UPS should be more clear about delivery times. Because I go to work for 1:30 in the morning, a delivery time of "between 12 noon and 2 pm seemed agreeable. Well an hour and a half after 2 pm, I'm getting the update that it will be by 7pm. Newsflash: Not everyone's awake at 7pm. I wish they'd given the option to pick up my package once it was evident that it would not arrive during the window of time initially provided. Now I risk having my package stolen because I have to be asleep for a midnight alarm clock. Shame on the delivery services that don't really consider their customers.

My Son moved to Poland to live with his Fiancée, and they have a baby Boy due in July. We decided to buy £600 worth of baby clothes from Next in Portsmouth. I thought we'd use UPS to send the Parcel over to my Son, as I THOUGHT they were reputable and could be relied upon to get it there quickly. We paid another £120 to have the Parcel delivered, it arrived in Poland and then became held up in their customs system and warehouse. After a couple of days, I checked to see if there was any updates, only to find a note saying, "An outstanding balance is due on this Parcel". On clicking the "Pay now" link, I was horrified to find that there was another £278 to pay for "IMPORT TAX". I thought the £120 postage was it, but no, UPS don't make it clear about ANY extra rip off charges, if it was well known, people would not use them to post their parcels. SHAME ON YOU UPS, YOU KEEP THESE EXTRA CHARGES HIDDEN TO DRAW PEOPLE IN. I had to pay this disgusting amount to ensure my Son gets his Parcel. On checking the status of the payment on the tracking page, it is still to this day, 2 days later, showing as payment due. I called UPS, after them hanging up on me the first time, I rang again and got through to be told, "Yes, I can see you have made payment" got given a case number and now am hoping that the Polish delivery driver doesn't try to demand money from my Son. My Son has lots of photos, of Paypal payment, and many others to prove payment has been made. I WILL NEVER USE UPS TO DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK AGAIN, they know about foreign charges but keep quiet to lure us into using them, they don't care once they have your money. I paid for insurance for the Parcel, and will be claiming.

Absolutely terrible. UPS needs to learn to do their job. My package has been delayed for 3 days now. Someone marked it as on the truck and turns out it wasn’t and couldn’t be found. Do better.

Absolutly the WORST service. Our business had fraud on our account because UPS puts our account # on every package, grrr. Our business has NEVER sent anything internationally in 29 years and never will. I have been transfered at lease 15 times now with ZERO results or help. I talk to Billig they say I need to talk to international. Then I talk to international and they transfer me to billing or Tech suppors...... I have emailed fraud with no response. I have reqested all international shipping to be blocked with Zero response. I have requested a new account number with zero response. I have been charged 8% interest on an international bill that I did not send and refuse to pay. The scammer litteraly put "Cheif Lyer" in the address. It's disgusting how UPS has NO customer service. I hve spent days and hours with NO results and still the same account # for our business that a scammer has.

I have spent half day going to the address mentioned in the sms I received and then to another shop with the same name. My package was not there. Now I see on the webpage that my package is in Espoo, which is 12 km from where I live and in another Municipality. Maybe there is an error: I have never received packages from any postal service, including UPS, more than 1km away from my place. So I kindly ask you  to have it delivered where I can collect it, in my municipality. ThanksLuca Gentile

If possible I would have given a zero (0) rating to UPS. This is the 3rd time I’ve had problems with UPS delivery services. Either the package is delayed, damaged or some else’s item has been put into my damaged package, resealed and delivered to me. Trying to get current and correct updates is virtually impossible. I will be sure to never order on-line an item to be delivered by UPS! I rarely if ever had ve problems with Amazon or USPS delivery services.

Generally a good company. But if they they lose a package customer support is useless, or maybe non-existent is a better term. You might have to go to small claims court, which they know most people won't do.

UPS the absolute worst slowest shipping co on the planet. More then once I track my package to find it finely made it to my town and now says its scheduled for 3 more days from now. I always contact the seller asking them to please use another carrier.

UPS will have you waiting on a delivery, but don’t deliver on their scheduled day. Will lie about an attempt to deliver . Well I have cameras, so the next time please look before you lie about my delivery!

UPS is a sorry excuse for a shipping company. This has happened #2 times my package have been stolen by the driver they contacted. They had to get these people out of Jail. They will lie and say delivered your order. Then take a picture of their big fat foot with flip flop on it or a picture of someone front door of a different color of your door. It was storming that night and the door on the picture was bone dry. Good people need jobs, Stop hiring criminals.

Simply the worst company. No customer service, no options: I was once told to press 1 for yes, or 2 for yes if I was happy with their CS. I was not happy. I teach elementary students, I would be happier if my kindergarteners were running this company. At least I know they would be honest. Someone please put this horrible company out of business. It would be a public service. If I could give negative stars, I would give 5.

Essentially a legal scam. They charge $40 on handling fees they make you pay before you can get your package. Select any other shipping available. They just rely on first time buyers not knowing.

Now I know the reviews why is so bad.. UPS drivers are very rude they should get training before they go to road.. today 22/05/24 the beard guy on beavers lane Hounslow block the roads in school time.. he should know this is school time to stop on his road trying to passing and blocking the road users when says to him somethings he was rude. So ups should traine the staff

UPS driver did not follow delivery instructions. He delivered our package to behind our garage door not our house door because easier. Also delivered our package and our neighbors to our garage door because easier for him. UPS DRIVER JUST PLAIN LAZY!!! Amazon much better. They pretty much always follow instructions!!!!

I’d just like there to be a little accountability here. They fail to deliver packages accurately or promptly, yet also fail to accept any responsibility. And don’t get me started on the proof of delivery photos - half the time the photos are a blurry mess and the other half of the time my front porch isn’t even in the photo, providing absolutely zero proof of delivery. UPS has been operational for how long?! It’s entirely past time they do better. A lot better. Or just step aside already.

Website is useless. The information and reference links are in a loop. Information and referrals for help are inaccurate and false. Notifications are not in real time. Delivery is hit or miss. The staff at the warehouse are polite and cordial. They do not have a phone line or mobile contact. The numbers with which they contact you they do not answer. I have been on the receiving end of this company for well over 10 years and can attest that they have neither gotten better or worse. Good luck.
