If there was a ZERO star option that would be a start. Numerous times on numerous orders they chose to deliver the package to an access point for pick up. The original address on the online order was my home address. No changes made on my part. Numerous phone calls later requesting a manager each time. Having to re-explain the issue each time because they do not have a system to accurately detail the ongoing issue. I was guaranteed the delivery at a specific time and of course it didn't happen. The agent on the phone actually hung up. I had to call back and ask for yet another manager who would "escalate the issue". All they do is read from a script and try to apologize and talk over you without giving you the opportunity to speak. Zero problem solving skills. No customer service system at all. Again my package was not delivered as promised. Online vendors who choose this company as there shipper put customers in an unreliable situation. I will NEVER support UPS or any vendor now that uses this company as their shipper. False promises. Zero customer service. Absolutely no training of their staff on how to deal with anything. Managers are useless.

Terrible Service and Communication Had a delivery scheduled for today, with a promised time slot of 10:30am-12:30pm. Stayed in all day waiting, only to have the time pass with no sign of the delivery or any update. Contacted customer service, which was an ordeal in itself due to the automated system. Finally got through to a representative who was unable to provide any useful information and simply told me to "sit tight and wait". Was assured the package would arrive by 9pm, but the call was then abruptly ended, preventing me from giving feedback—likely on purpose. At 5:30pm, after wasting an entire day, I received a message saying the delivery was delayed by one business day, with no explanation or apology. This experience has been a complete failure of customer service and communication. I will avoid using UPS in the future and cannot recommend them to anyone. Shocking service.

I opted in to have the delivery done on a specific date and paid the amount of money requested. The delivery did not take place when I requested it. I phoned customer service several times where they passed me from one department to another, been hung up on, I couldn't get any refund on the missed delivery... UPS is a waste of time and money

Got given notice that they would arrive on 8/11/2024 and they did not turn up. Then on 11/11/2024, while I was working, someone from UPS rang me on my mobile, while I was with a patient multiple times. I had to turn my phone off. I took one whole day off work on 12/11/2024. Took another day off work on 12/11/2024 and waited in my apartment the whole day, did now shower, did not eat, did not use the toilet as I did not want to miss out on the delivery. The man came, buzz at the gate and when I pressed the reply button, did not wait and left. I waited for a few minutes, in case he will ring again and he did not. I ran down to the foyer of the apartment and there was no delivery person. I missed my delivery. Rang the help line and was advised they will come in an hour and then received a phone call that they will not be coming and will come again tomorrow (13/11/2024). I told them that I work 6 days a week and cannot take another day off (as I have a mortage, bills to pay, was meant to go to the bank, had a car accident recently and did not get my car repaired as I was waiting for this delivery) and told the man that I cannot wait another day, for a delivery person who cannot buzz twice or wait a few minutes, the man's reply, "that is your opinion". I asked him "what it that suppose to mean" and he answered "that is in some people's opinion". Well guess what... it was recorded in the apartment camera, so I don't think it's my opinion. I asked if they could send it to a shop in Melbourne (my third phone call) -> a female shouted at me and told me that I will just need to wait until next Tuesday. Unfortunately, some of us have work, mortgages and bills to pay, we cannot wait 3 days for a delivery and a delivery man who cannot even wait 10 secs. A delivery man delivered my package FINALLY on 19/11/2024. I must admit, he was a smooth talker - he made it a point to "talk at me", told me that the delivery man from last Tuesday was "shifty" and that he was not at fault as there are "shifty" people that deliver for the company. Once again, this is not my problem and I do not have any obligation to listen to his toxic work environment. I paid for a delivery of ONE item, unfortunately, I did not pay to listen about his "lazy, shifty colleagues". My response was a polite smile, as I just wanted him "out of my hair" and more desperately, I wanted my package!!! Before he left, I think he thought I was impressed with him, as I continued to begrudgingly smile. He showed me his name card, REITERATED his name and surname and asked me 3 TIMES to give him a positive feedback. He then added that he needed a positive review to "keep his job". I smiled and replied, "I understand". It was at this stage that my blood pressure really escalated, as I thought about the three days worth of work that I had missed (with loss of income), and when I rung the company at least three times last week, no one seemed to care. What made me even angrier was that after I had PAID for this delivery, I need to succumb to his innuendos and coercive statements to give him a positive feedback so that he can "keep his job". The smooth talker annoyed me more, as he continued to state that he "likes to treat his clients as relatives". Before he left, he showed me his name card and reminded me to give him a positive feedback one more time. THE MOST INAPPROPRIATE THING FOLLOWED ON - HE MESSAGED ME HIS MANAGER'S EMAIL AND ASKED ME TO GIVE A POSITIVE FEEDBACK, in case I forgot. I don't know the motive, of this narcissistic person who asked if I "really worked at a hospital" (I wore a t-shirt and shorts, as I was going to the rowing shed). My response was, "I do work in a hospital"; I then thought, for what it is worth, I could be.... a physiotherapist, a cleaner, a kitchen hand, an occupational therapist, social worker, nurse or a doctor... whether my delivery is dependent on what my job title is and where I work, is ONCE AGAIN inappropriate. Please remember, I did not pay for a delivery to listen to HIS PROBLEMS AND TO BE COERCED INTO EMAILING HIS MANAGER TO CONTRADICT MY PREVIOUS complaints. Before he left, he belittled me by saying, "don't stress... you stress too much... you know, its an expensive package... don't stress". I wish that a few condescending phrases, a lollipop, could help me make up for the loss in salary, erase the most abhorrent experiences that I went through during the various phone calls with the rude, obnoxious and UNHELPFUL staff that I had to deal with... but it doesn't. If the company wants a positive feedback -> please do a root cause analysis FIRST as to how your service is under par (as evidence by the number of one stars that I have noted in Australia, the United Kingdom and USA), please implement measurable actions that you can undertake to improve your services. Please audit your deliveries and try to improve your service. By doing this ostensibly menial task, most people that have given you a low rating, would already be satisfied, at least, their concerns were addressed and MORE IMPORTANTLY THE ADVERSE EXPERIENCE THAT THEY WERE SUBJECTED TO WOULD NOT BE REPEATED. Please educate your managerial staff and personnels as to the appropriate way to address and talk to clients and what professionalism truly is. I think one week is a long time to wait for a delivery of ONE PARCEL and a SMILE is really the best that I can do with these people to get them out of my life and more importantly, to get my package!!

