Terrible.
Ordered a relief table.
It arrived within 6 days but the quality of the table is below all criticism.
The product is full of dirt and dust, also smells very bad. Not only that but the nails that hold the parts of the table together are not nailed correctly, so there are large gaps in several critical places, which also means that the table is not straight and loses its stability. Not to mention the awful aesthetics. It looks like a 10 year old woodworking student made the table. Cost? SEK 1,500.
Contacted customer support as I want my money back because I refuse to pay full price for something that is so defective.
They were willing to refund 10% of the amount or give a discount coupon on the next purchase. I said I don't accept any of the options and want refund at reasonable level >50%. Got a reply that they confirmed that I want a coupon and that it will be sent within 1-3 days. WHAT?
Lousy company, lousy goods and lousy support.

I ordered a coffee table which, according to the description, had to arrive assembled. I hoped - and needed - to use it immediately. Instead, however, I received a box with strange loose wooden parts, VERY FAR from an assembled table. It has NOT solved my problem but created a NEW one!
Finally, I've started assembling the table. It turns out the vidaxl product is of such poor quality, the fasteners are so tragic, and all the ends do not fit together so much that, having already wasted 100 euros on the failed vidaxl purchase, I will still have to buy a drill!
I regret not reading the reviews before ordering. They are very, very bad all over the internet. NEVER EVER buy from vidaxl.”
“Steer clear, they sell lousy rubbish that is of extremely poor quality, fits badly, is full of damage and the finish can't stand anything. The package was full of chip dust and on top of it all, parts were missing. When you complain and want to return, they are very difficult, either they will give you a gift card of 2/3 of what you paid or refund half. Since I didn't want a new product, or a gift card for 2/3 of the price to buy more rubbish from them, I took what little I could get back.
I gave them a less than pleasant review on Trustpilot, when they saw this, they first tried to get me to delete it, then they tried via Trustpilot to say that the review was fake, then they tried to bribe me with NOK 200 to delete the review (I was only willing to do so in case of full settlement) Have saved the emails so can prove this”

“I do not recommend purchasing products from this company based on the product that I purchased: the vidaXL Pergola with Gate. This product was extremely low quality:
- the wood is an extremely soft wood species,
- some of the wood was rotted,
- the components were not manufactured to support ease of assembly (no features to properly locate joining members so you have to measure and calculate spacings and mark the parts to identify part positioning) and there are no pilot holes for several of the assembly steps
- the instructions were extremely general and hard to read
- parts were missing
- unneeded parts were included
- all of the hardware (nearly 100 screws of different sizes, bolts and mending plates) were packed in a single bag, so sorting all of the hardware first was necessary
- the two sides of this product are each composed of two separate panels that must be joined together vertically (butt joints) with mending plates (included). This is a terrible design; it is structurally unsound and ugly
- assembly instructions were clearly never validated by the manufacturer because following them would result in many instances of the barrels of three screws occupying the same physical space within the fragile wooden components.
Simply put, this product is junk: poorly designed and the components supplied are extremely low quality”
“I bought a VidaXL lounge group from one of there sellers Uwingo at Amazon and got two weeks of hell
The product is good but there sellers are absolutely horrible
After two weeks with hellish nightmare Amazon finally fixed the problem and I got a refund
The problem was that the package was missing a seat cushion and the seller couldn't send me a new seat cushion instead they told me they would send a completely new lounge group
I contacted VidaXL to ask if they could sell me a seat cushion but there respons was that they don't have a seat cushion
So the conclusion is that VidaXL sells products but don't have spare parts for the products
So the two stars are only because VidaXL have stupid sellers and they don't help customers with spare parts”
“I had the misfortune of purchasing two items from Vidaxl.uk, and both experiences were nothing short of disastrous. The first, a wall shelf, arrived covered in grime, dust, and with visible cracks. Despite my complaints, the company initially tried to offer a laughable £4 refund, which was insulting given the £44 original purchase price. After further negotiation, they begrudgingly provided a £30 voucher, which I reluctantly used to purchase a coffee table. To my dismay, the coffee table was in an even worse condition than the shelf, with extensive scratches, cracks, and layers of grime rendering it utterly unusable. It's clear that Vidaxl.uk cares little for the quality of their products or the satisfaction of their customers. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs. A 1-star rating is too generous for such abysmal service and products.”

“I purchased a metal shed from a VidalXL distributor on Ebay last fall but did not get around to putting it up until recently. The kit was missing two short base rail so I cant put it together. I contacted customer service and they said they will not help me, I have even offer to pay a small fee to get these parts, very disappointed.
Update: I was contacted by vidalXL and asked to link this review to the distributor who sold this item on Ebay. For several reason I cant do that. I received the product in sealed boxes with clear marking that it was the product from vidalXL so it is their problem. Any distributor would still need to get parts from them. The cost of these parts would be small. Not sure why they are refusing to take care of such a small issue?”
“I ordered a massage bed. The piece arrived not only dirty but also ruined, as if it had been used before. In addition, the latch does not close the bed properly, which by moving it a tiny bit, opens! I wrote twice but after weeks I never received any reply. Very disappointed with the customer service.”

I ordered SKU:810434 black 140x200 bed frame
1st problem: The wood pieces were in terrible condition. Spay painted with a powder black. It was coming off on my hands as I touched the wood parts.
2nd problem: A few pieces of wood were sticky and chipped.
I chatted finally with a real person (no ph# is available). They asked if I wanted a partial refund or to return it. I opted for the €30 partial refund because I could re-paint the boards. So I did that.
3rd problem: While putting together the pieces I painted there are 2 missing main parts! There should be 4 x "B" black wood parts for the side boards. They sent 2 of the 4 "B" parts and 2 different boards with different holes on them. The bed frame can't be put together.
I chatted again with a person and she said they can't send me the correct parts because I already opted for the partial refund. Had I known I didn't have all the crappy parts in the 1st place I would have indeed asked for a full refund and return.
I asked to speak to a manager...Answer = "No". I have been told they will have a manager contact me in 3 days to speak about my escalated issue. I highly doubt they will take a return and I will only be lucky if they send me the 2 correct parts.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!”
