“Very poor services and inefficient. I am so disappointed with VISAHQ services. I applied for Guinea visa on October 28th 2023 and my trip was due on November 4th. I was assigned Vita Dolynska as the dedicated agent, but she never made meaningful followup, and submitted my documents only on 1st November, when my trip was on the 4th. I made inquiries severally, even with a telephone call to their office and was always assured that I would get the Visa in time for my trip. But guess what I never got the Visa and they could only apologize that there was a delay in processing the Visa. So I missed my trip and work that I was travelling to do in Guinea. I find the services of VISAHQ a disgrace and embarrassing. I can never recommend VISAHQ to anyone.”

“Disappointing service in my case of Cyprus tourist visa. I was provided with the incorrect application form and other instructions. I had to ship documents twice to fix their mistake. This is after I had called to clarify and mentioned that the form on embassy website was different from theirs.”

“I wanted to thank Angel and Aimee for helping us getting our E-visa for Thailand. Both of you are very hard working people I can trust. I have used VisaHQ for the last 5 or 6 times. We had some difficulties in the last years E-Visa, but this year it went much better. Thank you Aimee for replying me and calling me back and encouraging me. Thank you Angel for continuous support. “this company has had my visa for 12 days. there is no number for me to call . No one on the chat is helpful . I paid extra to have it back with in 3-5 days . I want my visa and passport now. I also want to talk to a manger. This is not acceptable.”

“I faced some issues during the application process. When I dialled the provided Number, I could actually reach someone to talk to. Angel Pantaleon of VisaHQ went into solution mode and with a few additional facts he helped me to solve the issue. I received my visa as per estimate and feel very happy about the effort and uncomplicated professionalism of Angel and the Visa HQ team.”

“The experience with VisaHQ was good, correspondence person was very helpful and attentive reply the email fast and gave clear instructions. Was very positive with the starting of the process. However the outcome of the process wasn’t very pleasant. Not sure what went wrong, the visa specialist team seems like didn’t really do a proper help with checking the documents. Results my visa has rejected. It’s very disappointing, heartbreaking toward the end of the processing and waiting. The cost is not cheap either and feels like wanting to get a refunds,😅 as per now Still waiting for the next step confirmation of delivery the passport back. Hope it doesn’t have to wait another month. And hoping will get all my documents send back with the passport and there’s a reason why the application was rejected. Will still consider to use visa Hq in the future again. There for thank you for your help. Ps: getting prank by the approval email of the visa wasn’t cool too. 😃”

“I never like leaving reviews unless the company has blown me away from their service great or awful. This experience unfortunately as been extremely poor. It has been and is very hard to hear my representative and clarity of the communication is very poor. This is my first time getting a passport and I do need it very quickly and this has added so much unnecessary stress to my situation. They currently refuse to make it right. I was referred to this company by a close friend. I have shared my severe disappointments with that individual, not only did they lose one customer. they have lost two. In the future, we will redirect any my references away from VisaHQ.”
