“Very friendly and professional service. The eye test led to new prescriptions for reading specs, a computer prescription and everyday specs, all of which have noticeably improved the sharpness in each area. Then very good choice of frames with the very friendly team in attendance.”

“This was my second test and , as with the first, I was very happy. Both of the people testing my eyes explained what they were doing asked if I was happy about that then did the tests. I felt very relaxed and confident during the tests, mainly due to the professional manner the tests were done. At the end of the tests I felt happy with how things had been done and the manner they had been done. I will be back next year for my eye test and would recommend you to anybody. Mr T. Leahy”

“Recently attended an eye test appointment and was advised to use glasses for reading and driving. Staff very friendly and helpful, everything was very straightforward. Good range of frames available, price ranges marked above each section. Did not feel rushed to make a decision, glasses were ready a week later.”

“I recently needed to renew my prescription & purchase a new pair of glasses. I visited my local Vision Express branch in Mold, North Wales. The staff were fabulous, I received helpful & friendly advice & the eye test itself was very thorough.”

“First time of using this company, although a small outlet in local Tesco Store, all staff friendly and helpful. Optician helpful in explaining my prescription change and gave me peace of mind as I have the start of cataracts in both eyes. There was an offer of 2 for 1 and half price varifocal, and the frames I chose were also on sale at half price, which was good. Spectacles arrived in good time. First pair I could get on with as the frame was too large for my prescription, there was no quibble at choosing a different frame, and a part refund was given immediately. Happy with what I have received, good value for money as I got two pairs for what I would have paid for one.”

“Whilst staff are friendly and helpful and my varifocal and reading glasses arrived within a reasonable time; despite chasing up twice now I am still waiting for my prescription sunglasses after almost a month! They should be renamed Vision SLOW as this is not an Express service! Extremely disappointed.”

“Struggled for 3 months with headaches from wrong prescription. Still mystified as to why the optician said no change in my sight for the past year and “I can’t give you new glasses”. Because I was using the NHS voucher system? Went elsewhere and got new glasses and changed prescription. No more headaches.”

“Friendly team, was told what was going to happen step by step, very quick and easy process. Picked glasses up a week later. Had a text saying they were in store. Popped in when I had the time and they fitted them there and then didn't need an appointment. Couldn't have been easier”

“Your in store shop at Tesco's is too small for purpose. I was shuffled from one small room to another. I gave my previous prescription to the tester and told him I wanted the glasses to work at my computer screen 30" away. But he was more interested in up-selling me. The glasses, when they arrived still don't do the job.”
