“Good value, friendly staff, great to have somewhere to leave bags after checking out of AirBnB on a hot day in DC! Only thing- didn’t check our ID when we went to collect the bags. Jackie”

“Worked well for me. I arrived at 7am and just wanted to tour the city quickly before heading to Tarrytown. Very polite staff members. I would use the service again. Just note that you are dropping at a business that is not just a storage unit with lockers.”

“Great service - the reason I gave you 4 stars is location . I searched for a location close to union station. The site said the location would be .4 miles away (10 min walk ) it ended up being a cab ride away - but other than that service was great! Suggestion Get more locations close to museums and to train/ bus stations”

“THe price is good. We used the storage close to Empire State Building for 3 days and after pick-up, I realized that my bag has a hole and (probably rat) got into it to taste the cereals I have in it.”

“It's hard to trust a new service like this. Luckily for us it was just clothes in our bags so, if anything happened we weren't out too much. I can tell it's extremely new because the owner didn't really know what to do, I had to ask him about the tag to lock the bags. Then when we picked the bags up they didn't even check our tag pictures. Still a great service for a few dollars and no need to carry our luggage around town until our flight.”

“The place itself was a bit dodgy. I thought it was weird that my ID was not even checked. However, my luggage was safe and there for the duration. I do wish it had been in a locked room however.”

“Overall, had a good experience. The location where I left my bags had friendly personnel, the only things I would change were the closing time (they requested I pick up my bags by 5:45pm when the listing said they were open until 6pm) and the actual storage location for my bags was right in the windowfront for the store, which I didn't think was the most secure location - I would have preferred they stored them out-of-sight.”
