VisaHQ is a terrible service! Do not use them! They have no higher chance of getting the visa you need than you do yourself applying directly to the embassy. So save the $165 service fee and do not go through VisaHQ! My visa application was messed up incredibly, ruining my travel plans, it was very long and communication via email and phone was very poor. They do not make clear that they are charging you all this money and there is no guarantee you will get any visa at all. So SAVE YOUR MONEY and do not go through VisaHQ. They are a joke. Pia from the Sydney office was not understanding nor helpful with my application at all.

From the start of trying to get my visa, it was very stressful. A lot of information I wasn’t told straight away and things being left to the last minute which I could of been informed to start with. Not very likely to use this service again. Had to spend time going back and forth to London which cost me a lot of money.

I applied for my visa on the 10th Dec...one that should have only taken 3-5 days... my trip is on the 6th of Jan? It says it is being processed. I called an operator who told me it should have been done by now...I am starting to panic as I feel it's not going to reach me in time... This is not a good way to start a holiday. If this does not arrive in time i will be seeking advice as i have given this company enough time. Graham williams.

I'm so deeply disappointed with the level of support and service that I have received. I have chosen you to make sure I won't have to worry or chaise up anything, and how wrong I was. I ended up calling you and emailing every day as there was very little or vague information. It says 2-5 days to receive visa - my agent applied for my visa after 10days of application(7working days) !After many attempts to contact her she just replied that she applied for visa when I asked why the process is so delayed her response was 'The visa will be valid for 30 days that's why it have been submitted in December 19 to match your travel dates' , when I responded that visa is granted from the given date in application, the arrival date, not the date from when we apply, she did not respond to that. I'm still waiting for my visa, and all my friends who applied on the very same day got their visas over a week ago, now I'm waiting for any update and instated of being excited about my trip and Xmas, I'm keep refreshing my email and stressing that they won't make it on time due to delays during Christmas period. Way to go to set up a mood for such an amazing trip :(

I applied for Romania Visa and I was told that they will not represent me at the Embassy as Embassy does not allow it. It was all fine I was charged 10k for filling the application form, which I had to fill myself. 3k for on-site assistance where no-one came to Embassy as it was holiday for VisaHQ and not Embassy and Visa fee which certainly was refunded because the guy who was supposed to pay on my behalf did not come and I had to Pay by myself. the one star is for the refund only. Nothing else. There was poor communication from VisaHQ on documentation, availability and they were not at all aware of rules. If you can not provide service, please do not charge customers for it.

I have never seen any organization/person irresponsible when it comes to Visa for an Individual for a country where the norms are changing every now and then. The service provided was seriously bad, i can not explain the gravity of it. No follow ups, no information and seriously no communication. If I have to do everything by myslef, i wonder why I paid so much money to the organization.

Hi Rajnish, Thanks for reaching out to VisaHQ. I would like to personally apologize for the fact that you weren't fully satisfied with the services you received. We strive to exceed our clients' expectations and that clearly didn't happen in your case. I have spoken to Ramesh regarding your situation and it seems that, as per our team's emails to you, we were unable to render services outside of document consultancy and assisting you with your online application. This is due to the fact that Romania does not accept third-party representation for applicants. Again, my sincere apologies that you are dissatisfied. If there is anything we can do to rectify the situation or further assist you at this time, don't hesitate to reach out to Ramesh at ramesh.krishnan@visahq.in. Safe travels, Rebekah @ VisaHQ

I applied for an indian visa and was told it will take 7-10 business days. They received the documents on the 5th but they’re saying it’ll be out on the 30th of December. This is terrible as I urgently need to go there. If I had known I wouldn’t have submitted my passport in the first place as now I’m stranded.

Hi Hauwa, Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding VisaHQ. I have spoken to Maria regarding your order and have been informed that your submission appointment was scheduled for December 10, as nothing was available prior to that date. As per her emails to you, the process can take up to 15 business days once submission is complete. Due to the upcoming holidays, this means the visa may not be issued until December 30. I would like to personally apologize for the fact that you are having travel issues and, if you have additional questions at this time, don't hesitate to reach out to Maria directly at maria.firmino@visahq.co.uk. I applied for a visa through VisaHQ expecting for the visa approval process and return of my passport to be faster. Unfortunately, I was totally wrong in my assessment. It is cheaper and faster going directly to the embassy. My travel was due to family emergency and I pleaded with VisaHQ to expedite the process and was willing to pay additional cost for the service to no avail. The embassy approved my visa on the and returned it to VisaHQ on the 20th. My passport was not shipped till the 27th by VisaHQ. I had to reschedule my flight twice. I see no reason for their service. It is neither fast nor professional as you can’t get anyone on the phone. They will only communicate via email and still not very responsive. I regret deeply using their useless service. Stay Away!

I don't know if this the right place to review VisaHQ India but since I can't find anything else I am going to. I had an option to travel to Delhi to the Tajikistan consulate (wish I did) for my visa but seeing the positive reviews of Visa HQ and advertising they could get my Tajik visa on their website , I decided to trust them and sent them all the required documents along with their fee, I also asked several times that if they feel like they can't do it in time for my dates to let me know! A very irresponsible woman named Navashri told me it would take 5 working day maximum and not to worry. Only to be told today that my visa has been 'rejected' but the email form the consulate said no such thing and told me to go my nearest embassy (which is what I wanted to do in the first place) Long story short they aren't even offering my money back. I don't mind paying 20 times the legal fees to sue them for their arrogance and incompetence for wasting my time and money. Do not recommend to anyone (Visahq India anyway)

not recommended and avoid at all cost. I applied for a multiple entry Philippines visa, VisaHQ charged me full amount and sent confirmation but the actual visa was single entry. I relied on their confirmations and went to airport and got detained because of VisaHQ negligence. It caused me a great deal of financial loss and three days at the airport. It has been a horrible experience.

Hi Shabbir, Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding VisaHQ. I would like to personally apologize for the negative experience you had while applying for your Philippines visa. We strive to exceed our clients' expectations and that clearly didn't happen in your case. In reviewing your situation, I see that you were issued a refund for the cost difference between a multiple entry visa and a single entry visa. Unfortunately, our team has no control over visa validity; that is determined solely at the discretion of consular officials and there is no guarantee you will receive the validity for which you initially applied. Again, I am sincerely sorry for the inconveniences you experienced and I hope you will give VisaHQ a chance again in the future. If you require additional assistance at this time, don't hesitate to reach out to pia.castellano@visahq.com. Safe travels, Rebekah at VisaHQ

I had misguiding issues which made the canadian embassy feel i withheld information and has resulted in debarring for 5 years (inspite of sharing previous US visa rejection with your Indian team). I escalated with your team but have not received any response (It has been over 12-15 days) Requesting the international to get in touch with me immediately to help work with me on this debarring thing
