it have to be 0n the 26 after xmas by then they were rotten so I tell my person and they try again Now i call to pick it up frist thing "do ship it" they ship it any way now I dont know what is going on they dont seem to be able to follow easy instruction

I placed an 80 order item shipped ups from IL to NY..i live in WA item was lost and ups kept communicating to sender that item is on the way but tells me its lost but they cant help me only the sender. Absolutely 100% nightmare so not only is my items lost but i cant even get my items resent. Terrible customer service terrible service i will be rating all day today so people know what they did

The package was to be delivered Dec 29 before 2pm. At 1pm I got notice it would arrive before 9pm on that evening. At 8pm I got a notice it was going to arrive evening of January 2. This is an important package after uncles death. 4 days late is unacceptable. Bad business

UPS is a really terrible company with really mean workers!. How do you claim you attempted delivery when you never did?. I was at home for 2days yet you claim you attempted delivery? did you attempt delivery in my dreams? Perishable items were shipped using the overnight option, now it's taking 3 whole days?. Avoid UPS by all means.

I ordered a costly piece of equipment. UPS left it in a place exposing it to pouring down rain. Had the package been pulled 2 feet closer to the door, it would have been fully protected. Common sense is not so common.

What happened to UPS? They've completely outsourced all of their customer service rep and I am not trying to discriminate, but I cannot understand a single word that most of the customer reps are saying over the phone. UPS customer service used to be great and would be able to help my issue with a single phone call, but the new customer service is absolutely terrible. They do not care about helping you out and now our online business account has been locked out for 24 hours because of UPS's mistake. Do not bother calling the customer service reps as they have absolutely no idea and have no knowledge about a simple thing as online technical assistance. Went from A service to F-

I would have given rating in minus if I had that option. I haven’t seen such irresponsible behaviour towards customers till date. My international parcel arrived in Dublin on 4th Dec and still haven’t delivered to me. Everytime I call customer service I just get a standard response stating it will be delivered soon. UPS customer representative have even lied 2 times on call by assuring that I will receive my parcel on next day but received nothing as of today. When asked for an email id to raise complain or escalate it they simply reply that I can only speak to customer representative and there is a huge back log which they are trying to clear. One of the representatives even told me that as of yesterday my parcel has not even sorted in the warehouse. I seriously wonder that the company is doing from 4th Dec till date. Very horrible experience.
