Poor customer service : 1. Staff unaware of products that are available 2. Manner of clarifying purchase is rude, like I did not know what I had bought and insisted that what I was buying is unavailable (size delivered was incorrect, staff insisted that there is no other size despite me paying a higher price for the bigger size) 3. Not the first tone — but seems internally there is a lack of communication or staff doesnt put the effort to understand the status.. unncessary follow ups because not reading twice.. has happened now for at least two times I dread having to buy from vetopia now, but have no alternatives for products needed foe dog Have not recommended

Was very disappointed with the experience this time. I ordered NexGard Spectra on 6 Oct. Since Vetopia claims the delivery will usually just take 1 to 2 business day, I found it unusual when it was already 10 Oct and there was still no update on my order status. So I contacted the Vetopia via email and whatsapp, and was shocked to learn that the order was still pending because the item was a prescription item, there were steps to complete before they can deliver the order. 1) Apparently, no staff is going to take the initiative to approach me to move forward the order. I paid for it and I expect it to be delivered on time. The most important point is, I was not being alerted there is actually still steps to take. If I simply wait there without doing anything, looks like the paid order can pend there forever. 2) I was actually your client in TKO Creature Vet. When I ordered this item, I ticked this option during the checkout process. So after all, I still can't understand why my order is not being processed on time, you could simply look at the medical record without the need for me to chase after you. And if the backend staff bothered to look at the order seriously, I believe I would have my order delivered on time. The first time I bought Stella & Chewy's at Vetopia was extremely pleasant, the order was being delivered the second day. But after this time, I am afraid I won't return to Vetopia.

If I want to get 30% discount , I have to place 3 recurring orders that I cannot changed . I felt very disappointing that arrangement when I placed the order. The policy and description which have showed in a clicked little box. Consequently I must pay back the full price if I didn’t need the rest recurring order. I feel sad for this arrangement and I would not place any order from your company in future !

有少少唔夠彈性。我明白已例明頭三個月不能更改既規則。但。訂購時。真的有點令我錯誤理解了。我不是故意去要求更改。。也明白。你們酌情處理了一部分問題。。 但。。。事情的根本。。。是否就能解決呢? 在體諒你們的同時。。我也想你們能體諒,客人的需要。。。謝謝你們

8 out of 10 times, the deliveries were either not on the scheduled date or at a different location, though we have wrote an official email to complain. Poor standard.

訂貨後收到電郵指4/1/2022會送貨,等至5:15pm未有消息,致電查詢, 貴 公司職員語氣態度差,只問我送邊區,指送屯門要夜晚,我詢問會是大約幾點至幾點,回應答我唔到,因為好多單。

你們預設每月訂講的優惠,我幾年都無法亨用,因為我有兩隻貓,每月購買大嘅1.5包糧,而且每月可能都想試加少許新品用,這樣規範模式完全不合用,給客戶要求自己記得加減改單,增加客戶壓力。 我是貴司舊客戶,已有幾年,最好增設super VIP code 優惠,簡單方便,客戶隨心訂購。 貴司網店經常彈出無謂要求機動式問要否幫忙,但實際完全幫唔到忙,劃面阻住睇繳款界面,設計有問題,將重點放錯。 進入貴司網店,如有優惠就可彈出來給客戶睇,這對客戶才有用。 貴司售賣的洗耳仔水,不是市面最受歡迎好用的。 以上在電話已反影幾次,但一直都沒有改善。今次希望貴司會關注及改善。 我維持在貴司購買東西,是因為相信貴公司售賣產品都是正品,不會賣假貨,送貨快,這個是good加分。

I have purchased 1L shampoo x1 & preventive collar x4 for my dogs… I was satisfied with the delivery. However, one preventive collar was missing, and more important is, the expiry date of them is Feb 2022 which was not stated in your product pages. The collar supposed to last for half a year, I purchased them in Mid-December (arrived on 19/12) only 1.5 months use?!
