2 months and still they can’t find my parcel or refund my money I wonder how they still running a business their link for complain doesn’t work customer service just take messages but can’t act eventually they send me link to complain that work and investigate I filled it and been told me to wait 8 days for investigation again nothing happened wrote back to them again they ask me to fill in another form to claim money back my experience with them is to avoid at any cost rude and unprofessional

PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE… PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU SEND ANY PARCEL WITH UPS!!! My tracking number is 1z63x3a30406077393 and I have been waiting since 24th July when my parcel arrived in Northampton and I was supposed to receive on that day. I waited until 7:00 pm and it didn't come so next day the tracking said it will deliver on Monday.. did not arrive then it said Tuesday did not arrive.. then it rescheduled the delivery to Thursday and today they are saying the parcel has been to delivered to my address at 2:01 pm but I am still waiting for the parcel and asked every unit and the reception in the cresset and no one has it..so UPS..you have already damaged my reputation and gave me lots of stress and I am going to legal action for compensation also report against your stupid service so you can not contact with anyone. I do not need your silly reply I just want my goods otherwise I am going to lose almost £500 for 2 pages ads. I have already sent you( advertiser email) in your email. I am so CONFUSED that they are saying in the first column that you are going through and in the last column is saying that our driver has deliver to your next? WHICH IS LYING because I have been here every day and sitting in front of the front door because this parcel is not an ORDINARY PARCEL.. we are launching our BRAND and we have 100's hours to get the design/colours/materials right because our aim to provide best products at affordable price. All our correspondings through whatsaap and email/telephone calls will prove everything. So UPS YOU HAVE LOST MY DREAM not JUST AN ORDINARY PARCEL ..you can not put MONEY! I dream of handbags and the past 7 years have been RESEARCHING and decided now IS THE RIGHT TIME because it will not be EASY to find good products due to this pandemic. SO I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST UPS and I will fight myself. MONEY WISE I LOST £ 400 gave them to buy the material and shipping + £27.12 duty & vat + £416 for 2 full pages ads with PE magazine.

UPS really bad experience! I was sent two packages (together) from Italy to London, I paid for the delivery at home and they assured me the arrival in 4 working days. they lied updating the tracking and writing that I was not at home for delivery when I was waiting for them, they lied when they wrote DELIVERED and instead I had not received anything, they lied again when I called them saying that there was a problem and I would have received the parcels at home within two days, after two days they said another day, and in the end they left my parcels in two different collection points and even put one in the expiry time! after 11 days I also had to go to take them myself!outrageous!

I paid for something to be delivered to my house, only for UPS to leave it at a random shop that isn’t even the one next to my house. I haven’t asked for click and collect and was at home (working from home), ready to answer the door. I have been home all day, and called customer service to enquire about this. They informed me that apparently the driver attempted my house but I wasn’t in. I had been in and had been ready for the delivery all day. I don’t understand why the delivery driver would lie, except that maybe he was put off by the traffic on my road, but that is disgraceful! I paid for something to be delivered to my house and not click and collect. They had no solution except that I go and pick up my delivery, on a week where I’m really busy as it is and had scheduled deliveries do that I can get things I need to my house! Terrible service. If I had the choice, they’re the last service I’d use for deliveries. I sadly didn’t have the option because I ordered through a company that used them.

Parcel arrived from china airway duty for 16kg parcel parcel lost 1kg from air port to my home , 8 items missing , not found refunded shipper , lame excuse made ,

Absolutely HORRIBLE! My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 24th of July then changed to 27th July so I went to the shop at 9:00 am instead of 10:00 and stayed until 7:00 pm instead of 5:30 pm. I tried to contact them by telephone..no joy..tried to chat with the virtual option ..no joy.. sent email..no joy..sent mobile number for SMS message ..no joy,, it was an important parcel but thanks to UPS it went in the drain, So no more UPS. I even paid my vat and clearance charges in case I am out so they can leave with the next door but NOTHING..

They don't turn up when they say they will, tracking system is next to useless and automated phone system which tells you exactly the same thing as the online garbage. Customer support not valued in the slightest. Avoid and use someone else.

Failed to deliver my parcel, failed to find out where it was after 10 days. Their customer support team is terrible - very friendly, but not at all helpful. They will only speak to the shipper, not receiver....because that is really helpful when they say they left the parcel somewhere at the receivers address, but don't know where! UPS offer no tracking, so expect to wait in all day....and hope they actually manage to deliver (after all they are a parcel delivery company, how hard could that be....)

Paid a significant amount for postage received an email at 07.35am Weds morning 22nd July to inform me item would be delivered before end of day thurs 23.July its now almost 3pm after changing my plans and waiting in now get a message no explanation telling me item will be delivered anytime tomorrow Friday 24th have made plans for weekend based on their correspondence have informed seller of my purchased item the goods will be coming back and will not be accepted and they need to find another courier service will never ever purchase anything if i see the name UPS attached JUST gladly take your money waste your time and feed you lie after lie

So after ups had delivered my parcel to the incorrect address, on previous delivery. I had to figure out where it was and pick it up myself. Now they have delivered a parcel, but the contents which are very expensive have been completely broken, and i'm having to send back to the sender, UPS are probably the laziest and carless shipping company I've ever know. This whole issue has cost me around £2200 and UPS won't to help at all or assume any responsibility

After 4 days and 100 times I call Ups hearing deferent funny lies and waiting and waisting my time Friday Monday Tuesday finally on Wednesday bloody ups delivered my package, but Only 5 out of 10 items and 1 item is damaged and dirty. I don’t know how to thank UPS shame on you.

scheduled delivery date not met. i called, i get someone who can't tell me anything at all about when my delivery will be. i call back the next day, delivery date not known still. today i call again and ask where my parcel is, no answer. they open an investigation they said and someone will call me back in an hour... still waiting. company i bought from said ups missed a connecting flight with my package. ups deny this. yet i can see my package has been stuck in the far east for 6 days, now its in germany. why? they can't tell me. rubbish service

It’s the third day and I’m waiting all day long for my delivery they continue with deferent lies and stories like holding on the package from sender or rescheduled delivery time by myself and having wrong flat number, all incorrect sender and I we haven’t done anything from the beginning the address was right and still is. Just to let you know UPS is a pure... Don’t trust them at all.

Today again I’m been waiting all day long to get my package and nothing, a funny excuse they said the sender held on the package, I called the sender they said we didn’t do that. Shame on you just waisting people time. Shame on UPS

Rubbish!!! Was meant to have a delivery today. Was informed that the full address is not on the label. Checked tracking and my full correct address is on there. The excuse was ‘sometime label printer can cut off the address’ ARE YOU FOR REAL?!!!’ You’re a delivery company you’re job is to check if the full address is on there before leaving the depot! What a rubbish excuse.

The worst and annoying delivery service ever. On 17/07/20 EST time was 12:10, I’m been waiting till 5pm, I called costumer service he said you will get your item by 19:00. I asked what if I don’t ? it’s guaranty he answered. I’m been waiting for another 2 hours nothing called again and explained the issue but they cut the phone off three times I called 19:10 they didn’t know what happened and they’ll reschedule delivery for Monday. I can’t be at home that day. This is seriously ridiculous and I’m so disappointed with this service.
