“I was thrilled at both the price of my printer cartridges and the speed with which the order arrived with no charge for postage. The interfering factor, however, is that the company failed to put my unit number (which was included in my order) on the address. If it had not been a post-person familiar with me, the package would have been returned, and I note, that the post-person on that day does not always have my delivery route.”
“Why did I receive old cartridges? One was manufactured in 2015 and the other in 2017. When are they guaranteed until? Are your products guaranteed? How long do they stay good? Do I need to check with the manufacturer?
My last 2 cartridges were manufactured in 2020 and I had them for over a year before using them, so I am concerned. Please respond. So far I will have to rate you poor.”
“I had placed HP Ink order and received order confirmation on 25-Jul-2021. Looks like there was some issue with ValueTekno system and as a result I never received any follow-up communication and did not receive my order. After I contacted their representative, I was promptly refunded 100%. They did not had the ink in stock. Eric had one expired ink cartridge and he sent to me free of cost. So far, that expired ink is working fine. Overall, I am pleased with the service and would recommend ValueTekno.”

“I placed an order for some HP96 toner cartridges. I was charged for them. when I look at my order, it states that it is still processing. I spoke with a rep who said HP keeps promising to send and have not received yet. I asked why am I being charged for something that has not been shipped yet. The rep was going to check with the accounting department and never heard back from them. I understand that the HP 96 has been discontinued and do not fault ValueTekno for this. Nor do I fault waiting because of what HP is saying. The rep called me back and had a few alternatives for me. He was able to answer all my questions and was very kind and courteous. This is the way business should be!”
“I can't give my experience any more than one star at this point. I ordered a toner and it hasn't even shown up at my house yet. It's difficult to rate something you don't have. So far this experience of ordering from ValueTekno is not a very good one.”
