Terrible online shopping experience ever. I order with next day delivery and it was very important for my business to get it next day. So ... no delivery, no any massages but order is confirmed, money left my bank account. They said that maybe an error occurred because they did not see my order, they advised to try to order again. This was already strange, because I received an order confirmation for email. Ok, I ordered again. Everything repeated, there is no order, the money is gone a second time. I wrote customer service again, they was very rude! Finally answered: "could you please get into direct contact with our Accounts team via the following as the order is on a new customer audit". What a f ... ? Tell me what kind of online store does an audit of new users? Meanwhile, the money from my account was withdrawn 2 times. Then I email with this team. And you know what they asked for? Pay 3rd time by direct bank transfer. Quote from email: "Unfortunately, in this moment, for this orders we would require a bank transfer to be able to dispatch them. Please find listed below our bank details". Hello guys ... Give me back my money first. So 2 weeks have passed. No order, no money. I still see in my account "Order confirmed". Bravo!

Initially phoned on a Wednesday to ask if filing cabinet could be delivered on the Friday. I said no as nobody would be in. They asked if there was a secure place to leave it - it's a 5 foot high filing cabinet?! They said they couldn't arrange delivery on a particular day, and would phone back next time they were in the area. They phoned the following Monday and arranged delivery for the Wednesday. I sat in all day and they never turned up. When I called, they denied all knowledge of the delivery and said it was now coming on Friday. My wife sat in all day on the Friday and they never appeared. We've yet to receive the filing cabinet - this company cannot be trusted!

If you use this company then be very careful. Everything is fine until they make an error on an order then their customer service really messes up. They only send you half invoices, never credit notes, then don't chase you for invoices they have not sent in the first place, get solicitors involved who then don't send information and charge you fees for the privilege of being just as useless! Unbelievably bad company and not worth the free stale biscuits!

Worst customer service in existence. They sent me the wrong item. it was returned and the correct item sent out, however, 3 months later they are still trying to charge me for the replacement that was already paid for. diabolical.

Order GB004905886W 11 days and still waiting on my order which seems standard for Viking will just use Amazon moving forward.

Abysmal. Ordered 3-drawer filing cabinet and they sent a 5-drawer. Instead of just replacing it with the correct one, we had to order again and get a refund for the first one. Payment was taken next day but refund took over a week, after two long and frustrating phone calls. These calls were premium rate and cost nearly £10. Avoid like the plague. Don't really deserve 1 star

As a company we decided to try Viking.... First order was 2 items on next day delivery. 1 item came the other didnt. Contacted Yodel they said Viking had not released it. Waited 6 days and then contacted Viking, they said it had gone...... but on Viking online it didnt say that it had been released!!! I was told that logistics would contact me by email today after they had investigated it. I dont think i will hold my breath....Somewhere this order has gone wrong, not a great start, a weak and flaky 'im sorry for the inconvenience.... I dont think they will get my repeat business

Told my ordered had been delivered - but nothing in sight. After calling their helpline (0844 so at a cost) was eventually told a neighbor had signed for it - they had no idea which address, just a name. Why there had been no card, or record of where it was delivered, I don't know. The customer support person couldn't care less. I think they should make clear that delivery cost includes the price of a call to get a clue about the mystery destination of your product.

One of the worst companies ever...still chasing my refund for something that was returned (collected by them) over a month ago...they supplied faulty Samsonite bag ..couple of emails and phone calls and they say it’s been refunded...yet to see it..will be filing complaints..will never shop with them again and warning other people to stay clear of this company!

I ordered a Filofax refill on 29th September and was told that it was despatched on 4th October... it didn't arrive so I rang customer services who told me the item was out of stock until 14th October. I am still waiting!!! Pigeon post would have been quicker!

Bad Customer Service The website, products and cost is very good. However your customer service is outright awful. I first placed an order, recieved a confirmation email and my account showed the order as complete however the items never arrived. I called customer service to be advised that the orde rhad been cancelled, yet at no point were we contacted to advise this and the website still shows my order as completed. I raised this to customer service and very short and rude staff explained there was no order and no charge so all is fine. I requested an email to confirm no order and no charge (for my accoutns team) and was advised they cannot do this, 5 mins later I did get an email. I then place a new order, and noticed the dleivery address was missing a 1 and was showing 2 not 12. I immedietly called your customer service and after another rude interaction I had this changed, I then asked for an email to be sent to confirm to which they advised they cannot send emails. I advised I received one earlier and they agreed and sent an email. After an hour I had not recieved the mail so I called back through, I am currently on hold (15mins) I have now been advised you cannot change delivery addresses? I have been tranferred twice and am waiting to speak to the delivery team. I would actively advise people not to order from yourslevs due to the customer service provided. A simple problem should have a simple solution, almost 3 days after my intial order for next day delivery I am no closer to getting the items I have ordered.

Very annoying and unprofessional customer services. - They have been chasing for the payment to me which is already paid. Before I pay I requested a copy invoice at least 10 times. I spoke to the customer team, chatted online and finally, I get a link for the invoice and paid within 2 working days. After I paid and emailed them proof of payment, they sent the debt to the legal team. I spoke to the legal team and explained everything, and they said everything is ok and they will contact Viking and if needed they will come back. However legal team never came back and I got an email from Viking today the bill is not not yet paid. What kind of genious work in Viking I am really wondering.

DO NOT USE - they approved the order, authorised payment [according to my bank] but then said it was cancelled and payment never went through. Not only was it a shambles but their staff have no clue what they are doing, they emailed to say they called but sat next to my phone I know this not to be true....they still have my funds on hold and it will take a while for them to be reversed! USELESS - NO COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT - PATHETIC RESPONSES - NO-ONE ONCE TRIED TO SOLVE THE ISSUE OTHER THAN THE TAKE PAYMENT TWICE?!?!

What a shambles. Order paper and printer toners. Paper and a free gift turned up the next day, and as the toners were being shipped by the supplier i expected another delivery. One week on and calling customers services to see where my delivery was. After 40 mins with them trying to sell me more toners whilst they track where my order ones were a manager told me the courier would deliver that day. Still no toners so can only assume the customer services manager was dishonest. Called again the next day only to be told the toners were on back order. I asked them to cancel the order to which they replied they could not because I had ordered online. Asked for the complaints department only to be told they are the complaints department. Again a dishonest response I think. I shall now find another stationary provider as the dishonest responses do not build trust.

They used to be a good company to do business with, but their invoicing system which is recent is a joke. They send an email and you have to log into their site just to get your invoice. This is poor and leads to confusion. What is so hard to send an invoice as an email attachment or simply put one in the box with the goods like you used to. I avoid using them as much as possible
