Worst delivery service ever. My package was delivered but they never send a code now I m not able to get my pacakge

started talking to Costumer Service on the24th of December. Talked to them over and over. Got transferred so many it was riduculous. my reciept says next day air the package was delivered 4 days later. . i think i am entitled to the difference between the 575 and what the website says the cost would be for 4 days

UPS Portugal: appauling service, rude and disrespectful customer service representatives who hang up during the call because they cannot face questions. I paid for an express 3-day delivery from the UK to Portugal, the parcel arrived to Portugal within 1 day and was stuck at the warehouse in Leiria for 10 days with no update and empty promises to deliver tomorrow, and so on for 10 days. The statis was updated every day to: delivery unsuccessful, wrong address, fix address… while the address was correct. I would never recommend UPS service in Portugal to anyone. Don’t waste your money and energy on unprofessional, irresponsible and unreliable service.

If I could give -100 I would. Worst customer service (here in Gemrany). I am expecting a package since yesterday! The delivery times changed three times yesterday. I call them and schedule delivery. Second day the same thing. Package not delivered... Emails - they don't give you answers to your questions and in the end they ignore you. I still didn't get my package.

they don't even rank 1, the service is terrible. on friday they said that the package would be delivered on tuesday, and on tuesday they said that the package was sent back. it's just horror and there are no words to describe this horror

I should receive my package on Friday that's way I chose next day delivery we have christening on Sunday and my package arrived on Monday. Disaster company, Disaster service

UPS tracking is the worst out there. I receive medical supplies through UPS and their tracking is very bad. Even their own customer service indicates it should not be believed. Today I was supposed to get a delivery between 9.45am - 12.45, then it changes to 13.30 - 15.30. Now it is end of the day. Even their own driver said if it is not here by 5pm it is unlikely to be delivered as the depot is 2 hours away and he needs to be back there by 7pm. Contacting customer service does not help as they have no clue and all they do is ask the depot to contact me. Or give the suggestion to use MyChoice, which I have done, but delivery requests are bluntly ignored (deliver to neighbour). The nearest UPS access point requires to travel by car and for a disabled person who can't drive it means getting an expensive taxi. If I could get my medical supplies any other way I would do so.

Scammers. A company sending me a Check in a a package YESTERDAY using UPS. I paid for next day. Waited all day today for my check just to find out because of their mis-scan I won’t get it by today and PAID FOR!!! Now they’re telling me they can’t deliver my check today, it’s early still and I live by the FACILITY!!! Talk to a supervisor at the facility and he was very RUDE. Not holding his workers accountable and threaten to call the police. I even offered to drive and go pick it up, because I need it today NOT TOMORROW. I have to cash my check today so I can get my Medicines seeing I'm Diabetic and have to pay some bills. I use to work for UPS and know this company has lazy employees. People pay for your services and you take advantage of hard working people. There is NO WAY I shouldn’t be able to get my package today especially after UPS made a mistake and I paid for it to be delivered today. Please DON’T end up like me, as you hear how they do paying customers with Medical Needs. Will be in contact with corporate next step

Had a motorbike windscreen delivered today, driver dropped box on the steps then walked round the side of my house and threw the box over my 6 foot solid wood gate, all this on my ring door bell. This company are disgusting parcel breakers. Try not to use, thankfully they are rare in my area.

Very bab I had 2 incidents, one the UPS store scanned my return package but still my merchandise didn’t receive it . Open claims 2 times already 😡 without solve the problem they closed the claim I reopened again today The 2nd the driver dropped the package nowhere there’s not a tracking number or anything, I went to the UPS store to find out the information. What kind of service so ridiculous. No wonder why they are getting 1* rates

This is the second time in a row. I’m not getting my package on time. They placed the blame on the sender every time, but it is scanned into their facility so obviously it left the sender and it’s in their hands and they don’t admit to it I can’t even get an email through them. They are the worst..

I have never had more issue with packages then with UPS there is always a delay or error with shipping. The website basically doesnt work I always have to call, which can take 10-30 mins, for things that should have been able to do online. Been writing bad reviews whilst waiting 38 mins for costumer service. Absolute dumpster fire. If I had a choice to not use UPS I would.

Hey UPS!!!! Do you read your reviews on your own company. Maybe you should because obviously most people think the way you run your company is the worst, and it’s obvious UPS don’t care about their customers. No customer service? Here talk to a computer because we hate our customers. Your CEO should be fired. People are sick of your crappy ran company.

UPS is an absolute disgrace. My package was supposed to arrive 2-3 days ago, and here I am still waiting, thanks to their incompetence and outright lies. They claimed they “attempted delivery” the day before yesterday—what a joke! I was home the entire day, and no one even came near my house. Then they had the audacity to say my package was taken to a collection point 14 miles away from where I live. When I wasted my time and fuel driving there, the shop told me they didn’t even have the package. Yesterday, my wife stayed home all day waiting, and yet again, no one showed up. Now I get an update saying someone mysteriously “changed the delivery date.” Another blatant lie. UPS is either completely incompetent or deliberately misleading their customers—or maybe both. They have wasted my time, energy, and money, and still have no accountability for their failures. I will never trust UPS again, and I urge anyone reading this to avoid them like the plague. They do not deliver on their promises—literally.

Anything that could’ve went wrong went wrong. I paid for two day shipping. I got here in 10 days when the package hit my town It took them four days to bring it three minutes this company is an absolute joke and I can promise I will never ever ship through them again I’d rather drive 12 hours then deal with these clowns again
