This company will go out of business really soon. Now they are charging for you to pick up your missed package. they also charge for you to change the date. this is ridiculous.

Useless Useless. Ordered a bicycle from Germany. Took 1 day to go from Germany to London. UPS then put it on the wrong van and took it to their Edinburgh depot instead of Glasgow!!! Now because it's a Friday it won't be delivered until Monday!!! How can such a large worldwide delivery company get such a simple thing, like picking the right van, so wrong!!!!!

3 times trying to deal with having a home pick up and 3 times, they didn't pick up and when I called they had the wrong address. I repeated the address 4 times on my first call and she still got it wrong. The second agent read it back to me but still typed in in wrong. I hope I never have to use them again.

Amateurish and failed. Expected delivery on a Friday so stayed at home near front door, but got a 'failed delivery' email, although the driver had clearly not been to my house. Spoke to UPS customer service who twice promised that the local depot would contact me to explain and/or resolve the issue, but neither call happened. On the Monday I stayed at home again expecting a reattempt at delivery, and got a 'delivered' email although no package had been delivered to my house. To make matters worse, UPS would not tell me where the package had been delivered. Thankfully a neighbour suggested a street halfway across town with a similar name, which was in fact where the parcel had been left. A complete failure in every aspect.

Terrible company! This is the second time this company has lost my package! I called to figure out where my item was and needless to say no one was helpful! They told me there was nothing they can do and I need to request for a refund. They didn't even look for for it. They brushed me off. I hate UPS

It took me more than 45 days to refund my money from the over charges of duty custom after twice complaints. And UPS didn’t refund the rest of the money. I have a hard time to get in touch with them as they put me in hold for more than 30 minutes and transfered me to voice guide. Related parcel with Tracking # 1Z2061X56802623355 and case # 0097588303 This was the last number I contacted to: 1888-520-9090. Thank you for your concern

Terrible service. Booked a parcel for pick up. Paid for the service, filling in all details, going from UK to Portugal, including asking for all customs, etc. charges to be charged to ME. Sender (ie. person who did not book or pay for the parcel) charged weeks later for "taxes and duties" even after I myself as the receiver in Portugal had already been charged almost the same customs charges than the value of the parcel! Tried contacting UPS in EVERY way - Facebook, phone, etc. get passed around but NOT ONE EMPLOYEE CAN EXPLAIN THE SECOND CHARGES ISSUED TO THE PERSON IN THE UK. TOTALLY ILLEGAL - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is the worst by far company to deal with. Every freaking clerk has a different lie to tell you. They don't know what the left nor right hand is doing. They don't take responsibility for there actions They find someone else to blend, you all for supervisor, oh there're too busy. They are there just to get paychecks. I'm going to do my best never ever have something delivered to me nor my family members from this company again. FED EX is the best.

DO NOT USE parcel delivered to wrong address sent back to depot after 5 days of numerous phone calls and emails and being told would be delivered today surprise it’s still sitting in Barking depot and the call centre manage can’t get through to Barking as they don’t want to answer the phone to their own colleagues so still no birthday present for tomorrow and no one knows when it will be delivered !!!!! Shocking customer service

Twice ups delivered parcels and put in front of our garage. Then updated they delivered to front door. The first time we complained. It took to long to talk to anyone. Today I posted on Facebook. Not impressed with ups and I doubt if you give a care either

If I could give a review of 0 stars I honestly would. UPS has messed up delivery of my package twice. I use the same address everywhere on Amazon, Walmart and other sites. They are able to deliver the package but for UPS the address is hard to find. What's worse they raise a return request back to sender within nano seconds. Once the return request is raised you can do whatever you want but you can't pick up the package from the nearest UPS store, You will have to wait for it till it goes back to the sender and they will have to reship it again. What a waste of manpower, time, money everything.

they need to shut ups down ,,the customer service that i have ever came across ,they have a machine that they expect you to talk to as if its a human and all it dose is talk in circles , no mangers are ever on site or they are to much of a coward to answers questions, my package was never delivered ,they sent me an email saying it will be delivered on a certain date ,but it was never delivered , call back got the same machine , until i finally reach a person,which then said oh you have to pay a fee if you want ups to deliver your package , or you can pick it u at the ups in your area ,..... i will never deal with them again bye bye ups, you are done

Always late. The estimated delivery date is never achieved. I had three parcels in a month. The three were delayed one week, at least. I woul avoid this company.

UPS picked up our package containing our passports (sensitive info related to ID), did not deliver it next day air, and either lost them or is involved in a cover up to them being stolen. No supervisor will speak to us despite waiting on hold for them 15, 30, 45 minutes and longer before being disconnected or hanging up. They closed their search for it only after 2 days though every agent told us they will continue for eight days. We forced them to reopen it and they still are nonresponsive.

Hello, I wanted to point out to you that UPS website France and its services are purely and simply a scam. They offer a delivery service for the next day before 12 noon, which is transformed the day after the purchase, into a delivery of 48 to 72 hours later. Not only, I wish UPS to reimburse us for this service, which isn’t one at all, but I also intend to report on their deceptive methods and proposals. Their customer service by phone is even briefed to answer that everything is in order the same day. Then, the next day, the same customer service informs you that you should expect your parcel to arrive in 2 to 3 days. This is unacceptable. Furthermore, to raise a claim for this you need to sign up on their website, and then put down some payment method... and so, on... I have not been able to continue to actually go through that claim. For everyone who needs to rely on a delivery service, DO NOT CHOOSE UPS!!

This is the worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Customer service is non-existent. The driver lied about attempting to deliver a parcel (ring doorbell and CCTV confirm non-attendance) , and the company took over 7 hours to get back to me, by which time it was impossible to deliver. I had to collect it at my own cost in the end.

UPS are totally hopeless in all areas of communication and support, you really do not want to be using these people if there is any sort of simple problem with your package. As a club we have bought some equipment from France and for four days we have not been able to get them to process it through customs or send us the details to pay the duty. Communication is poor and cannot be understood because it appears to be all at a call centre in India and the connection is hopeless. They keep thinking we are a business although they have been told many times we are not so want us to use a DAN account we do not have one or need one all we need is the CDSI ref number and we can pay the tax direct to the government website and hopefully they can get our stuff into an van and deliver it. We have spent hours trying to get some sense out of them every day for four days and we are no nearer than we were at the start. Bottom line they should not be in business and soon will not be as people will never use them a second time.

Terrible unreliable company! Blame there own incompetence on address being wrong, when in-fact it was correct and they just didn’t bother to look a little further down the road… No attempt to re deliver when asked and parcel is still left at the depot 3 days on, with no idea when delivery will take place. I will never use a company that uses them for delivery again. Avoid at all costs as this isn’t the first time either I’ve had issues with UPS
