Absolutely the worst delivery company on earth. Lied about a weather delay, lied about delivery date. Over a week for a package that should been here in 2 days. I will never ever ever use this company again. Just shut down already

I will never use UPS again!!! No attempt to redeliver my package!!! No customer service! No support to help when your package is not delivered and brought to some random 3rd party location for pickup!!! Just had open heart surgery and cannot pick up my package!!!

VÆRSTE leveringsfirma! Gang på gang, faktisk hver gang, har jeg betalt for at få leveret min pakke med UPS til min hjemmeadresse, men de møder ikke op på adressen men skriver enten at adressen ikke findes eller at der ikke var nogen hjemme. Begge dele passer ikke, jeg har både oplevet at når jeg har været hjemme at de ikke engang har været og banke på, og da jeg har overvågning rundt om huset kan jeg også se at de ikke har været der på optagelserne. Når jeg forsøger at vælge selv hvor de så skal aflevere pakken og dette godkendes, så vælger de alligevel selv hvor det lige passer dem at aflevere min pakke, dette resultere i at jeg skal køre over 20 minutter for at hente en pakke et sted jeg ikke har valgt og når jeg har betalt for levering på hjemmeadresse hvor de aldrig har forsøgt at levere den. De gange jeg har talt med kundeservice om disse gentagende problemer, fortæller de bare at de desværre ikke kan kontakte chaufføren og ikke ved hvorfor han ikke køre ud til adressen. Jeg forestiller mig at nogen ikke gider udføre sit arbejde og blot synes det nemmere at aflevere i en pakkeshop de alligevel skal hen til og så aflevere alt der. Jeg er mildest talt uendeligt træt af dem og stopper med at bruge dem fremover og dermed handler jeg fremover heller ikke hos de forretninger som kun tilbyder levering med UPS.

THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY !!! SCAMMERS The worst delivery company ever with useless customer service!!! I made a Gift for my sister wedding an expensive AIR FRIER. The wedding was in Portugal. Unfortunately she already bought the same so we have to send it back in UK for refund. And this is where my "GREAT" experience with the WORST DELIVER COMPANY begun. I have ordered postage label with collection from Portugal and deliver to UK. In the postage label I have add value of the item and extra insurance. The UPS collected the item from Portugal and they lost the package somewhere. I have contacted them and they told me "the parcel has been lost". I said ok, it can happened and my nightmare with UPS ''GREAT" customer service begun. I have ordered the label as guest from them website but you are unable to make a claim if you don't have account. I made the claim from my UK account with explaining everything but I was't able to add Portugal address for the collection as a started point because every time I got the message from UPS "GREAT" website "YOU HAVE TO ADD VALID UK ADDRESS". This doesn't make any cense but this was the only way to continue. I have contacted them many times Customer Service and they were very unprofessional. At end I paid UPS 34£ service for delivery and the lost item for 240£ . TOTALY LOST 274£. You can use UPS but it will cost you and they will lost your parcel and not take responsibilities because are SCAM COMPANY !!!

A package that was handed over to UPS store the previous evening 5 PM and supposed to delivered by noon next day was delivered after 72 hours after the promised deadline. The issue is the package was perishable item. There was no communications whatsoever. When I call UPS, it takes 45-60 minutes to speak to CSR because they deployed a Robot in between Customers and CSR. The Robot will not understand anything but it will keep repeating the same nonsense. You cannot log a complaint if you send the package through a UPS Store. You cannot track a complaint because you did not log it. Essentially UPS will charge whatever they want and if you paid the money to get any response back from them is impossible.

The worst ever delivery company. They 'lose' virtually everything - i.e. it's stolen in their depots. Nightmarish customer service, endless e-mails, including to various corporate robots in the USA. On a par with Barclaycard for inflicting agony. Instead of using them, open your front door and throw what you want posted on the pavement - more chance of it getting there. Or drop it in a local river.

