I knew the delivery date for this purchase by sending to your enquiry email as I can’t receive the delivery note after two days I purchased. And finally I received the delivery note by email at the night of the delivery day which I already received the stuff. Form 5 times purchases, I nearly need to send 4 times of email for asking the delivery date instead of receiving the delivery note email, and this problem I had reflected for many times.

The delivery timeline is not well indicated. Instead of the two days lead time due to bank holidays, has been extended to 6 days. Without the availability to change the delivery address The contact email will reply but not flexible to provide any solution for the customer.

網上所有聯絡方法都slow response 基本上等半日先至有少少回覆 並且冇道歉 所謂熱線電話長期飛去留言信箱 並且留言信箱係爆滿嘅

good : fast delivery time should be improve : 1. whatsapp reply too long (around 2-3 days). 2. no sample should be give when purchase more than $600-1500 in past year, CS reply not enough samples , especially in Christmas, New years , Pet Show promotion period. etc Suggest resume vets points redeem to purchase coupon.

I was disappointed with my last recurring order. One of the products was backlogged, I understand that you called and asked to delay the shipping of the order, but the explaining was off and doesn’t make sense.. I was asked to wait for the product to arrive,, which I would to save shipping cost for you, but asking me to wait for one month!? My next recurring order would have applied by then. Common sense please.

Good product, dispatch quickly. Poor delivery service, delivery guy just left the box in front of my building, sent me a WhatsApp photo and left.

On your web page, it says "Get 10-30% Off On Your FIRST Order And 3% Off On All Subsequent Orders." I have been placing orders to your store but I don't seem to have received the stated benefit for any of the subsequent orders. Have I misunderstood something?

Sorry, WAY too much back and forth via WhatsApp - really annoying. And I've had to deal with refunds and then new charges. I'd be happy to apply anything owed to me by Vetopia to my next order rather than your current process. Love the products and the intentions of the staff but the WhatsApping is driving me mad.

I hv stated clearly on the order form about the delivery date cos I had not returned hk before that date. However, the delivery was arranged before the date. Fortunately, i could be accessed by my mobile phone and the delivery was cancelled eventually. I would suggest you to pay more attention to customer request to prevent recurrence of similar cases. In addition, I noticed your new promotion (less 12%)was launched a few hours of my order placed. I had a bit sad.
