Order placed 19/1 still not dispatched 11days later , order tracking states items picked and await labelling for 10 days !!! This is required medication- communication non existent.

I placed an order on 7th Jan 24 - 3 weeks later it’s not even been shipped! I sent an email & got a “Dear John” reply about them moving over Christmas but that does not help! Phone line is constant busy. They’ve had all the money for 3 weeks & I fear cancelling my order will result in ages to get my money back - really poor customer service

Ordered several items. Once order was completed I saw the delivery dates were 3 weeks away, between Mon to Fri. A bit disappointed but hopefully had enough kibble to last. Wasn't until the Thur of that quoted delivery week that I got an email to say they had "discovered" the kibble was out of stock! and the other items wouldn't be delivered until it was back in stock... I cancelled the order and had to purchase elsewhere as the kibble had nearly run out by this stage. Will never use this company again.

[ placed myorder every thing seemed ok until i opend the box the order was wrong they sent me the wrong eye gels i ordered optixcare 20g they sent me lubrithal 10 half the volume and amore expensive items impossible to get hold of them i texed and phoned every time i phone i was around 25 in the queue i must have phoned 15 times a day still could not get through will look at taking my costom eleswhere they are the worst customer service you could across

OMG! 25 minutes waiting in the phone cue only to be told that they are trying to deal with a large backlog of orders. Cant guarantee a delivery date after ordering on the 5th December and now its the 24th January. Last order I was told delay was due to the item being on a high shelf and they were not able to access it! Blaming it all on warehouse move etc., I asked why customers had not been emailed to tell them of the delay? apparently Managers and Directors are aware that this should have happened. No wonder customers are leaving in droves.

Ordered prescription meds 05/01, posted prescription same day special delivery, tracked as delivered following day. Only found out about delays after logging on to check order status. Have had to get an emergency weeks supply of meds from vet at extra cost. I have to pay for written prescriptions so will be very out of pocket if I cancel. No updates from Viovet. Meds are to stop severe epilepsy. Will absolutely not use again.

VioVet really seems to have taken a nose-dive when it comes to service. I ordered a supplement for my dog before Christmas. I knew the delivery window was January 10th - 18th, but that end date came and went without any contact from VioVet. I found that the order didn't even show in my online account with them. I did get a reply to my email within a day and they say end of next week, but as there was no mention of my order missing online and they even told me to edit it, I suspect a canned response.

Placed an order 25th December which showed delivery 5th January still no sign of it, no correspondence as to what’s going on, no reply to emails

Terrible service order not even dispatched after 2 weeks no replies to many emails an absolute waste of time a much cheaper and quicker service provided by Animed and others avoid

I placed an order for dog food on the 20/12/23 expecting the usual christmas delay, however it is now the 18/1/24, this was the last date for delivery of my goods however unfortunatly I have not received said goods and have had no update from the company. Tried to contact them by phone regarding delivery of my order today but phone system offline presumably to prevent any contact with customers, the message on website states long waiting time. I emailed them and received an automated reply stating it will be at least seven days before I will have a reply. Viovet appears to think this is acceptable customer service. I have used Viovet before without issue so I am not sure whats going on but the service received so far for this order is poor.

I ordered Wofcol dog food on the 21/12.2023. it has not arrived. Spoke to someone on Friday 12/1/24 who said the food was in stock but because of change of warehouse slow delivery but would be sent this week. Have tried calling today the number is engaged and is not accepting ring back. Email is not working either. Have already taken my money!!

I've been waiting for my order for over a week, the company is not responding to my emails and the phone number 01582 842096 is now unobtainable. The website says they've recently moved so I assume something's gone terribly wrong. This doesn't help my dog's arthritis!!

When I ordered the items on 1st January, they were showing stock. Now when I look at the status of my order on 15th January, stock is being allocated. I try not to use Amazon... but when they can supply next day and specialist suppliers cannot supply within a fortnight, it's difficult to find a reason not to.

Been waiting since 29/12 for my dog’s prescription medicine. Already purchased a weeks supply to tide me over as the order still hasn’t been delivered. I have called them tons of times but only got to speak to someone 3 times. I was given a £10 refund for the inconvenience. Now have to go and get another weeks supply from my vets 😡😞 I am wondering if I should complete a PayPal dispute? I am starting to panic now!

I placed an order on 19 December for delivery by the week after. I still haven’t received any goods and no communication. When I call them And get through after 45 minutes there is no explanation and no new delivery date. When you have to feed your animals it is just not possible to work with a company like Viovet who don’t seem to care about animals. I also want to mention that the previous delivery arrived with out of date goods. It makes you wonder what is going on.

Absolutely awful ordered on 2nd Jan - still hadn’t despatched by 11th Jan. included prescription medicine which I now urgently need. Can’t get through on phone and apparently emails could take up to a week to respond to! Not good enough!

I have used this company a few times and always been good but this last order has been very disappointing. I ordered dog food on the 10/12 and received a email to say it would be delayed as no stock for one of the items . I thought that’s ok as I have enough until new year so thought it would here by then . Come the 04/01 I emailthem to be told change of warehouse had caused delay and it would be sent in next 3-4 days!? Having to email again today 11/01 as no order or email to advise when it will be delivered. I have gone to another supplier and if this is ok will probably stay with them .

I emailed a prescription from my vet for heart medication for my dog. Placed the order on line and paid for first class delivery. I was then informed by email that the medication could take up to 11 days to be received. When I finally was able to speak to someone I was told that this is due to changing warehouses. I have therefore had to contact my vet to buy sufficient medication to carry me through as my dog needs it every day. My daughter who buys her dog food from them on a monthly basis has been let down and has now cancelled her order because she was running out of food. Surely they could have emailed customers to let them know about the delays before accepting orders and taking payment particularly when life saving medication is required.

I have now used this company twice to buy a controlled medicine (Gabapentin) for my dog (in Dec 23 and in Jan 24) and, in both cases, had to wait several days for despatch despite having sent a written prescription by first-class post. In both cases, I had to buy extra tablets from my vet at considerable expense, which defeats the object of buying on-line. For important drugs and medicines, I expect same day despatch on receipt of a prescription and have always experienced this with other on-line vet medicine companies. Whilst accepting there may be a short delay due to the need for a hard-copy prescription for controlled drugs, I believe the delays with this company are unnacceptable and in future will be shopping elsewhere. ps Perhaps I ought to have been warned when I had to spend 30 minutes in a phone queue waiting to place my last order!

terrible customer service. no contact to say order delayed. 20 minute wait to speak to someone and then they couldnt even say when the order would be fulfilled AVOID
