“Awful company. We ordered some furniture and had someone come to our house at 7am in the morning for our 7-9 slot. The furniture did not arrive and the driver did not call us. The driver apparently could not find our address but didn't bother to call us. Very were less than helpful and after a hour on the phone agreed to send the parcel on the following Monday between 7am-9am. On the Sunday we received a text stating our delivery would be between 8;45-10:45am so our request that had been agreed had been totally disregarded. We still haven't had our furniture delivered and Very have refused to refund us. We have moved into our new house and have had several deliveries from other companies and haven't encountered this problem before. We used Very as we assumed they were a reputable company. I am truly disgusted with their customer service. At the moment we have no furniture and are owed £450.”

“I had to buy a suit from very.com urgently. It was a last minute purchase and the delivery team excelled in getting me my item very rapidly. Also, the price was cery appealing.”

“I spent two hours on Thursday and two hours on Friday trying to open a account in the end I gave up. obviously they don't what business. I spoke to various customer assistants who said the computer would not let them help.”

“Website does not work well. I tried to order a £7 item and it ran a credit check and tried to set me up a credit account. All I wanted was to pay by debit card. Then I tried the 'close account' function (after having to search Google to see where that function was) and it would not accept the input. I tried to request a 'close account' another way and it failed. Rubbish, offering products and trying to trick people into credit accounts. Terrible, this company has no integrity, no intent to do business fairly.”

“Hello Just to say I'm not one for complaining but your company has caused me so much stress and upset. You are the worst company I have ever tried to buy anything from , I will never ever try to buy from you again and I just want my money back as soon as possible you have caused me so much stress that I don't want to buy anything from you and I will be telling everyone I know to not bother as it's just stressful and you sell items that are not in stock (false advertisement) you have already taken the money from my account (before you have fulfilled my order) to have me wait 3 weeks for a tumble dryer when I can get else where in 5 days. I tried calling twice Your phone line twice was breaking up, your advisors sent me to the wrong place. Your delivery people don't deliver to my area apart from Tuesday's and Thursday's! And then when they finally call to arrange delivery they call again 2 days later to say out of stock. I Am disgusted at the quality of service and it has ended up me in tears, it shouldn't be that way you are suppose to make it easier not more stressful! I just want my money back and to have this over and done with, I have never been so let down by company and it infuriates me that you took the money before you fulfilled my order!”

“The service was a all round stress free 5 star service. I like the way i could chose to buy my purchases with different time scale options even though I bought out right. This will be a great help to people who have limited funds but will still be able to buy that much needed product on a weekly basis. Delivery was exactly as promised and well packed so you can be assured undamaged goods. Will be using this site again also just like sportsdirect & amazon prime. Sites and services that do exactly as stated are hard to find, but i have found 3 hidden gems here. Please keep it up”

“Similar to one of the previous reviews I too purchased a laptop which wouldn't connect to the Internet. I have been trying to return it to Very and have waited in for two days for YODEL to collect it. Latest email received from Very says if they can't find anything wrong with it they will send it back. All this within 30 days of purchase. I will never order anything from VERY again. Diabolical customer service.”

“Excellent communication from emails to phone call I purchased a fridge freezer ( Hisense) Hisense RB320D4WW1 55cm Wide Fridge Freezer - White After getting £600 of credit I decided to buy the product over the buy now pay later. I started getting a bit jittery having read the reviews on here. I ordered the above on the 12th October 2017 and had an email straight away to confirm, the next day received an email to state where my purchase was ( tracking), I also had a text message on the day, with the delivery man ringing me to ensure I was in, about 40 minutes before they arrived. The delivery men ( ARROW XL) brought it in, told me to leave it standing for 3-4 hours to let it settle. Unpacking was fun- not, loads of it. On first inspections and a few days after, everything working well, I have the dial set to 2, lovely fridge freezer and has a good amount of room, excellent product, swear by Hisense. When you get the paperwork which is in the fridge, go on Hisense web site, you get a free 2 year warranty. I have no complaints AT ALL with VERY, everything is as expected and everything went smooth. Thank you for the purchase, very greatfully received”
