Regarding order number 1ZT099NK6807488036, I'm writing as a extremely disappointed customer. My daughter sent her package from Poland to UK and paid £75 for A SAFE delivery of her belongings. Parcel not only arrived damaged and few things broken inside but few items missing! Immediately we have called UPS customer service to find out what happened and to complaint,we have been promised that someone will get back to us, nobody did. We called 2 more times and, 2 more times we have been promised that it will be solved. Months has passed and nobody connected us, nobody did anything. Some of those missing belongings had unreplaceable sentimental value and we are so sad to lose them. I will make sure that I copy this review to every possible online and social platforms to worn people about this company because they are absolutely useless! Date of experience: 30 April 2023

They are liars. Lazy liars. It’s been 3 days and they haven’t delivered my package and they said I refused the delivery even though I’ve been patiently waiting for it! I have a ring camera so I know they didn’t come to my door! They are absolutely low class liars

The worst company you could get to deliver anything stay away from them. If you’re buying online make sure it’s not ups that are delivering. They lie when they say they called and no one at home, when you pay the driver on delivery when he does call, you will get a late payment bill because the money goes missing. I’m sick of emailing them and will have no more to do with them. Lucky I have a witness that saw me paying driver and what courier would hand over a parcel if money was still owed on it NONE.

"I am absolutely furious with UPS "I am absolutely furious with UPS! They managed to lose my daughter's passport, a document we were looking forward to in order to complete her student visa application. This level of incompetence is beyond belief and has completely messed up our plans. spilled. The complete disregard for something as small as a passport is appalling. Because of UPS's negligence, my daughter's future and education are at risk. This experience has been an absolute nightmare and I am extremely disappointed in UPS's lack of responsibility and care. UPS before Think twice about trusting them with anything of value."

Disgusting service. Did not attempt to deliver my parcel. Just took it straight to the pick up point. If the driver can't be bothered to their job right. Then why take the job in the first place? MORON

Unfortunately my supplier chose United Parcel Shambles to deliver my parcel. They attempted delivery, I wasn’t in, but used the card that they left to arrange a re delivery the following week, as I was away over the weekend. The website accepted the re delivery request, great 😃 Got back home to discover that they’d attempted two more deliveries while I was away, ignoring the re delivery instruction and then returned it to the sender. Appalling. A joke.

After escalating all the issues that we are facing since 2 months!!!!! Chasing them , asking for info and to look at my account for the PVA invoiced and to sort it . After I received the email from their department saying that from the 10th of July it was on my account,They filed few invoices dated 11th -18 and even 25th of July and want now force me to pay without a valid reason , just saying that shippings are closed . And added the reason that from 10th of July they received the request to start recording the PVA on the account………..from the 10th of July!!!! Now it s 5th august!!!!! We re a business How long should we wait to get what is our consumer right????? This is absolutely indecent and A bad way of serving customers . THISNIS THE SECOND TIME THEY OLAY THIS GAME !! I ll take them to the court first and I ll ask to the factories I get parts from to cancel their accounts and move to fedex which give as default the PVA !!! shame on you ups, greedy money takes