The worst! They’ve lost my package for two weeks ! Still have yet to receive it. The only reason a company can get away with one star reviews and still operate is because they’re the only choice. Come on someone rich think of a better idea! This pony express ups needs to be a thing of the past! They’re horrible.

UPS lost my package shipped from a merchant Godakart.com I filed a claim they issued the claim check to the merchant not to me. Their customer support and claims department are outscored you cannot speak to anyone in America never. UPS said to contact merchant who will not respond to my numerous requests for an replacement and UPS says there's nothing they can do although I filed the claim. Now I have no merchandise the merchant paid twice and I cannot speak with an American at UPS. Trying to get my merchandise my money or to speak to an American has been a complete nightmare. Do Not use UPS they are not business moral

UPS didn’t respect the customer who paid money to get service, but unfortunately we got a very bad service from unskilled staff, after 10 days of delays they postponed the delivery from Thursday to Monday! Easy

Don't use this excuse of a company ..I paid good money sending my daughter a Xmas present overseas..UPS ransacked it inc private underwear and blamed customs..I gave up trying to pursue a simple explanation after more than 35 e mails..they don't answer calls and were a complete joke of a company..trust me save your money and use someone else.. They said they delivered a perishable package and set it by front door. I was home. They didn't deliver it. After hours of trying to find it or get my money back, They told me I wasn't able to file a claim because it was delivered. There isn't a rating low enough for them. They get the same rating as COVID

I wouldn't even give them a one star. One of the worst courier companies. Staff have no motivation to clear shipments. It takes more than a week to deliver after it has reached the destination. Would never ever use them again

Ups delivered my item to a shop and sent me the details of when that shop would be open. I travelled to the shop to find it closed with a sign saying it was due to a family grievance. The card said collect within 7 days or it would be returned so I contacted them to tell them what had happened and to make sure it would be ok to collect the following weekend. When I ended the call I got 2 texts. When I got my bill at the end of the month I had been charged £12.47 for my call to them and £2.50 per text that they sent me. I made a complaint on trust pilot and they told me how sorry they were and to send the details. A few days later I got an email from someone quoting terms and conditions and how they wouldn't do anything. I found those terms and conditions and they were completely irrelevant. The service is appalling.

Sun is out and it’s 23 degrees can’t deliver weather related issues fedex delivered 3 packages today this is not the first time I’ve had the same issues with ups late delivery damaged package fedex and usps never a problem I’m fed up I’m done

I used my UPS account once. Someone else fraudulently or accidentally used my account for multiple other shipments. I disputed the charges online and my claim was rejected. Twice I called to remove the charges and both times I was told the charges would be removed. Today I received a notice that my account was suspended for not paying these incorrect charges. After 97 minutes on the phone with UPS today including being placed back in the main queue after reaching someone who could help I finally got another person who confirmed that the charges were cleared up. It's hard to trust that it'll actually happen this time since the previous reps were so useless. My account has now been cancelled and I'll make sure wherever possible that I route my business elsewhere.

Package left Pittsburgh area at 10:35 pm on 1/25/23and arrived in Buffalo at 1:30 am on 1/26/23. Weather delay at 4:00 am, and then missed the 10:00 pm departure on 1/26/23, by arriving at 11:04 pm after being in the center for 20.5 hours. So my package sat there until 10:07 pm, arrived in Syracuse at 12:56 am on 1/28/23. Received e-mail at 7:15 pm on 1/27/23, telling my package would be delivered by USPS on 1/28/23, by 7:00 pm. Package. Package never arrived to USPS until 12:51 pm, so took 12 hours to get to USPS, so now I won't get it delivered until 1/29/23, up until 8:00 pm. Package was originally due 1/27/23. Package was SurePost, so instead of 3 days it is now 5 days, but could have been 4 days. UPS or USPS both are terrible.

Ups changed their normal time of delivery which used to be after 5 p.m. but now are showing up in the middle of the day when I am at work. The package that I am receiving needs to have signature but they are not offering alternative pickup location. They will just make another failed attempt in the middle of the day and not leave my package.
