“My adult son & I went on the kayaking & adventure tour w/ our amazing tour guide, Cope, up the Wailua River to Secret Falls & a swimming hole in Kauai where we cliff jumped. We had a fabulous time & cannot recommend going with anyone other than Cope. He is a great guide who is a local with lots of knowledge of the area & took time to share stories the entire time, and took amazing photos of our entire group on his SUP board while we kayaked & had fun. Thank you so much Cope! You definitely have found your calling. We wish you lots of continued success, peace & happiness! Mahalo! 🌺🌴👍Alisa & Lucas”

“Charlotte and Kesha legit made the tour bus the best experience! Charlotte was very knowledge and she drew you into the entire tour! Learning so much about the City and culture and full of recommendations! Probably one of the best tours I’ve been on! The bus was clean and well driven by Kesha as well! Thank you for having us!”

“My wife and I had an absolutely fascinating and interesting tour today. Not only is your state beautiful but Cindy Pullen-Esposito (GeoFunTrek) is by far an asset with her knowledge of history, stories, geographic and geologic information and a sweetheart to boot. The Black Hills tour will go down as a top, memorable day, if not the best day by far. Thank you Cindy! We had a blast!”

“i booked with viator.com. it was amazing experience my wife and son enjoyed the trip to 'Guatape/piedra del penol". John the tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable and very friendly. I will really recommend using viator. and John. On my next trip I will ask for Johm as my tour guide.”

“I have made several bookings through Viator, both here in Australia and overseas. I have never had any problems with my bookings and have always received what I paid for. In this current climate with the Coronavirus disrupting everything, Viator was the first company to advise me that my booking had been cancelled and that my refund was being processed and it was within days. They'll do me.”

“Sadly, we had to cancel our June cruise this past week. We were so looking forward to a tour in Majorca offered by Viator. I sent a cancellation in the evening and by the next morning our refund was credited to our credit card. Wow!! We’ve used your company in the past and will sing your praises to one and all. Thank you for your prompt response. We will be booking with you just as soon as we can!”

“I am not a prolific travel reviewer but once in a while you just need to do one! I have been using Viator for quite a number of years and have pretty much never been let down. With the current coronavirus situation and travel that has been completely ruined because of it we have been going through the lengthy process of dealing with cancellations, claims and refunds with some pretty well known companies associated with flying, accommodation, tours, etc. It's been a nightmare and continues BUT out of all of these companies only ONE was prepared to put through cancellations and refunds promptly and that was Vaitor. There was even one instance where the T&C's indicated that we would not receive a refund but Viator worked for us and was able to arrange a 100% refund. Not only that, but the money was usually received back to the credit cards we used within 24 hours. You just can't get any better than that! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat and we will continue to book all of our tours with Viator in the future.”

“Late last year and early this year booked accommodation Italy and Spain with ability to cancel option. Last week I cancelled all of the bookings (4) due to corona virus and within a space of 5 min my PayPal account received refunds. My PayPal account has now credited these refunds (full) to my Bank A/c. Similar case last year, refund received pronto. Excellent work Viator cannot ask for anything more. Pity Airlines and Cruise companies cannot find the decent thing to do in this trying time. Come back, you bet.”

“Went to the Oahu Circle Island Tour 16 Points of Interest. Our driver and tour guide Kanamu was excellent. She was knowledgeable and funny. It was a very entertaining and fun day spent learning all about Oahu and Hawaiian History and Culture.”

“My wife and I booked a tour to the blue mountains in Australia and even though it was a miserable rainy day our tour leader Mike was the star of the show. He did everything he could do to make the trip fun. He gave a lot of history of the area and made it a very enjoyable time. He engaged with the whole group and by the tour was done it felt like a family outing. Mike from anderson tours thank you very much. See ya”

“Very happy!!! Went on a very affordable private tour of London today with Leo. He picked me up from my hotel on time. Very nice gentleman, I felt very comfortable. Tour was 5 hours and I must say I saw a lot of London. Places I didn’t even know existed and I have been to London many times. Leo took a lot of pictures of me in many interesting areas of the city. He was very knowledgeable and informative. At the end of the tour he dropped me off at my hotel, safe and sound😃 Definitely a 5 star experience. I will definitely use this company for all future tours. Thank you so much for a very enjoyable day!”

“We booked a tour for cruise excursion to Florence/Pisa. We called Viator and talked to a lady with the first name "Lin". She was very patient, friendly and helpful. We later checked the tour provider's website and found that the provider offered senior rate. My wife and I are both over 65. We sent an email asking if they would honor that rate. They responded within 24 hours and credited back the difference. For a middle man, I feel that they did a great job.”

“Me and my wife booked a tour on Viator to visit Chichen Itza for a day trip including free all you can eat buffet and a Cenote (like a underground small lake) visit. The price of the tour was very affordable that we paid in advance online. They pick up us on time early in the morning and transfer us to a big bus, once on route Mr. Rodrigo (travel guide) keep us informed all the time and Mr. Antonio (bus driver) was very professional. At the buffet you need to buy your drinks because they are no included. Drinks are no too expensive but be adware if you pay with credit or debit card (the Chilam Balam restaurant overcharged us for a frozen margarita and a regular soda over US$25.00) (we only saw this after we get back home in NY). We like to thanks Amigo Tours, Mr. Antonio and Mr. Rodrigo.”
