Terrible service, placed an order of a wardrobe that was listed in stock & was informed of delivery date on placing order. No show of item on day of delivery, contacted VERY only to be told the item was out of stock, told delivery would take additional 7-14 days , I checked website & item still shown as in stock, decided to cancel my order. I was told I would receive a refund in 24-36 hours, refund did not arrive, contacted again, was told refund would be 3-5 days, again no refund, contacted again, was told refund would take 7-10 days, & yip, still no refund, I’m at day 14 now & still awaiting a refund. Completely unacceptable, contacted to discuss with customer servises & was told I could only complain in writing via the website which I did & no response to date. Avoid this company, false advertising of availability of stock & if you do require a refund or cancel your order it’s a struggle to get your money back.

Quick delivery but no matter how much you spend there is always a delivery charge for home delivery.

After being a long standing customer with Very for over 8 years, I have experienced the worst customer services in my life. An issue which is still ongoing if anyone from Very can be bothered to get back to me. I've raised numerous complaints online, with the offshore call centre and I have now written a letter. I'm yet to receive a reply. Faulty laptop was supposed to be collected and repaired or refunded. They haven't done either! After too many failed attempts to collect it was eventually collected and returned to me still faulty!!! I've never been so angry with a company! I will be paying the balance and closing my account. I don't know what happened but they used to be great. Very, very disappointing.

I ordered last week a stroller Oyster its on sale £65 and received just some parts like a cushion a cover its a bag with only bits I called to make it clear as I know what I order for sure of course she only helped to do a return but waste my time and money as I am not buying again fron your place. I have no stroller at all so now have to order again wait again a week perhaps, its a nightmare. I DONT RECOMMEND VERY AT ALL!!!

I brought a psvr for £161.99 for my kids for Christmas thinking i can pay it of with take 3 but because i didn't understand take 3 i paid £50 on the 5th of jan 2019 thinking i would only have to pay the extra for that month but im being told because i paid it before my statement ive got to pay another £40 of my bill because i paid early now i thought because i paid early was a good thing but the company is punishing me for paying my bill early by charging me another £40 of my bill the customer service people are very rude and act like they got better things to do then talk to customers and mangers put you on hold without telling you while your talking to them it really feels like the company are doing it to get you into debut so they can make more money of you with interested i would not recommend this company AVIOD at all cost because they will get you in debut on purpose DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AVOID THEM

Not even worth the one star what a disgraceful company stay well clear of this horrible theifing scumbags never dealt with a company that has such bad customer service and are not willing to help with account discrepancys close your accounts down asap

I ordered a Samsung fridge freezer from Very that had a cash back offer from Samsung. You needed to send the serial number of the fridge 60 days after purchase. Needless to say Very couldn't make the 60 day delivery period and wouldn't cover the £300 Samsung offer. They also cancelled my order without any reason or notification. Customer services varies and be prepared for some very thick accents that make communication, at times, very difficult. The last person that I spoke didn't seem to think that very needed to contact me about cancelling my order and seemed very demanding and rude.

I ordered a dining table and 6 chairs, one of which broke as soon as my partner sat on it. I asked for a replacement to be sent and I would post back the faulty chair, as they could be taken apart, as they were when they arrived.. They refused to do that and said I had to return the whole set, even though I did not have the packaging, which I had thrown away. Apart from that, I am a disabled pensioner and could not have packed it all up again anyway, as it was so heavy, being made of glass with a metal frame. It seemed stupid to send back a whole set anyway, as the cost to them would have been very expensive, paying for a courier to come and pick the whole set up from the OUTER HEBRIDES! I complained to their Customer Services, saying that I was not happy at all with their solution, or with a small partial refund and my postage refunded, but they offered nothing else and I just had to accept what they said. I tried leaving some truthful feedback about this terrible company and their shocking Customer Services, who cannot deal with customer problems and are useless. They are all too busy talking to each other when you phone, so they cannot hear what you are saying, or vice versa. I will never use them again, unless they get rid of their Indian call centre and use a British one who do care for customers and also the couriers that they use not up to standard. My 3 attempts at leaving feedback were taken off their website, so no one could read how bad they were. It is about time that Trading Standards were investigating this really bad company.

Had a chair delivered that was damaged, asked for a collection and replacement but as I'd paid up front I was told they would need to collect this item before they returned my money and then I would have to order again and pay another delivery charge. Would never ever use these people again.

I spent Christmas eve on the phone trying to make sure my daughter's present would in fact be delivered in time for Christmas- as promised and as per delivery service paid for staff assured me it was on route and not to worry...I was told not to go out and buy it elsewhere as it was on its way. LIES...was told at 5pm when all shops were shut that all the other staff lied and it was never going to be delivered in time!!!! Complete apathy and lack of concern. Don't recommend at all...they can't be trusted and gave no concern for their customers so I would recommend anyone else steer clear...unless you want to pay for disappointment and frustration

Order one gift for Christmas and wrong goods delivered twice in 3 days time even when you call and confirm. Went to post office for return during weekend in rain and had to go to post office for return again...It is not what weekend should be right?

Delivered wrong fridge freezer. Would not take it away. Refused to refund until they had it back (picked up at their convenience) despite knowing this left us with no fridge freezer with food in coolbags defrosting and would not send the correct item to exchange them as we had to start a whole new order. Ordered from AO instead, next day delivery, no probs. Still waiting for Very to take theirs away. Atrocious customer service.

TV became faulty after 2 months. Very refused to get involved and I was told to contact the manufacturer. Luckily Toshiba had a UK office. Now 2 months after I started the return process I am still waiting. I will never use very again.

Ordered a child's toy, paid for next day delivery, 4 days later am still being messed about. Indian call centre either hang up on you, leave you on hold for long periods or refuse to transfer you to complaints team

Every thing! If I could have given 0 I would. Your products and service are a shame The products came damaged all three !! Did you bring replacements? No!!you charged again for the replacement and said once you got the others back you would refund the money in ten to fourteen days but couldn’t pick them up for a week. So the new ones arrive, oh what joy, until packaging was taken off the first, yes damaged again. So after nearly an hour on the phone being told you take fourteen hundred pounds out of the bank, my single mother granddaughter will have to go without oven fidgefreezer and washing machine for Christmas because very CAN NOT give a refund until up to fourteen days. Oh and the bosses do not talk to their customers or even if I gave my email address reply to that as they are an online company and customer standards do not apply to them
