Awful company, they promise you high speed and then when they fail to deliver they blame BT exchange! And when you want to cancel they want you to pay huge termination fees!! So they lie and then they make money out of you!! Stay away from these liars, waste of money. Shame!!!!!

What is the problem vodafone? I always face the problem of calling, everytime during calling, vodafone say other networks are out of network. How this possible, everytime If connect the call with other network, call connected without any problem What's the with you And if i failed to pay the bill ,then Rs 50 charge add to my next bill without fail If you not give the proper network then why you charges late payment fee Make sure to provide the good network to everyone or me Otherwise I go to change the network provider

They merge two people's bills first with out my knowledge and over charge me for more than 8months when I informed them about this the people at the store just told they have no idea and sent me off from there and I had to call the C.S team the entire month everyday and they said they will give me a discount on the ongoing bills now again they have charged me 3000rs saying I have international SMS charges for 1345rs this is really annoying they are not even letting me shift to prepaid every month they say you can change it. I am so annoyed and I feel like this is heights My number -8095880408

There is so many disturbing SMS to inform that my vodafone service validity is going to expire. One or Two reminder is enough, because user will know his/her phone service is expired if he/she try to make a call. Plz. I request stop this.

TRUSTPILOT REMOVED THIS REVIEW "make of that what you will" Stop being a victim don't get mad get even … Why on earth do any of you speak to a call centre who's sole purpose it is to practice deception. 1) Write to Vodafone's registered office by recorded delivery. 2) Make your claim or state your case give 14 days notice or you will issue proceedings wait for Vodafone to reply. 3) Write again recorded delivery offer to go to arbitration The court will like that 4) issue a claim in the small claims court £30.00 online see if Vodafone can flim flam the District Judge 5) send in the bailiffs circa £100 take out a winding up order and shut them down circa £1000 the court will award you all your expenses back. 6) Simple know this if you let the school bully take your lunch the first day "you get the idea"

Recently changed over to Vodafone for land line and broadband. I made a simple request to retain my land line number. They failed to do this. I contacted them and the advisor lodged a complaint where the complaints team were to contact me the next day. This also never happened. If you make the decision to join Vodafone be prepared for simple stupid mistakes and many phone calls to try and sort the matter out

Called to question land line chargers, then put on a new plan free of charge Why haven’t they done this before! I feel like I’ve been robbed

‘Egregiously Bad’ * The descent into farce began with a request to change my name…and ended with the obfuscation of all rational, and widely accepted models of basic human interaction, communication and decency. * It included transgressions of human rights and data protection laws. And… they still wanted payment! * It is almost as if… Vodafone are self-funding a kind of socio-economic experimentation model, and the self-selected study topic is; ‘Where exactly is the breaking-point when we, a corporate giant with vast levels of foreign investment, attempt to push as many buttons of our loyal customer-base as possible?’

The Vodafone charged me over £470 for no reason and put me in overdraft. After few days spending with customer services they just told me that they sorry for that and the money will be refunded in 5-7 days. Will never recommend this company

Most underhanded and snide tactics I've ever encountered in any business. Make sure you keep copies of all communication. Vodafone clearly train their service agents to leave out or heavily downplay important information and then blame the customer for misinterpreting. This is not based on my own awful experience of trying to end a contract, but also that of my fiancé (after we thought we'd learnt all of the tricks from my ordeal!). Avoid like COVID. You can get just as good deals with other providers.

So - I contacted Vodafone in April to inform them I wasn’t working due to having corona virus - I was advised that my account would be placed on hold until the end of July and not to worry (I was impressed at the time) today, the beginning of July my line has been disconnected and sold to a debt collection agency with ZERO contact from Vodafone I have bipolar and a heart issue and am not able to contact anyone to let them know - I called Vodafone and tried exposing and the person refused to help saying it was my issue - I am crushed and after 9+ years with Vodafone I am very disappointed and hurt that they refused to listen and help
