I have never in my life dealt with such a let down of a company ….yeh everything looks all glossy and good when infact they are by far totally S*** …order placed 27th November were now 14th Dec…no sign of it …I agree with every other review on here …they must be paying people to leave feedback on trustpilot! Only reason it could possibly be positive. I have heard every excuse in the book …well actually that’s not true …same s*** different agent! He even told me he’d refunded delivery …really …must be pigeon post taking it to bank! Thank god I paid with Pay-pal I’ve raised a claim through them so fingers crossed I’ll get money back allowing me to go to a better company! NOTE TO SELF …CHECK ALL FEEDBACK SITES !

There was an item missing in our delivery. There was photographic evidence it was not delivered but they refused to send us the item because it was more than 3 days since delivery. They wanted us to buy the item again! No telephone number and customer service was with a “bot” then a supporter followed by an equally unhelpful manager online. Terrible