Took a package to be delivered on Labor Day. It was supposed to be there by that Thursday. (Supposedly) Arrived at the city for delivery and then they started putting notes like severe weather and couldn’t deliver due to an unforeseen circumstance (called the UPS Store and they were told there was an accident). Called for the fifth time only to discover they supposedly know that it’s in Lone Star, Tx or at a Lone Star facility and had never even been put on a truck for delivery. They’ve been lying about even knowing where the package is for four days!

Rubbish company. I paid £22.49 for a letter to be delivered the following day, but it got to its destination after 2 days. They wouldn’t refund me for the inconvenience. I will never use ups ever again. Very bad company

They are terrible, lie about delivery, they say, that the location has refused delivery. It’s a drop off box/locker and once I got the message I went to inspect the locker and found it was in fine working condition, also this locker is open 24 hour a day, I’ve tried everything calling, but get cut off from customer service, trying to do all the right things to their website and their website is absolutely useless compared to someone like DHL. UPS are not in the same league as DHL. Still no updates after2 days weather it will be delivered. In fact I can’t be bothered writing anymore as this company don’t even deserve any more of my time, but basically my comments are the same as all the other comments which are negative on here

Warning: Avoid Using UPS in Norway I’ve had an unbelievably bad experience with UPS in Norway. After paying £549 for an item, they claimed to deliver it to a vague location ("Hunndalen") but didn’t provide any specific details. Despite numerous calls, emails, and chasing every local collection point and post office, no one has my package, and UPS support has been completely useless. They’ve failed to take responsibility, ignored my need for clear answers, and caused me weeks of frustration. If you’re shipping anything in Norway, avoid UPS—they’re unreliable and unhelpful.

Lies number one, three times they claimed to have delivered but never did. Lies number two, they send us an invoice 24 days late yet we paid. Now found out they are returning my parcel back to Spain. Strongly advise not to use them at all.

My partner and I lost $313,990 Btc to a fake cryptocurrency investment platform A few months Ago, We had made an investment with an online broker who pretended to work with an investment Firm that helped traders and he literally promised huge profits who at the end scammed us and wasn't even responding to our messages. This really hit us hard to a point my husband had suicidal thoughts. Fortunately for us,an old family friend who previously worked with my husband referred us to TheresachinRecovery INC an Inc operative recovery experts. They checked on our case and assured us that our funds were recoverable.Their services and responses were professional and satisfying. They were able to recover all our lost funds and we really appreciated them and forever greatful to their service. From paying the customs invoice the East Midlands branch cannot manage to lift the package and put it on to a delivery vehicle. Lost so much business because of this. No contact number for the UK centre, do not answer emails or take incoming calls. Nobody takes ownership of any problem despite promises. A monumental failure on customer service and lazy staff. A statement from the head of operations: Managing a team of over 200 employee within the hub as well as the ramp aircraft handling team. I bring a wealth of expertise in operations management, having led many functions during my career, including all of the UPS U.K. and Ireland sorting hubs. I have also held the role of U.K. Hub training manager responsible for orientation programs, management training and development along with working with the UPS worldwide corporate teams in delivering programs within the UK. As a highly skilled specialist in operations management I have also joined colleagues from our corporate audit team to audit other UPS countries and districts, offering guidance on best practices and improvement strategies. Well we can all talk a good job Mr. Millward.

fast recovery channel Who helped me recover my $56,700 from online fake forex and binary options investment platforms. Documenting all that has happened is very important. The world would be better if we did not have thieves and people who create scams aiming to steal from us. The best move anyone can make is to educate themselves about possible scams and the way they work because they are everywhere and to be intelligent in the decisions made by them and the information they provide all thanks to fastrecoverychannel @ mail . com

If I could give a zero I would. Always delays with delivery, drivers can't identify the correct address and than tell the customer address not accurate. What a B.S. Two day air shipments for perishable food takes up to a week, of course food is bad by the time it arrives. Try to talk with customer service but no results. That kind of service is just unacceptable.

I think this business is a fraud. For over three months now, I've been having problems getting my money returned, and they keep telling me it's still being processed. A corporation that refuses to return your money is difficult to trust. Thankfully, I discovered ( Email:: lilo__grace ), and their kind staff assisted me in receiving a full refund of my money, you can also contact her Email:: lilo__grace__75__(AT)__gmail__.__com ) whatsapp:+1 ( 615 )-414-15-62
