I have waited all day for an important delivery. Tracking says an attempt was made. Thhis is not true. Called CS and was told it would still come today. No update to this in the Tracking info. Just terrible service all around.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 1 star is too much. Awful experience dealing with UPS. I ordered a parcel from Amazon at the end of April which was dispatched shortly thereafter. Of course, the UPS driver had difficulty delivering to the OOHPod locker that I had down as the delivery address. An Post and DPD never have issues with delivery to OOHPod lockers but somehow UPS always does. Anyway, on each of my multiple calls with different employees, I offered to collect the package myself from UPS’ depot in Finglas as I noted that I did not live far away and I had done this before with a previous package. One of the employees (the second call I had) fully lied to me on the phone and said that the parcel was in the locker waiting to be picked up and I would receive the message with my code to open the locker from OOHPod in 24 hours. Obviously, as someone who frequently uses the OOHPod lockers, I knew that wasn’t true and when I explained that, she continued to say it was the case..?????. Anyway, 4 calls later and I’m advised that my package was returned to sender just over a week ago without any sort of notification. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. As mentioned, I offered to pick up the package myself on each call and I kept being told no… so instead of contacting me, they decided to just send it back. I needed the item that I ordered for next week and I needed it when it should’ve been delivered at the very start but here we are, 3 weeks later and I’m not getting my item. Very, very annoyed by this (in case that wasn’t obvious) and will at every opportunity be advising people to avoid using UPS.

Garbage company. Absolutely makes it impossible to talk to a live human. In fact, its AI voice also has the rudest manner I ever have encountered with one of those situations, telling you right off the bat you will not reach a live person and then hangs up on you, especially if you do not play the pointless game with AI that produces nothing anyway. Furthermore, if you want to pick up your package at UPS, if that is even possible, as in most instances UPS makes that impossible too, you have to pay a $20 yearly membership fee just to even pick up one package. As said, the company is scum. Perhaps at one point it was something better. Fed EX is MUCH better all the way around

Worse delivery company on the planet, I would rather pay extra for a product as long as it's not delivered by UPS. This is not my first encounter with UPS, this has happened to me at 2 times before. I ordered 4 items and express delivery, not knowing they used UPS, If I did, I would've gone elsewhere, I needed the items delivered before Friday 10th May 24, delivery, supposedly on the Wed the 8th, not delivered, UPS said (on their app) deliver the next working day (9th May) you wait all day, to get told (App) we'll deliver Monday, strangely, UPS had already returned one of the items to sender, before they sent the message regarding delivery on Monday. Useless! I needed those things, it was my 60th birthday on Saturday and required them, I was gutted and had to go elsewhere for them, at an extra cost, now having to wait for a refund. Please don't use UPS! if you are one of those people who have had a good experience, you're very lucky.

ups is the WORST post in the world !!! No one come to deliver my order, I didn't receive any Email and ups send it back. Just for delivery I paid 60€ they are scammers ! Don't believe and use ups !

Doesn't give any option to change delivery date Doesn't try twice, just goes and dumps your parcel 5 miles across town and expects you to pick it up. I've even had the parcel shop trick without even an attempted delivery

UPS deceives and mistreats their customers in terms of delivery. They failed to collect packages at the designated time, resulting in a one-day delay in the delivery process. They ended up delivering on Friday much sooner than the expected delivery time I was given.On the second attempt at delivery, the driver arrived on Saturday but was about to leave without leaving a note. However, someone from the house stopped the driver and asked why he was leaving. The driver explained that the package had been forgotten and was not loaded into his truck. Apologizing, he then informed them that they would have to wait until Monday to receive the package. On Monday, after utilizing the ineffective and untrustworthy MyChoice UPS App, it indicated that the driver approached my location but subsequently returned to the warehouse by 6 pm. I contacted their customer service line and was informed that the tracking information I possessed was incorrect, as per their records, the package was still in the process of being delivered. The UPS rep told me to give the driver ample time to deliver my package by 9:00pm. I contacted them right before 9:00pm to let them know that my package had not arrived yet.The representative hesitated to assist, explaining that there is limited assistance available because everyone has already left for the day. She suggested waiting until 9:00pm for the package to be delivered. I requested her to wait for just 4 more minutes as the package, which was supposed to be delivered within two days, has already exceeded its expected delivery time. She helped reluctantly, mentioning that she would see if she could send a message to the dispatcher. After checking, she returned and informed me that she could leave a message for the dispatcher to call me the next day. However, she also mentioned that there was still a possibility that I might receive my package, as sometimes the drivers, who are supposed to return by 9:00 pm, may be late. It is now past 10:00 pm, and there is still no sign of the driver or any notification regarding my package. Multiple UPS representatives have consistently deceived me, preventing me from visiting their warehouse to collect the item unless I utilize their malfunctioning app, and seeking assistance from the representatives proved exceptionally difficult. Additionally, they provided conflicting information.Attempting to voice my complaint to manager Eric/Erik turned out to be disheartening as he outright expressed disinterest in addressing my concerns. He mentioned that he had already instructed the driver to reach out to me and provide a timeframe for the delivery of my package, assuring me that someone would contact me. However, despite the usage of their subpar app, which surprisingly worked on today, I witnessed on thevtravker in the app, the driver making other deliveries in my vicinity and then returning to the warehouse without reaching me. At 6:00, I saw the truck at the warehouse and this compelled me to contact their customer service!! Based on my past encounters, I would not trust them to deliver in a timely manner even if someone's life depended on it.

