If I could score minus I would. After applying for and being accepted for a credit account the order was declined. After contacting them they have no explanation. I am still waiting on a refund of the amount I paid over 8 days later. I’ve been on hold for over two hours. Spoken to many different departments and every single person has no idea what’s going on. I would not recommend very to anyone who I know.

I would give no star if it was possible. Stay far away as possible . I returned coffee maker back in August !!!!!!! still no money, I am down €600 and a coffee maker . I phoned probably 10 times already and they just keep lying that refund has been processed. I would never ever shop here again they are scammers . They literally just robbed me and there is nothing I can do about beside phoning them .

Very poor at next day delivery yodel the company they use are disgusting had 2 deliveries 1 they smashed and the 2nd didn't deliver next day even though I paid for next day complain to very and they do nothing

They say it’s free delivery to click and collect from a shop no it’s not so rang them they said yes it said u haven’t spent over 40 pounds I said check yr order I have they said o yes we will refund it still waiting for up it

Order never delivered after 4 weeks. Called customer service and they know nothing about. So no order delivered and no refund. Will never use again Very.

i sent a parcel back over a month ago and you said would be took off bill ,i told you not to send another one did not want one. you said the money would be took off bill and put back to what owe , well its still on not paying for something have not got have still the recipt got sent back atthe corner shop .where you set for it to be picked up from .please get it from my bill once done hardly owe anything and once done closing my account when paid rest off from yous.

I’m still trying resolve had faulty fridge freezer from them 1699 pounds was on phone constantly with them for uplift and return this item was on but now pay later which ended on 25 dec 23 and was paid for . I have floating bal of buy now pay later so this bal didn’t include fridge freezer . They eventually credited my account to that value but when I wanted reorder fridge it was only in silver so called again held on phone hour told lady want cheque instead she said bal would go back up which I didn’t mind had cheq they picked up old fridge thought end of but oct put stop on my account which will now put my credit score down 🥲I am still worried and going to the consumers this week as demanded I paid the 1699 back which I have as they called me 3 times in one day also return is not showing on account for faulty goods

I bought a laptop from Very as they said it would be delivered the next day. After the order was placed the tracking seemed to show that this would not be the case. I called Very and was told that it will still be delivered and this can be up to 8pm. I said even though its not at my Sorting Office and they said yes. I informed Very that as delivery wasn't made on the arranged date that nobody would be in to collect the parcel. Very said that if it cant be signed for it would be returned. This was untrue as the laptop was dropped over my side gate. I again called Very and said that i would return the laptop unopened. They said just take it to the Post Office. I did this and the Lady in the Post Office said that she couldn't accept it without a barcode. I drove back and called very again who emailed be the barcode. The laptop was sent back the same day. I called Very to raise a compliant and close my credit account. They agreed to this and said they would send me £50 cheque for this issues. Then I received emails regarding my credit account. I again contacted Very and said I want this closing. Very said that would be done once the laptop had been returned. (Luckily I kept the proof of posting) Very then sent me a late payment letter. Even though I owed nothing. I called Very to raise this as a compliant and was informed that my balance was zero and the compliant will be looked into. Two weeks later I received an email from Jeff Tamblingson at Very. the content says that I had said the account was not affordable. This was not the case I raised a complaint and want it dealt with. This is the most frustrating company I've dealt with I've not purchased anything yet i owe them money and they have decimated by credit file.

£41.44 was taken via DD when items had been returned 3 weeks previous. I phoned up to ask why they had taken this money and requested that it was refunded. They said it was a mistake and I would have to wait 10 days for a cheque to be raised to refund me. My account had actually gone into credit of £13.45 so in fact they owe me £54.89. I explained that waiting 10 days was not good enough as by the time the cheque reaches me and then clears in my account 2 weeks would have passed. Why they can’t take my bank details and transfer the refund to me instantly is crazy, some people live on a really tight budget. Waiting 2 weeks for a refund could impact them massively like not being able to put food in the fridge due to no funds. I felt like I was banging my head against a brick wall, they would not escalate and put me through to a manager, they would not provide me with an email address. Absolutely ludicrous. I can pay the company with a few clicks on my banking app but they insist the only way they can pay a refund takes over 2 weeks.

I am so upset! Purchased a canon camera from Very. Took it out the box first thing noticed the memory card that was supposed to be there was not! I had my own so wasn’t too bothered but gradually realising this is a used camera! Not brand new so I’m really pi**ed off! Starting my photography course so really needed the camera but flash doesn’t work. Called to arrange a refund start telling me it will need to be sent for repair! No way! I want and need a refund asap for my cours.

Horrendous customer service. Spent 3 hours on phone holding and talking over a replacement product. They then had the cheek to tell me it was delivered to mu home (address in Liverpool). I live in Northern Ireland...ridicoulous really. They rmthenhung up. Absolutely fuming!!!

I’ve had nothing but issues with them I make payments and no time I give more and I still get told I owe minimum payment last month I ended up paying 2 minimum payments time before that I paid over £114 and the minimum payment and was still charged a late payment I go to my account n today it still saying I owe minimum payment but I don’t this happens every month I’ve been told I can pay from when statement is sent out so it’ll be online 24 September and u have till 15 October to pay so I’ll pay on my pay day 7th if October but thry will text me n dsy I’ve not paid when I have n if I don’t pay sgsin I get £15 arreas fee even though I’ve just been told I can pay from statement date till due date

They advertised free delivery but my experience is that is far from the truth.Rang up customer service and they said it's £3.99 for first delivery,.At that point I discontinued the call as nowhere did it say you had to pay for your first delivery.Bad and confusing,they shouldn't be allowed to advertise free delivery option.

Very customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. For one I couldn’t understand single word the woman said. Of course she was foreign and this is no slight toward people from other countries but she was extremely cheeky and shouted at me! I bought this lovely anklet in silver that was a December birth stone. It snapped within a month of purchase. What I was told was if I send it back I would BE CHARGED FOR THE PRIVILEGE! Absolute cheek of it! I ended up hanging up on the nasty customer services representative. What a load of s**t. I AM FUMING!
