This was my lovely tracking n.1Z9V788X9990890379,easy to remember...but Ill guarantee at the end of my lovely day I knew it by heart!!!I bought some electrical item from Philips in Holland and looking for shipping that back and get a refund,my fault not Philips.But Philips is connected with UPS and you must send it true them,no excuse. They must make a fortune on their charged phone help line,you must speak with them if you like to send all back to Philips. They don't communicate,no matter if you download their page on the app, Philips must pay such a low rate,they can't care a bit about you,after 3 attempt on the pay phone with lovely UPS I'm going from having a collecting driver at my front door in 2 hrs without any warning, to ..I'm sorry he couldn't make it, because I had to called them again to know. Customer service ,I know guys isn't your fault,but is zero. Communications it's even worse,if you are a good company,,,listen to this,,you are a good company no matter of how much I belong in your scale of importance.

the driver delivered an empty box, he waited and helped me whilst we packaged up the item to be sent back to dell for repair. please pass on my thanks to the driver who came to my home on 19/07/2019 in queensbury Clayton heights Bradford

Sender in China's choice to use UPS, not mine. I was notified delivery to take place on 22/7/19 by end of day. Told delivery normally up to 7 pm but could be later due to trqffic problems etc. Tracking was updated during the afternoon still aying by end of day. My wife and I stayed in ALL day until at 23.15 I went out to giver my poor dog his first walk of the day. The parcel never arrived and no text messages received to inform me what went wrong. To say I am incandecent is to say that the Pope is a little on the Catholic side!! I can make no plans for tomorrow in case the bloody parcel turns up out of the blue!!!!!!

UPS has damaged the guitar, I was returning back to the shop, the shop has refused to give me the refund because of the crack on the side of the guitar, UPS collected it for their "investigation", the report of which says that guitar wasn't damaged during the carriage and the package didn't comply with their guidelines. I am 100% sure that guitar was damaged during the carriage, the guitar didn't have any damages before, I did take the photos of the box before the collection, it was smooth, but on the photo after delivery to the shop, there is a dent on the box, looks like someone stepped on it! What kind of packaging it has to be if it will be treated that way? Well, of course it's easy to blame the packaging, rather than taking the responsibility, looks like that's the response they give to every customer if they break the item. The e-mails I've sent my complain to don't work, or they just ignored my emails, I haven't received any reply. The advisors on the phone were telling different things, looks like they just creating the stories. At the moment I have no guitar, no money, the cost of the guitar was £737! I regret that I used their service. Never ever in my life I will use them again or recommend their service!

Your driver left a failure to deliver notice to our address which is nowhere near the address it should have gone to. This shows lack of attention on drivers part to details on package. Hopefully not all of your driver's are so careless.

I didn’t choose UPS. My sender did. A bizarre and impenetrable system led to my package not being delivered when promised in time for my wife’s birthday. A let down.

Full of thieves, AVOID. I ordered a phone, was supposed to be delivered two days ago. Tracking said it was loaded and out for delivery then it never came but I got a message that it would be delayed for a day. Next day tracking said the parcel was scanned and in transit but I never received it and nobody sent me an update. Today I call them and they are telling me they cannot find my package. Well if it was loaded on the van and then not delivered then someone stole it. But all I got was a "shrug" and to "please contact your shipper to arrange for a replacement". Avoid them at all costs. Look at all the reviews!

0 rating given to UPS. Bad service, poor punctuality issue. Finger crossed my parcel will be reach on time. Please don’t use UPS service EVER!

Horrendous awful company, I don’t know how a delivery company that fails to ever actually deliver anything is still in business! I have too many bad things to write about them here, but basically unless you want whoever the item is being delivered to to have to sit in for several days waiting for a package, that may never come, then avoid UPS at all costs!

The worst courier ever. I`ve stayed 2 days at home and the parcel never arrived. The customer service cant say exactly where is the parcel neither contact the driver. I will need to cancel the whole thing as it seems my parcel is lost.

Very very bad service and don’t trust this company bcz I have very important delivery coming from Italy to London and they didn’t come to pick up the parcel 4 days now I’m waiting and they send me all the receipts one carré about you even I call them and they said the driver coming to pick up you delivery and they said will garantie you gonna receive your delivery by Monday where the trsut

UPS failed to deliver on the original planned day, I waited in all day, no one arrived. I contacted them, they said it was an error their end despite saying it was out for delivery. They said it would arrive the next day before 12, nothing arrived, I called them again. They said it would now arrive the next day, it still didn't arrive. I spent hours on the phone with them, waited for call backs that didn't happen. Absolutely shocking. It finally arrived the after 4 days. Awful service and wasted a lot of my time.

DON'T TRUST UPS Terrible company, they don't look after your goods and if they get damaged they pass you on to there crooked lawyers, who tell you that you didn't package the goods to there standard. Which is very strange because I sent this from a UPS store and the man was happy with the way it was packaged. So don't trust them

Way to much hasle, If I did not take time to get in contact with UPS my parcel would have been retuned to germany, then after I resolved that Issue they attempted to deliver, did not ring me nor did they leave with a neighbour and now they are refusing to deliver at a suitable time so very problematic for anyone that works a normal 9-5, my only option is to collect my parcel from which is an 1 hour drive to a ups access point.

Appalling service. Changing delivery address 24 hours before delays delivery by 24 hours since they have archaic systems. Customer service is useless & can only agree with you there is a problem & no-one cares about the end customer. Surprised UPS are still in business!

I had a delivery last week and the woman came in pouring rain and offered to help me with the 57 lbs of dog food. Her name was Maria. I did have a bad experience today but they sent another driver and all was good. Hopefully they keep the drivers that do their job with a good attitude!

UPS DO NOT TRUST THEM to ship YOUR GOODS I received my shipment in pieces. Yes smashed. When I complain I am told it is MY fault because I didn't package the item to there rules. But I shipped my item from a UPS store and was not told it was not to there standard. Worse of all I paid another £50 for extra insurance. Now I am £2,000 out of pocket. All you get from there insurance company is a big load of BS Would never use them again.

Watched the van drive past me on my drive way apparently I wasn’t home!!!went to collect to find a parcel with a lot of rattling and a lot of pieces the article could withstand 400kgs of pressure that must have taken some force to smash it up