Package was due for delivery 4-18-2024 by 7 pm , never received package. Anniversary gift truly put a damper on my evening. Tried to contact customer service no luck constantly hung up on after automated system not helpful at all

They have pathetic customer care and delivery system coordination. There is a shipment I am waiting to receive sent from US. I have already paid the UK import custom charges (GBP 45.85) but somehow the UPS customer care and delivery teams has gap in communication. The amount still show pending at their website after 2 days. The delivery driver is without actually visiting the delivery address keep updating his notes that delivery attempted (fake). I have contacted customer care about 20 times, explained to them and provided my contact number for driver as well as payment reference numbers but still the same story. They don't understand and deliver the simple package. In addition to above I wanted to put this amount in dispute and requested for dispute form 5 times in separate calls but they do not share the dispute form. Their service doesn't seem genuine and reliable.

Having changed my delivery point to a UPS access point I am now told the driver was unable to deliver it there! I cannot get any information either from a pointless chat or an automated ‘phone call in which the service kept repeating it could not understand the tracking number! What dreadful “service”!

I will never send anything by UPS. I sent three items in an envelope. The envelope was Opened and sealed again with only two items in it. One item was missing. I undestand if delivery is delayed, but stealing items from package is way too much. That is Why I will never use UPS services again. One Star is too much for UPS delivery.

Ups Drivers don't follow directions. When I get my packages they dropped off at my neighbors house and not mine everytime. I called and made a complaint what good did that do? None. I was told it wouldn't happen again and it did today. I get home and it's at my neighbors house again. So if your looking for your UPS package look at your neighbors house it maybe there. I wish it was a better company that will make the drivers do the right thing. Follow directions I have directions in my account and still I don't get my package at my door. I went to complain again and the website says error go figure so convenient for UPS.

published review 4/17/24 Worst delivery services, I have my package shipped by ups with tracking number and signature required, driver delivered my package to wrong address, I sow notification and I open door and I sow driver leaving with his truck but no package was here , in system he sent picture but he cut my door number which I think he takes my package back after he takes pictures, I contacted UPS but they said that I need to reach out to the sender and pay again their stupid service. Who still use UPS in 2024 ??? Folks find another way to get your package this ups

I ordered 2 cds and paid 56 bucks for the cds, paid 20 bucks on top of that for the shipping then 42 bucks for fees on top of that! So i paid MORE for shipping than the item itself. this is a scam and rip off. i called customer service and spoke to someone who put me on hold for 30 mins and said someone would call back. NEVER DID!

First, I have always thought highly of UPS. I had a positive experience working for them while in college many years ago, and I have friends that work or worked for them. BUT, my recent experience with their Mail Innovations program has been horrendous. I ordered merchandise from Sweetwater Music, and they sent it by this means of delivery. I gather it is a lower priced service where the package is handed off to USPS for final delivery. [This also enables blame shifting between the parties; i.e. sort of a shell game that you are guaranteed to lose.] The package was promptly shipped and then got stuck somewhere "pending acceptance." UPS then changed the expected delivery date daily, so far, 8 times. I still don't have the package. When I attempted to find out if it was going to be pending in the black hole forever, UPS said that type of delivery did not qualify to make a claim. To their credit Sweetwater shipped the order again, without charge, by FedEx. Maybe some day I will get the package from UPS.
