“Everything was fine except that the location was not marked so confused us”

“Very easy searching and booking process. One downside: since you don't know what business has the lockers until you pay, you can't verify when it's open. I requested a locker starting at 10 am, but the business it allowed me to book didn't open until 11.”

“Easy, quick, affordable. First time using this type of service. Booking was simply online. Location was a short walk from Grand Central. Staff was ready for the drop off so it was easy and quick. Enjoyed the day without luggage and pick up was super easy. Would recommend.”

“Muy necesario servicio, lo mismo que iba a gastar en metro en NY para volver a buscar las maletas, las usé en guardarlas y no perder tiempo. Sólo me pareció que la tienda debiera tenerlas no a la vista del público.”

“The service was very convenient and close to my temporary address. The person in charge very friendly and responsible. I would rate the service with 5 stars. but no one of us had a mail confirming the operation, my name, etc. This situation caused some dificulties when dropping my luggage. But the comprehension and good attitude of the person in charge solved the problem. Later on at the time I returned to pick up my luggage I could show him the transaction from your website in my cell phone. Thanks”

“This service is definitely a necessity in a city like Washington DC. I am so glad we found it! I really didn't know what to expect when I dropped off our three small bags (purse, camera bag, and small tote). We put our tags on them and took pictures as instructed. Then the owner told us to put them in a room that had the door wide open--not locked up in a cabinet or hidden or anything. I was not comfortable with this, but left them because we had no choice. Thank goodness all of our stuff was in tact when we returned to pick them up a few hours later. I would think that a secure holding area would be a requirement in order to be a Vertoe location.”

“It was great service. The best part was thay I was assured for my luggage safety. I was a bit concerend about my bags as the left luggage was in a laundry shop and there were people doing laundry over my bags but thanks to the support team who has been assisting with everything you need. Will definitely use it again!”

“Easy to use and very good service. Although these places are Not specialized on holding luggage or anything so security will probably not be 100%, I have no complaints and would definitely use it again.”

“The service was good. The address was easy to find and the everything was pretty straightforward. The only thing was that I am somehow supposed to log in to the site and submit a photo of my baggage tag. This isn't really realistic when I am travelling abroad without a data plan and the bag drop location does not offer wifi”

“Todo estaba muy bien, limpio y cuando llegamos al apartamento teníamos todo en la puerta. Habíamos pedido una cuna BabyBjörn pero al no tener me dieron la cuna graco. Creo que deberían poner artículos que se parecieran. Pero en general todo bien! Gracias!”

“Luggage storage was conveniently located near BART and worked great. The only concern was that they had us put strap on luggage to lock it when we dropped it off but when it was returned to us, rather than cutting strap off in front of us, it was removed prior to returning luggage to us. That meant that it could have been removed at any time and someone could have gone through our bags. I asked about the security strap and was told that they had just cut it off in other room before returning luggage to us. Still, seems like they should cut it off in front of us after verifying that the security strap is same number as one we put on luggage when we dropped it off.”
