DO NOT BUY HOODS FROM THIS COMPANY. Diabolical company. Ordered taps weeks ago, still not delivered. There is no one to discuss returns, problems with orders as they use an automated computer web chat service. They eventually put you through on hold....my wait time 240minutes.

Faulty toilet, not fit for purpose, doesn’t flush properly, I have emailed the company several times, I have received a email from them at the beginning of October 2020 asking for invoice etc and photo, I sent photos and invoice, then nothing, just a standard email saying they will be in touch within 5 days, there is no telephone number, now
the email address on the website returns my emails saying unable to deliver my email.

Just to add more of the same... BEWARE! Do not buy from Victoria Plum. They promise easy returns but I have waited 4 months now and despite repeated calls and emails, they are still saying 'soon'.
You'll wait for hours on the phone or online chat and if you don't get cut off you'll end up speaking to someone who tries to help but will usually end up by saying 'not my department'.
