Yesterday, the driver made no attempt to deliver my package that requires a signature. I watched their website come up and say it couldn’t be delivered. I called UPS and complained and was told that my concern would be noted on the delivery notes. Today at apparently 7:10 pm (delivery by 7:00 pm) the driver came to my door, did not knock or ring the doorbell and left a delivery slip with no information on it, not even the tracking no. If their drivers refuse to contact for signatures, they need to stop offering the service. The is the second order I’ve made from the same store and the same thing happened.

Ups deserve 0 stars you guys are unfuckingbelivable! Very unprofessional!!!!! I’ve been waiting for my package to be delivers since yesterday and then today they was supposed to make a 2nd attempt at my apartment and did not instead will be leaving it at an access point tf!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

They delivered a package was damaged and I filed damage claim and they never came look at package and told me reach sender but sender says ups responsible if I can help it I'll never use ups again $260 car part can't be used

You are giving them a ridiculous amount of money for NOTHING!***SELLERS NEED TO STOP USING THIS SCAM… ***SELLERS NEED TO STOP USING THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!*** On the SAME DAY, the SAME SHIPPER mailed a package USPS, and now UPS, that I PAID THE INCOMPETENT company $15 for, will be delivering the same day as the FREE USPS shipping. (Who are widely known as messing up on cue themselves.) UPS CAN'T EVEN DO BETTER THAN THE WORST!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAM ARTISTS YOUR $$$!!!! I will absolutely jump on giving a good review when a company sees things through. However, their "customer service", and even their "supervisors" WILL DO NOTHING, AND YOU'LL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN. YOU ARE PAYING FOR. . .NOTHING!!! THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAM ARTISTS. UPS = Unreliable Poor Service! Just had to contact Amazon customer services for full refund as AGAIN another’s UPS driver never bothered to show up! Useless, waiting 32 days! Yep, THIRTY TWO DAYS FOR UPS TO DELIVER 1 small ENVELOPE. I have informed Amazon, that next time they will ship my order with UPS I will cancel full orders immediately and will request full refund. Thank you Amazon customer’s service for your time, understanding and full refund today, again.

UPS in Germany was the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. We were expecting a large delivery that was already on its way to us, and then we received a notification from UPS that it would be delivered soon. Unfortunately, we were already on vacation at that time, so we wanted the delivery to be handed over to our neighbors. We tried to manage this in the UPS app, but it wasn’t possible due to an error in the app. Then we started endless, tedious phone calls with the UPS customer center, which were not only a complete waste of time since we didn’t receive any help, but also totally confusing! In one of the first calls, we were told that there was currently a system error, making it impossible to change the details to have the delivery redirected to our neighbors the next day. We were assured that if we called the customer center the next morning, we could have the delivery redirected to our neighbors. After this call, we received an email with the delivery times for the next day. It was already a large time window (around 4 hours). The next day, we called the UPS customer center again and found out that the delivery attempt had already been made—2 hours before the stated delivery time! We were furious and called the UPS customer center again, only to be told the biggest nonsense. They said that it was possible to have the packages stored at the UPS center and that we had one month (!) to pick them up. I asked multiple times if this was really the case. Yes, I was assured. We then chose the option to have the packages delivered to the UPS center. The next day, we received an email saying that we had 5 days to pick up the packages there... As a result, I had to pay someone to pick up the packages from the UPS center, as we were still on vacation. Who is going to reimburse us for the costs incurred due to UPS's unprofessionalism?

Horrible company worst on the market. They probably assume that you have nothing more to do other than waiting for their driving mercifully turn up. It is a second time it happens that they change delivery slot from morning to end of the day and then not turning up at all. Tracking system is a joke and give you no updates at all(last one 10 30 this morning) Never again and will complain to Nikon about that. Even their responses to negative reviews are disrespectful and automated completely opposite to the positive ones. Well, this is the beginning of the end for this company I hope.

Every package I receive shipped through UPS is mutilated. Hundreds of dollars worth of chrome ruined because a bunch of morons can't be bothered to do there job worth half a damn.

The worst shipping company I have dealt with. Parcel delivered destroyed with things missing. UPS took no responsibility despite proofs. Demanding illegal brokerage fees paid before parcel delivery with threatening attitude. Billing department demanding credit card details without invoice being process. Extremally rude hardly any English speaking customer service. Courier did not knock the door but put delivery missed note through the door and disappeared immediately Other call services want to talk only about payments and bank details. Rude, unpleasant unhelpful, impolite, obnoxious people . KEEP AWAY if possible choose other services

delivered the parcel to the neighboring house. did not notify me, did not call. I ran and looked for my box by myself . I had to carry a heavy parcel across the street! disgusting service😠

The delivery was a rug. The driver clearly had decided that they didn't want to deliver the rug and so took it upon themselves to sneak around and slap notices on my door rather than knocking. I desperately tried to change the delivery time and date to a point where I could be at home and they'd have to deliver that stupid rug. The company was totally unhelpful and now I have to rent a truck to get a rug for whose delivery I already paid. This is a horrible experience that has cost me hours of my precious time. Thanks for nothing, UPS.

I ordered 18 bottles of wine from Germany to Finland. I was surprised when the original packaging, which usually has each bottle in separate thick cardboard compartments, arrived inside a larger cardboard box from another company, with the original package inside UPS plastic bags. The original package was crushed on one side, indicating it had been thrown or dropped. One of the bottles was broken, resulting in red wine and glass shards all over the box, and the labels were damaged. There was a warning label about glass packaging, but UPS did not seem to care. They did not bother to notify me about the damage.

Hi I would like to left a review about UPS That I supposed to get a delivery today on 06/08/2024 and I was waiting all day on my door and delivery didn’t came did not came to my door even I checked I tracked my parcel all day at least 7 time but delivery driver up date into system that access issue But my point is I never get I didn’t get any phone call or any message from UPS delivery driver so delivery driver supposed to be contact me when he came or when he is coming to my door but he didn’t and it wasn’t nice because I was waiting for all day and he was wrong that access issues and next time I never ever want to contact again in my life with UPS driver because absolutely a very very bad service about UPS

Unreliable useless courier service. DPD give you a delivery slot and delivery in that time slot. You require a crystal ball to determine when they might arrive.
