“Good place, a bit far from downtown”

“I didn’t think they would keep the suitcases just in front of the cashier. I thought they would be inside a room, but well, they seemed like they hadn’t moved. The service was alright and the booking service as well.”

“Nearby Subway and only 2 stops to AirPort, so that is fine. This Vertoe site is difficult to find. No logo on the frontdoor. But service is good. Conformation email not received after online booking, but this was not an issue.”

“Vertoe is a nice service that does the job it advertises. We dropped our bags off for the day, and were assured nothing was tampered with using their ziptie seals. There is unfortunately not much quality control, in that they don't have an option to review the individual hosts. I was with someone who didn't even check my ID or tag numbers before letting me grab my bags, which I would have liked to report - but there was no mechanism to do so.”

“This is the first time I used this service, however, I was shocked to find that the place that I was offered to store my bags was a Mexican restaurant and when I asked them where will I put the bags, they said, "just leave them on the side of the room where people are eating, fwe are not responsible for anything valuable." there was no way I was going to leave my bags there so I called up Vetoe and asked them to move my booking to another place nearby and they did that and the second place was quite satisfactory, but this is just to let you know that sometimes you might have to double-check the place that they're offering because sometimes they're not exactly secure.”

“The place where we left our bags was a very nice hostel. The system of security precincts is good. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because, after I took the photos of the precincts and tried to check in, the app crashed. I had to close it and open it again and the photos were not saved. Since I was already outside the hostel I had to take pictures of trees to get past the check in part. I was worried it might get me in trouble when I came back to check out. Luckily the hostel manager didn’t ask for the photos and everything was OK.”

“Recently, I booked with Vertoe in the midtown Atlanta location, drop off was simple and fast! I contacted customer service to add an additional day to my storage and they handled everything for me within minutes!”

“The staff were a little weird/abrupt during drop-off, but overall there were no real issues and we were able to get in and out quickly and on time! We appreciated that the bags were stored in a separate room not visible to the whole store, and Vertoe tags were used for the bags.”

“Easy to book and leave the lugguage but a bit strange way of working. We had to take a picture of the Vertoe tag which was attached to the bag and further nothing at all. Easy, fast absolutely but not 100% reliable, with more bags of different people anyone can take a picture like this. As it is the first time I used Vertoe I don't know if this way of working is common sense or just the way of working in this particular drop point. Should be safer with some handover receipt as well according to me. The service as such is great.”
