“You could not have improved my experience because it was outstanding. The Macclesfield branch of Vision Express is truly exceptional with all the staff being so helpful and friendly. My personal experience was with the branch manager Zahid who was so calm and patient with me and he needed to be as I ended up buying three pairs of glasses including a pair of varifocal everyday use, computer glasses and a pair of varifocal Ray-Ban sunglasses. Overall a stelar and much appreciated experience and highly recommended high street shop and in my experience, there is none better. Have a visit, you will not be disappointed I assure you 😊 Mark A.”

“Had to have an eyesight retest at vision express high Chelmer Chelmsford after having a previous one at a competitors which led me to walking out in disgust at the treatment I was given. I must say that at vision express from the time i asked for an appointment to the rapid response given in retesting and overall care I was given was exceptionaly first class. I would like to pass on my grateful thanks to Nazneen Mulak the optomerist, Lottie the assistant manager and also the general manager Nigel who initiated the complete visit at a moments notice. Thanks again to all. Mr & Mrs Coe”

“Hi my name is Clifford Gardner I want to get my eyes tested today in the angel branch and they are so helpful they can't do enough for you the young lady who checked my eyes noorjahan chowdhury she was brilliant and the other gentleman who done the measurements is name was tanveer khan he knew exactly what he was doing and the whole staff of brilliant I go every year I don't go to none of the other stores Specsavers I always go to vision express because they take their time and they know exactly what they're doing thank you”

“I have bought glasses here before and so went in to look at prescription sunglasses. The range is decent enough and I was assisted quickly by a kind member of staff called Ikbel in Bristol and subsequently decided to buy a pair of Oakley black sunglasses. I was very impressed with the support and guidance I was given by Ikbel and the team as I felt confident of the shape, look and style of what suited me. It was also explained to me what choices were available with regards to the types of lenses and what the differences were with use and practicality. On top of that the team explained that I had many days to try them out. If I was dissatisfied I could simply return them for exchange. Great customer service. And a lovely experience. These were also better value for money than other leading competitors. Overall I was very impressed.”

“I visited my local Vision Express (Mansfield Four Seasons) last year for my regular eyesight test and for new glasses for this first time, as I wasn't completely satisfied with my previous opticians. The service was excellent. I purchased varifocals for the first time but lost them soon after. I've had some sight issues recently that I believe relate to a new medication and was advised to get a checkup, just in case. I visited the same store for a sight test today and the service was excellent again: - The optometrist started by asking why I'd returned for an eye test so soon after my last one, took on board what I'd said, and asked pertinent questions to ensure he fully understood my predicament, and proceeded to carry out a thorough examination. Throughout the process, he clearly explained what he was doing and why. He then explained his findings (no new issues with my eyes) and made suitable recommendations. - I was then taken for photos to be taken of my eyes, at which point the assistant I dealt with was pleasant. - When I selected my glasses, another assistant ably assisted me further and explained my options to ensure I made the right choice (she gave me the information in a clear manner and didn't try to lead me into buying something I didn't need). She then confirmed that my glasses could either be made up today and collected in about an hour or collected on another day. I chose to go back for them today. - When I returned to the store, another person helped to ensure that the glasses were suitable. All 4 people I dealt with today gave excellent service. They were all very helpful, polite, friendly, and easy to deal with. I'm very happy with the outcome of today's visit and would highly recommend this branch to friends, family, and anyone else who needs to find a good opticians. I'll definitely be back in two years. Please pass my thanks to everyone concerned, as they all do a brilliant job!”

“I was sent for my regular eye test & they saw a cataract , they informed me the nhs was paying Spa Medica to do them free of charge so I said yes please. I saw Christian and he said he would apply for me. Two days later I got my pre op then within the week I got the op. I said to spa medica I was very impressed with the swiftness of getting it done. They said no it’s not down to us it’s your optician and the way they complete all the paperwork on the day you visited.I am so impressed with vision express. On my follow up eye test it looks like I may not even need glasses when I have this next one done. If you want a fab optician who can identify any problems with your eyes & get you cured so quickly you have to choose vision express. Best service ever. June Irwin”

“Step by step information and guidance. I didn't need new glasses on this occasion. I paid for the extra deeper testing of my vision with their new machinery, it was £10 but I felt worth it as I was able to look at the close up shots taken of the underlying layers of my eyes.”

“I visited the oxted store and was greeted by extremely helpful staff. I was made to feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Kerry was lovely. Really helpful . “I had a very pleasant experience at Vision Express in BrenCross branch today. A very helpful gentleman by the name Hooman helped to fix my glasses. He didn’t even ask me, where I had purchased them, he was very polite, pleasant and very helpful. All VE staff are incredibly nice and helpful.”
