“I have been attending vision express for a few years now for my eye test and I wouldn't go anywhere else, the staff are so polite and helpful and explain everything that they are doing in great detail. I also find the prices of glasses in vision express a lot cheaper than any other opticians I've been to previously. I also know that if I have any problem with my glasses they will sort it out there and then.”

“I had 2 pair of glasses only 1 arrived on the date weeks later still no contact from vision Express so I went in store only to be told they cant find them. Then at the last minute they found them they were in the wrong storage hole. Weeks without what I had paid for.”

“I waited over a week past the original collection date still no contact from vision Express so I went to the store weeks late to see what happened. They couldn't find the glasses and then at the last minute they found them in the wrong storage position. Weeks without what I had paid for ! Poor service. Maynotuse you next time.”

“Always a pleasure to deal with the staff at my local Vision Express , where you are greeted with a friendly welcome . Nothing is too much trouble , the staff take their time to explain and help with everything from eye tests to glasses choice . Very pleased with my glasses , and a great price . Would not go anywhere else .”

“I always feel like I get a personal service at vision express Burton on Trent. The staff know me by name and do their very best to get me value for money to fulfil my complex lens prescription. I’ve been going to vision express for 15 years. Any issues whatsoever are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I’ve had glasses and contact lenses and nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are willing to spend time to get the right fit for my needs. Cannot fault them.”

“Staff Members were very rude when I said the price of the Glasses frames On line is half Vision express prices immediately said cancel your buy and we will refund your money immediately. I returned my glasses twice because Vision was just Not right also frame was falling down and not central. At the end I cancelled everything on this branch.”

“Asked for glasses to be sent to shop nearer to where I live when ready. Had text to say ready for collection, but we’re not in shop when I arrived. Two phone calls and 8 days later still no glasses?? Went into original shop to find glasses where still sitting in drawer. No phone call to say they where ready, just lies saying they were in transit!! When they had never left the shop.”

“My issue with Vision Express is to do with the inconsistent information given by the opticians following cataract surgery, being sold men’s glasses in error and writing to customer services and having no reply!”
