“ Please avoid this company I ordered a product for Christmas Got confirmation They took the payment Phoned today to check status of deliVery Was told it was now out of stock and it would take 10 days to receive my refund No email no call to say it was out of stock Appalling ”

“ my mother with an excellent credit rating opened a account with Very on 28/11/24 , she doesn't need credit but i suggested it would benefit her as having finance would save an extra 20% on top of black friday offers .the total of her spend was getting on for £2000 which she can afford top pay immediately but having credit took 20% of that which is a massive saving , Very came back with congratulations that the qualified for £3500 credit 0% interest for 6 months the order was placed and deliVery was expected for all products 4/5th december . on Tuesday the 3rd of december late evening her account, orders ,and credit limit was delecined despite her excellent credit rating after a phone call to Very they could not explain this and further more would not honour the the 20% even when she offered to pay in full now unfortunately my mum has missed out on black friday yes she would have had to pay in full and slightly more price with another company but she would have all her products now buying them now has had a massive price increase . APPSOLUTLEY AN APALLING COMPANY AND SERVICE DO NOT USE Very!!!!!!! ”
