Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.

I was given a voucher for a 4x4 driving experience. It was very easy to find a location near me to do the experience, and it was very easy to book via email with the company. The experience was excellent, the instructor was friendly and knowledgeable and the driving experience was really interesting and exciting and definitely a unique activity. I would definitely buy another experience like this or recommend it to a friend.

My wife was given the voucher for the Cow and Calf, Ilkley, Yorkshire for a one night stay which we extended a further night. The hotel itself was sited in a very nice spot with lovely vista. We would recommend this hotel which was excellent. Our room was of a high standard and the resteraunt was very cosy. Our waitress Elli, was a charming person and the food was of a high standard. Altogether a very pleasant interlude.

I had a one hour flying experience at Lydd Aero Club and was encouraged to fly the aircraft for much of the time.

Very well organised the view was infectious I didn't want to leave and when I returned to the street level I really missed the view already! Afternoon tea was really special.

We recently did a one night stay here . Arrived at 3pm and was given our room , it was a large room with high beamed ceilings and a 4 poster bed , the bathroom looked pretty new with a bath and separate waterfall shower . The food at Dinner and breakfast was amazing . We had a couple of drinks in the bar which weren't priced too badly . All I would say is the place could just do with a spruce up in the public areas but I would definitely stay here again .

Due to incompetent administration the gift voucher did not indicate that booking date could not be accommodated after a particular date that was not indicated on the gift voucher and was only known when the voucher was activated which by then was to late and the gift voucher had to be cancelled.with some difficulty. The Buckingham Palace tour and Fortnum and Mason Diamond Wedding Champagne Tea was rearranged with a more user friendly and helpful supplier. .

This was easily the best experience I have been on so far. loved being solely in control of a 15 ton tank. Will definitely go back again and do a longer session or maybe the tank paintball.

I had an amazing afternoon with 4 super cars. The staff and instructors were friendly and gave me clear instructions on the day. The two best supercars for me on the day were Lamborghini Gallardo and Nissan GTR. Both cars were extremely fast and handled well in the wet. The instructors gave me tips on how to get the best out of the cars and commented on my driving style. Plus none of the cars were restricted so you could unleash the power and push them to the limit. I also drove Ferrari Modena and Aston Martin DB9 which were good fun but different as they were both rear wheel drive. Overall, it was a really good expierence and well organised on the day. I also went on a hot lap with an instructor which was exciting and he pushed the Mitsubishi Evo to the limit.

I recently ordered a gift voucher as a present for family members. The voucher didn't come in the time frame I had paid for. So after contacting customer services I had an apology and another voucher posted out to me which I did receive in the time frame given. Thank you virgin for swift action in resolving the situation.

My dad got to drive cars he would of not ordinary been able to. However we was dissapointed with the whole experience. Advertised as high speed drive and it was not!

Took the following cars for a 3 mile spin: 1. Aston Martin DB11 2. Nissan GTR 3. Audi R8 4. Ferrari 430 Spider 5. Lamborghini LP560 Instructors were fantastic. Video footage is pricey and the quality is archaic - put your money towards an upgrade. "Aston Martin DB11 is a must!" Try a 3 mile taster to get a feel for the track before you drive. This way you'll get the most out of your drives.

My daughter bought a helicopter flight for my husband in November 2016, as he didn't want to go alone he bought me one total cost over £300. The only local flight that interested us was over York. When we tried to book with Adventure 001 there were only 2 flights in the whole of 2016, May and August bank holiday Monday. We booked the one in May, this was cancelled on the day due to bad weather but we were assured there would be lots of other opportunities. There was still only the one in August so we booked that. This flight was cancelled for some unknown reason even though the weather was fine. The only other day this year is from a different airfield in October on a day we cannot make due to a prior engagement so we asked Virgin to transfer the vouchers to a hotel stay. They have refused until we have had 3 cancelled flights. As we now have to wait until next April for the next available flight this means they have had our money for 18 months for nothing. Terrible customer service from Virgin and Adventure001. My advice is to go elsewhere.

It was very relaxing, staff were super friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and not crowded at all. Our treatments were booked separately but on the day they managed to get them together so it left us more time to chat afterwards.

It was very relaxing, the spa was not crowded, it was clean and staff were super friendly and very helpful. Initially we were booked 1 treatment after each other, but on the day they managed to get our treatments timed together which was great as it gave us more time to chat afterwards.
