“I ordered a 4TB Western Digital Hard drive. They shipped it without the power cord. When I raises a customer feedback, they sent a service support ticket. When I clicked on the ticket tracking link, it said the ticket did not exist. I repeated this exercise and got a 2nd ticket, with the same outcome, the link says the ticket does not exist.
Vlebazaar is a scam operation selling 2nd hand, refurbished goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !”

“Worst site experience and Customer Service ever. I ordered a product a month ago and its still not dispatched, they keep making excuses. Support Contact number Puts you in a long Que for no reason even when there are no actual people ques .and When finally its happens that i wasted 3 hours trying to reach them and they finally do They Hung Up on me without even answering my doubts and questions about my product that i have payed for..At this point why even bother leaving a Customer Service Contact ,just come and loot me personally! iam not sure if i will receive anything by this year, Hopefully maybe by 2025they might actually deliver it if am patient enough..funny site..GUYs dont Buy from Vlebazaar ..The experience has been haunting me for months now.”
“Vlebazaar is a totally unprofessional, if u order something they will deliver u some other product that available with them, and they did not intend to return the wrong product delivered, though month on month they will give u a other date to collect the product.

“I had paid for 2 hard disks on 14th feb and not recd the same.
i had sent a reminder e mail on 10th March and reply was sent that it will be sent in 5 days time.
till now NOTHING has been received.
we informed by phone on 2-4-24 also.
i had also sent a mail askig for refund on 26th march. - No reply received for that too.

“Its a Fraud and Cheater Company. I ordered for a Bluetooth Music System in December 2023 but they neither delivered the product nor made refund after so many complains and reminders. After coplain they simply generate Tockets and closes it. Totally Fraud and Cheater Company.”

“It’s a poor E com site. It’s more than 45 days I am facing refund issue with them. I order on early Feb 2024 and the product I received on 20th Feb was used and different in color. I raided return and refund request till date no refund is given.
