The battery on my Blade 3 hoover will not charge. I have used it 6 times. It stopped charging last week. Tried on the phone over 30 minutes waiting for a member of the team. Online chat the same waiting for member of the team. Email , sent Registration number and model number as requested and still no reply. I wish I'd read all the bad reviews before, and not listened to the TV adverts. I always used Vax corded. Will not use cordless again.

Once again tried to contact vax customer services and as on previous occasions I was on hold for over 30 minutes before giving up. Have tried emailing the CEO who it appears can't be bothered to reply. After seeing my review vax have decided to send me a spare filter. How this is going to fix my battery problem I do not know. Avoid their products at all costs.

Returned the vacuum without using it, while the refund is absolutely missing even after 14 days. Called the relevant team but no one answered the phone. Finish the online chat twice, but nothing changed. The staff there just let you know that they would report it to the refund team and an email would be sent. My concern is that since there exists a team dealing with the refund, why the customer cannot contact the team directly? Why VAX holds the refund for more than 14 days, which should be paid back to customers within 14 days? Very disappointed with this company. Since there was no "zero" star, one star has to be given as a bonus.

Appalling company DO NOT buy a vax, had two vax glides in the last year both broken with the same fault. Vax will not replace the second faulty model albeit only 5 months old because apparently when you get a replacement one it doesn't come with a new warrantee. What a load of rubbish, poor quality, waste of money, don't waste yours on a VAX

Waste of money the poweredhead keeps cutting out so stopping the brushbar working, making this machine useless. A very expensive mistake for me.

Do NOT buy a vax blade they are a waste of space I've had numerous replacement parts and a full new hoover just over 12 months ago. They all switch themselves off randomly and guess what? I've been told to buy new filters as these only last 9 months? I use this vax 3 times a week and thoroughly clean the unit and filters after every use. DO NOT buy from these CLOWNS

Case #05628923 Bought a Vax Blade 4 on the 8th of October. Registered the day of purchase and provided proof of purchase when registering. Unfortunately out of the box the powered floor head hasn't worked, and has a constant red-light showing. None of the suggested fixes in the manual or on the Vax website solve the issue. I contacted Vax using their online support system which ask you to provide registration number, serial number, proof of purchase etc., all of which I provided. A couple of hours later I received a case number and an email asking me to provide registration number (if I had one), serial number, proof of purchase etc. What a waste of time. Currently I have a brand new Vax Pet Blade 4 that I can't use on the carpets it was bought, and no response from Vax other than a case number and a request for information I previously provided when submitting my issue to Vax. Unfortunately Vax have decided to use the 'Covid' excuse, wouldn't it be nice if customers could do the same when paying for their products. Not impressed.

Customer service is aweful.Like trying to get into fort Knox.Going to change to a different company even though I've only ha my cleaner for just over a year.The battery wont charge.

Bought a new carpet cleaner, was told repair or new replacement within seven days. Hours contacting customer care, only to be told my repair was pending( new pump required) emailed on Saturday stating new one on way, sent me a damaged second hand machine and won’t reply to my messages! Completely the worst company to deal with. Photos of the machine they sent as a replacement

To anyone thinking of buying a Vax like we did 18 months ago- please read this. For the last 6 months our Vax Blade 2 has been randomly turning itself off and not working. We regularly empty and clean the hoover, but the fault has worsened. Today we tried to repair/replace under the 3 year warrantee. At first they suggested it was our fault for not looking after it, then they advised regularly buying new filters, parts etc. They then suggested they could repair it BUT, if at their discretion it was a maintenance issue, we would be charged £40. They also would not advise how long it would take and didn't seem to know or care what we were supposed to do in the meantime without a hoover. I will personally never buy from Vax again. The product was poor and the customer service the worst I've ever experienced. Also to 'Chloe' who dealt with the (lack of) customer service - repeating the same thing over and over and not listening to the customer or their questions or concerns is not 'doing all you can'

Absolutely awful customer service sent me out a new battery 10 days ago still waiting to receive it . And now my other battery has died and won’t recharge. This was only purchased bran new February. A waste of £299. No I don’t have a hover at all now. And you can only speak to a Robot by Email which is useless.

Customer for over 15 years. Their new hoovers are not built to last. Please refer to picture. After 1 use the filters went black. David the engineer said that OK. Complete opposite to hoover maintenance guidelines. Will never buy another vax machine.

Bought a Rapid Power Revive from a leading high street store. Cleaner was ok but hose attachment stopped working after one use. It’s almost impossible to get through on the Customer ‘Care’ line but eventually spoke to someone. After a few checks he admitted it was broken and sent me new attachments in the post. This didn’t fix the problem and Vax said they would send me a replacement machine on receipt of old one- it’s not the easiest item to post. New arrived and the screws to attach the handle of the cleaner to the body are missing. Once again I can’t get through on customer care line, online chat tells me I’m in position #22 to get my query answered so I’ve emailed them. In summary, the machine isn’t great and customer care is totally useless. A waste of £150. Avoid

I’m very disappointed with my cordless as you only get about ten minutes run time from the battery, certainly not enough to do one room let alone the whole house, would not recommend.

We bought the Vax platinum smartwash about 3 weeks ago and it was faulty the back wheels were loose so it went back and they sent another within a week and that one was the same loose back wheels so it also went back that was 2 weeks ago and we still haven't been refunded ...cannot recommend vax

Purchased my vacuum cleaner ( blade3 ) 6 months ago . The roller brush has stopped working. I have done everything I am supposed to do to fix it but to no avail. I have left so many messages and sent emails leaving my details and still no one has got back to me . A £180 this vacuum cost me , and £40 to replace the roller brush . Vax I am not impressed

I have a hand held vax cleaner, never used, because it just would not charge. Contacted Vax customer service, refusing to accept any responsibility. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VAX PRODUCT EVER AGAIN, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Have had a vax in the past and wasn’t really impressed. However on recommendation I purchased the cordless Vax Blade 3 for £179 and to be honest, for the 3 months I have had it, I have been happy with it until today when the battery has become defective (3 months, gets used once per week to do only the upstairs, not even the stairs). Am so disappointed, have ordered a new battery which has cost me £70 and when this goes, I will never buy a vax again. Should have stuck to dyson, 5 years and still going ( downstairs Hoover and does stairs too).
