I tried to raise the complaint and they mentioned to send unboxing video. What rubbish, how will one know that they have defected product and will need to change before even opening the box. It was delivered to me on 05/07/2023. To my utter surprise after opening the packet I found that it contains a completely different Logitech Brand packet used, duplicate product. After opening the packet and receiving such a duplicate product I opened the web page to see the review of the company and found that many customers wrote about their bitter experience and acts of cheating by the company (VLE Bazar) for a long time. I have attached a few pictures of the received duplicate product for your reference please.
I am writing this mail to raise my voice against such malpractices and acts of cheating lakhs of citizens by this company in the State of Sri Yogi Adityanathnath Sir, who is a symbol of honesty to us.
I am giving details of the Company, its location, web link, name of Directors etc for reference please.
I do hope that Sri Yogi Adityanathnath Sir will take appropriate measures to save people from being cheated in the State Of UP.