Trying to contact your company is almost impossible, when you do get through, they are lazy unhelpful and in some cases down right obstructive. You have an app that you state allows you to modify delivery if you register, but not in all cases. This company is the worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Subject: A Total Failure of Service by UPS I'm writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with UPS following a series of failings that have not only inconvenienced me but also jeopardized my sense of security. Recently, my roommate shipped my green card via UPS overnight mail, assuming it to be a reliable, prompt service. However, this notion was soon disproved when the delivery was delayed by a day. To further complicate matters, I was informed that the card had been damaged. To my disbelief, UPS also had to correct the street number, showing a serious lack of attention to detail and efficiency. To mitigate my rising concerns, I reached out to UPS's customer service. The first representative assured me my delivery would arrive by 1pm. Yet, another package was erroneously delivered to the wrong address - a fact corroborated by photographic evidence. This ignited fears that my potentially compromised green card envelope might suffer a similar fate. Upon contacting UPS again, I was informed that my green card was still out for delivery, with a revised delivery window of 8pm to 10pm. Despite reassurances of the driver correcting the delivery, the green card did not arrive by the promised time. In my ensuing call, a UPS representative dropped a bombshell - they had opened the envelope and found my green card to be damaged. It was supposedly repackaged and rescheduled for delivery the next day. I was left dumbfounded and beyond upset by this staggering incompetence. Each interaction with UPS's customer service left me with conflicting information, exacerbating my stress and confusion. It is baffling that such a renowned company lacks a standardized approach to handling and resolving customer issues. As a small business owner, I understand the importance of delivering quality service. If I were to treat my clients in the manner UPS has treated me, my business would not survive. UPS's appalling handling of this situation is a testament to its flagrant disregard for customer satisfaction and lack of professionalism. In conclusion, I am extremely disheartened by my experiences with UPS. It has not only failed in providing the most basic of its services but has also caused considerable stress and inconvenience in the process. I strongly urge potential customers to consider other, more reliable alternatives for their important shipping needs.

UPS is such a bad delivery company and companies should not use them for their delivery service. Such bad practices by UPS shouldn’t be tolerated. UPS is the worst.

UPS lost my shipment and did nothing to help resolve the issue. When I filed a claim with UPS, they closed it and left a message that I did not provide sufficient description of the items lost even though I uploaded the actual invoice receipt. UPS has no way to talk to a live customer service representative, and the robot you get to talk to just hangs up on you after giving a general response to your questions. UPS sucks and I will never use them if I can help it. Jake R

the worst company I have shipped luggage with so far they ship your luggage the luggage arrives at customs and no one notifies you for over a week what happens to the luggage they won't call you they won't email you they won't give you any information nothing nothing I am trying to get on the phone withthem, but they don't answer or if they are willing to answer, they hang up when you tell them why you are calling

Ups has a terrible customer service ! They are so bad and I am frustrated . I never catch them. They have never come at the mean times .They come late oe early of scheduled time then post piece of paper says "we missed you". The very bad side of ups is that they don't drop my item to home but they take my ordered item back to sender once they see my door at any time . It is the worst delivery service I ever use in my life.

I was told they couldn't get toy address which is in a gated apartment complex. I called UPS and was told it was a new driver who wasn't given the gate code. The operator took down my gate code and directions to my apartment. I was told delivery will be the next business day which is Monday. The Saturday prior, I get notified that I wasn't home and my package is being delivered to a local UPS store. I was home and the driver obviously didn't get my message as to the gate code. I don't drive and I'm disabled. Now, I have to pay $24 for a taxi to take me there and back for a package that cost me $32!

UPS has continuously been stealing from my nonprofit organization. We ordered 98 book bags, two separate orders. All of them are missing even after UPS said they were delivered on a specific day and time. Management was able to provide a video that they were never in the building at that time on that day. Then we ordered 12 T-shirts for little girls. We were taking on the trip. They claimed to deliver those as well, with a date and time, those never showed up either. These incidents took place in Snellville GA & New York NY. We have to take time to file claims, and disputes.We could be doing other things with the children in the community in that time.

Had 2 valueable packages go missing recently. I absolutely can say that both packages have been opened and the contense stolen. UPS have even said the the merchandise is missing and the package (box) has been disposed of, very convenient. I know how I wrap up the items and how well they are packaged and the box taped up, I take pictures to keep as proof. This is 100 percent theft. Tracking these packages was difficult there was very few details/ updates was minimal. Trying to make phone calls and request help or information regarding my lost packages was difficult. I am a small business and take extra care but UPS have come short and not taken care of me at all. Items went missing at the same UPS DEPO from what I was told. UPS you are welcome to contact me and I will be happy to share pictures of the packaged items and the goods before they were packaged. I will not be using UPS ever again.
