“I found the commutation great, once I sent an email I would get a swift reply. Although when my document was complete and had left the office I was told that it was delivered to my friends apartment in JLT. This was not the case and I explained it and I was told numerous of times that it was at my friends apartment and that it was out of their control once it left the office. I myself then had to track it down on DHL call them and ask them where my certificate was delivered to, I then found out it was delivered to a total different address to the one I had given and I was reassured that it was at the right place. However after hunting it down myself the delivery was fast and effective.”

“It was a disaster with Vital Consular... 1. We were ill informed several times. 2 We spoke to employees who did not knew how to actually proceed with our requests, whilst they should be the experts. 3. Agreements and arrangements were changed on the spot or misunderstood several times and 4. They sent our documents to our old country address whilst they were attesting the documents for our immigration to another country... we agreed specifically that they would not send the document, but that we would pick it up in the country we were immigrating to. All in all, our visa process was delayed and it cost us. Secondly, the amount of stress this provided was not ok and could have been avoided. We will not use Vital Consular again.”

“Sadly, we found that I had to keep chasing both Vital Consular UK and Vital Certificates UAE for a response with regard to my attestation order AUK12228. It felt as though my attestation order was not given the attention it deserved and that things would only move when I emailed (and on occasions followed up the emails with fairly costly phone calls) in order to confirm that the process was on track. One instance was when we had been asked to urgently send documents to the UAE for MOFA attestation and we relayed the message with all its urgency, providing all the necessary information only for the parcel to be stuck in Nairobi for a further few days because the DHL waybill paperwork had not been provided by the UK/UAE office. I had to call DHL Nairobi to ascertain the issue then follow up with both the Kenyan partners and the Vital Consular office in order to finally get things moving. Coupled with the fact that (as expected) some of the government agencies in Kenya were very difficult to deal with, the overall experience with Vital Consular was far from satisfactory”

“No feedback for 15 days. Had to make numerous calls and emails to get updates Took much longer than the estimate. I paid more tan other service quotes thinking they were going to be more serious. Received a quick estimate but once I paid , I never heard from them, only after 3 weeks of phone calls and e-mails.”
