I spent 4 days trying to port over 2 phone numbers. dealing with the two providers who I was porting from was a nightmare. I got the wrong information, lack of knowledge and unresponsiveness. Finally one of the numbers was deactivate and I had to pay to get it reactivated. Once I did I called US Mobile and gave the information I got from the provider to a US Mobile rep named Zakria and within 10 minutes the transfer was made! BTW after a short recorded greeting a rep picks up the phone no cascading menus to wade through!

She made my call very quick and pleasant. Called another provider earlier today and they were not nearly as professional and knowledgeable.

Austin was the representative who assisted me with the issues I had encountered and the fact he continued to call to help resolve my issues. He provided excellent customer service and I want to make sure his efforts and how effective he was to make sure I that there is someone who takes pride in their work. US Mobile is fortunate to have Austin as an employee dedicated to his job as well as having the patience necessary

Iqra was awesome and helping me try and solve my problems. Her customer service skills and English are phenomenal. When the line got disconnected she would call back and actually try and fix the problem. Although The issue I have can't be fixed it is due to the area it was very nice to have someone exhaust all opportunities. My normal carrier is Xfinity and I am getting the same result with both networks but I may just port over everything to US Mobile because of the customer service being better.

Muhammad Aliyan is absolutely amazing!!! Best CSR I have had ever! If I ever have another issue I will be asking for Muhammad! WTG US mobile! I wish more companies would have this kind of customer service!

CSR Muhammad Aliyan was a HUUUUGE help in getting my issues resolved this afternoon! His knowledge and experience with my kind of issue were well placed. The system needs updating and his notes will serve to help a lot with it. If possible, this is the gentleman I'm asking to help me EVERY time I call US Mobile!

Hi, my name is Samuel, for the passed year I have us mobile service, and honestly for some one who uses the Verizon network I don't see a reason y he shouldn't become a US mobile customer! They are truly the best in everything, in that includes their on believable prices, great customer service 24 hours a day 7 days a week, great website and app and so,e features that no other company have. Like the pool plan and much more, I expirenced already quite a few companies including tracfone, net 10, total wireless, selectel wireless, Verizon, and a few more and never been so satisfied, YOUR USING VERIZON TOWER'S? SWITCH NOW TO US MOBILE I promise you won't regret it Another note. I just finished speaking with a US mobile agent on the phone her name is Maheen and I never seen such a kind agent she was so kind even I hade some issues, thank you Maheen! You are great!

Muhammad Shehriyar, stay on the phone with me over two hours,to get my phone to ring,he never gave up, so calm, never once got frustrated, I was ready to give up🤣 thanks to him, I can receive calls,you should have him train people. I hope you let him know what a wonderful man he is at his job. I did ask to speak with a supervisor so I could tell them how wonderful he is. Give him a bonus for sure. Thank you 🥰

Ahsan Ejaz, was being an extremely kind, patient, and helpful rep even when I was being short & rude, I’m sorry and thank you again Ahsan! I did not get my issue resolved in this transaction and first time correspondence with this Rep but that’s because yet again I may have an issue with a defective phone, even though the manufacturer and prior carrier says it’s all A-OK. Regardless, that I did not get what I wanted from US Mobile in the way of a basic line… I truly received excellent customer care! I was not expecting that. Ahsan did his very best to help guide me as what to do next and reassured me I would not be charged. We will see how that goes! However, if there is something mechanically wrong with my phone, or it did not get unlocked as the original provider indicated it was, because of this representative’s kind nature and great support, I will definitely connect with US Mobile and try it again, after I solve the hardware issues. And I want to be clear, it’s not because of the free trial or the supposed best price for an unlimited plan, it is directly because I was able to speak to a human being like Ahsan. Who I was able to quickly talk to because he picked up right away. Also, who turned out to be an extremely professional, patient and again, super kind Rep especially in dealing with someone like me. I was a very frustrated customer looking to just activate a simple line on an older phone for basic needs. It didn’t happen but because of Ahsan, I will try again and perhaps give them another try.

I had a difficult activation, and yet Aizaz Khattak did an excellent job stepping me thru the process to get out working. He was very patient and knowledgeable.

Maryam was beyond helpful, even tho we were not able to get me activated tonight (not her fault) she did everything possible to try to make it work. We will try again tomorrow, it’s on my end.

Samantha J. was unbelievable. I have worked in customer service management for 30+ years and have NEVER interacted with anyone so patient and courteous. It took a very long time to fix my problem, but she never grew frustrated. Exceptional service!
