Ghazanfar Ali was AMAZINGLY helpful, OVERWHELMINGLY polite and so darn efficient that I the issues I had with my new service were resolved as quickly as I brought them up. Going from "no service" when I called in to quickly having a fully functioning phone is joyful experience that anyone these days can fully appreciate. Thank you U.S. Mobile and thank you Ghanzafar Ali ~ you have really made our day! ❤️❤️❤️ I will DEFINITELY recommend U.S. Mobile to all my friends after this positive experience!! 🙏

I had a issue with my account I talked to Fatima K. She was very nice supportive and informative. She actually saved me some cash which is something we all need to do these days. I highly recommend US MOBILE I’m with these guys for life. Great company. 10 Stars.

It took several months for my issue to be resolved regarding receiving multimedia via text on my Samsung Galaxy S10e. The gentleman who resolved my issue was precise and professional. I will continue in my relationship with US Mobile because of his attention and intelligence.

April with US Mobile phone support was an absolute rockstar at helping us get some pesky SIM activations done on a fleet of new phones for our business. Couldn't be happier with US Mobile support. They have been there to resolve any issue we have had.

Excellent Customer Service! I had a problem activating my free trial, and I got Ahsan Ejaz on the line with next to no wait. He very patiently helped me get my problem solved. At one point, we got disconnected and he reached back out to me via a call, email, and text. Customer Service doesn't get any better than this! I have spoken with them a couple of times about setting up additional lines, and every time the person that I have spoken with has been very courteous and helpful.

I needed to transfer my phone # to Red Pocket to get the ACP lower rate. I contacted US Mobile and was pleased with the courteous service in giving me my port out info. That was where the smooth sailing ended. I spent 3 days of HELL trying to get the transfer done. On the third day, after many hours I reached Maheen. After persuading me to tell her the saga ONE LAST time, she helped me initiate a 3 way call with her and Red Pocket. In very short order she learned that Red Pocket had been sending the request to the WRONG cell provider They still refused to send it again for 24 to 48 hours. In the meantime, Maheen found a way to structure a plan for me that was less than Red Pocket was going to charge me under the ACP plan. Maheen is my cell phone Guardian Angel

I spoke to Ahsan Ejaz when I called to get help activating my service and he helped me get things up and running quickly as soon as I got my SIM card. He was professional and clear with his instructions, efficient with the troubleshooting, and the wait time to speak with him was impressively short! My experience with their customer service was excellent.

So far, USMobile is doing well. I like having a pooled data plan and a single bill for my family. Khurraim at C/S solved a problem with my phone setup. He was very courteous and professional.

I was unable to get internet data connectivity through my cellular plan. I ended up talking to two support agents. They were both very polite and tried to be helpful, however, the first one seemed to be just suggesting "random" things to try as part of the trouble-shooting. That call went almost 1 1/2 hour. I called again and this time Sarmad A. helped me. It was obvious that he was a lot more knowledgeable. He looked at the notes left by the previous rep and thought that maybe my eSIM was suspect. Maybe it wasn't getting registered properly on their side. He had me delete the eSIM; sent another one over and we tried. That took care of the issue. All the time I was working with him, he was polite and patient. He made sure that my setup was finally working before he hung up.

I had problems porting over one of my phones to US Mobile (which was entirely my fault) and Muhammad Aliyan was extraordinarily helpful in getting everything set right. This was a great sign that I’ll be very happy with US Mobile. Thanks Muhammad!

Thanks to the excellent help offered by agent Iqra Azad. I had issues porting my phone number. She stayed on my case even after her shift was over and resolved all porting issues. My number was successfully ported to USMobile. She even called me to notify me that porting was done and make sure that things are working fine. Exemplary service!
