“I had ordered headphones on 28th April,2024. But I did not get it even after the stipulated period stated in their mail. Time and again I sent reminders to them but the only reply I got was that i will receive my product in 3 or 4 working days but nothing was received and they did not respond to my telephone call made to their customer service number provided in the online site. Again today I sent mail stating that since it's nearly one month and I have not received the order, I want to cancel my order. I got a reply with a new mobile number +91 76692 04757 in which I called. One Mr. Rishikesh picked up the phone and I told him abt my request for cancellation. He was very helpful and assured me that I would get the refund within 7 working days. I was bit apprehensive about it but he assured me that I will get my refund back at the earliest. This is pursuant to my earlier 2 reviews on VLE Bazaar Pvt Ltd. I had ordered a home wifi extender for Rs. 2999/-on 16th April2024. Due to the inordinate delay, I got the order cancelled and the refund ID issue on 3rd May. The refund was not coming through.
However, after persistent four letters to their CEOs/Directors and a series of mails and request tickets, finally, VLE Bazaar refunded Rs. 2999/- today, ie, 20th May. I am sincerely thankful to their CEOs/Directors, for the refund. I wish the Company improves its customer trust and Company credibility seriously.

This is pursuant to my earlier review on the sane Company VLE Bazaar Pvt Ltd. I had ordered a home wifi extender for Rs. 2999/- Due to the delay, I had got the order cancelled and refund initiated on 3rd May. On flimsy excuses, they are even delaying the refund. It appears that they do not intend to refund the money. I have written 3 letters to their CEO dated, 17th May, 8th May & 29th April 2024, requesting the CEO's intervention. Till date, no reply from their CEO. I have even made a grievance online to Dept. of Consumer Affairs, on their website, https://consumerhelpline.gov.in., on 4th May, vide docket no: 5759472. No response as of 18th May. I am not leaving it here, anyway. Let no other consumer have a bad experience like mine.”
“I have written this mail regarding your service. I have received my buds on 10th may 2024. which was delivered wrong model, box was damaged, seal was open then i got call of ms. Manisha Nagar on 11th may i told her about product condition. she told me to check product's technical working i have checked found that sound is too low, there is no bass. so i have applied for return product at yesterday and called to manisha but she didn't picked up.
